I gave 2 stars for the staff who offered assistance. Two ladies named Julie, Duncan and Ryan. First Julie gave directions for Men's watches. She was friendly. The second Julie (Jules) gave directions and was also friendly and engaged with a smile and 'small talk'. Ryan offered assistance in the linen department but Myer don't sell Vera Wang anymore. Duncan was on security at an entrance from the mall and gave advice on alternative purchase options. Unfortunately after finally finding Men's watches at the rear of Ladies makeup and accessories, a young woman (staff) looked at us and walked away. Another staff member serving apologised but by then I'd had enough. Myer you need to lift your Customer Service. It was difficult to find the Men's watches and to be ignored when we finally found the watches was very disappointing. I understand suppliers change but I had researched and was led to believe Myer had Vera Wang. (the reason I came to your Store) I had a budget of $2000 to purchase a watch and Vera Wang linen. I spent nothing.

I’m sure if I was a local to this area I may have found an easier place to park, but the car park outside myers was well and truly full during early afternoon hours today. I had to loop in an out each row for about six minutes until I managed to swipe a spot for myself. The store has four stories and has stair escalators for each level. For wheelchair access I believe there is an elevator at the other end of the complex and potentially ramp escalators. Staff seemed friendly enough. Place always has sales going & deals if your a member. There is a section of the store that has been blocked off for construction.

I was getting tiered of waiting for service but Heather made my experience go from woeful to enjoyable. She is a great asset to this store. Very helpful and polite, she apologised for the wait, and it was very busy, and helped with my purchase of two pairs of shoes. Keep up the great work Heather I will definitely return to purchase more shoes

Disgusted in the service I experienced today. I returned a click and collect order as it was faulty, pretty annoyed as garments should be checked before they are posted out. I thought under the circumstances it would be perfectly reasonable for them to wave the delivery charge and post me out a replacement. The assistant had to check with their manager and after consultation with them said no because it would show up on some kind of report?? A lot of mucking around on my behalf for nothing. I will not order from Myers again

The store has whatever you need and you can buy those for a good price when they are on sales. The biggest issue is that you rarely can find an employee to ask for assistance or to check the stock. For example I wanted to buy a pair of shoes and I needed someone to bring the required size for me but after wondering for a while, could not find anyone in that department and I left the store. In some other stores, the shop assistants usually approach and ask if you need any help, but here, nothing like that happens.

just went into the store only to have my dad, a middle aged black man who was walking around looking at men's clothes because the store has recently changed around, being accused of stealing by the staff members saying "they saw him take clothes" when he was just minding his business and looking at clothes which were right in front of them. I understand it's your job to make sure nobody steals but maybe take a better look next time and check your cameras instead of just accusing someone who just wants to look.

I went to Myers to try on some different pairs of shoes and take advantage of the boxing day sales. Each time i wanted to try on a shoe they were unable locate the second shoe. This was the case for 3 different pairs of shoes including those on display. If you don't have the product why display it. It was disappointing as I expected a bit better from Myers and I have never gone to a shoe shop where they were unable to locate the second shoe. Next time I go to buy shoes at Myers I will lower my expectations.

We were lucky to receive outstanding service from Jawad from the YD department in Myers on Monday 13th Nov. at TTP. He approached my husband and I initially and was given the standard reply of no thanks. We had no idea of what we wanted except we needed good gear for a wedding. Jawad helped us every step of the way and he was very polite and respectful as well as knowledgeable about fashion and the department he worked in. He made our shopping experience such a pleasure and we wish him well in the future.

Went in to myer to purchase a high end perfume a lovely lady called Marie served me, I asked if i could have some little extras i could have seeing as i had spent a lot of money, She went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was a lovely one . Myer please acknowledge this ladies professionalism and expertise! There was another young girl instore ( possibly a supervisor) with glasses whos manner was disrespectful to staff and myself ! Maybe not the right job for her !!

Would give negative million if possible, went to shoe department and we were basically totally ignored. Five different persons walked right past us while we looked right in their eyes and they looked the other way, one walked right past three times and on the fourth I said excuse me and was shocked as was ignored. Eventually, very snobbishly and arrogantly, she blurted out "oh just go to the counter", to which even my daughter said how rude can you get, we walked out NEVER to return!

Was very disappointed with the treatment my sister and i recieved at clinique. The lady’s name, Susan, followed us around the entire time and did not let us use the testers which as I am aware is what it is there for? She made us feel too uncomfortable and we left and shortly returned when we saw another worker, Lewis i think his name was. Very nice and helped a great deal. Not sure if it was racism or just being profiled but do not appreciate the customer service of susan.

Great atmosphere, but some service staff are arrogant and should have a cash register shoved were the sun don't shine. Customer service needs improving just because you work in an expensive establishment does not give you the right to think you are better than anyone else. In fact I think I am more intelligent than the girl who served me because I am a professional (nurse) went to university but I do not treat people like second class citizens.

Always great Prices day to day, fantastic Sales, cheery helpful staff that generally go above and beyond. Amazing Online shopping experience also and easy to navigate around. Search function is very responsive and accurate. Free Postage over $49 and only $7.95 Postage if spending under $49. What's not to love ! Myer has been one of my go to department stores for 35 years. Let's keep this iconic store going by supporting it.

I love their clearance, when they have clearance with an extra 50% off the clearance price. Great bargains. However what I don’t like is the click and collect on level 4, click and Collect is supposed to be convenient…. It is literally the furthest away it could be. It’s easier to go in a just buy which is unfortunate. Lifts need serious upgrades.

Today I was at clinique cosmetics at ttp and a new worker was working a young man, he helped me and he was amazing He was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. He was very nice and he knows about the product s and I spent around $270 for a product that I will use. I didn't ask his name , he s wonderful and I will always go here now.

I spent my time in the men's section. There was a sale taking place, and I picked up a jacket I liked for half the ticketed price. There's clearly a lot of stock on the hangers although I can't help thinking that there is very little variation in style - it's often difficult to tell when you cross from one brand to another.

Myers store is a good department store to visit, especially now that Christmas is approaching but unfortunately it's a bit difficult to get to it at the moment. Lot of work is being carried out in the mall section, I think that is what it is. Its like a rabbit Warren. Hope all will be done before Christmas shopping starts.

Great selection of products, whether it be clothing for young and old or something for the kitchen. The toy department always keeps my granddaughter entertained looking at the toys and games because it is huge. Big aisles well marked and escalators to make each floor easily accessible. Currently has Black Sunday sales

Kurt and Deb up in the home and decor service desk are lovely lovely people. They went above and beyond to help me out with my needs. Would give those two 5/5 for sure but unfortunately the loss of a star for the whole review would be for the customer service on other floors, the staff are a hit or miss downstairs.

Myer displays what is in but those often wouldn't fit or are not flattering for everyone. When I asked the lady at French Connection for a specific cut, she disappeared for 5 minutes returning with two pieces of clothing what I asked for. I bought one. All staff are extra helpful, great shopping experience.

Great place to go shopping! Great service! Went there recently and I was rushing to look for something to wear coz I have to attend an important event. A staff named Anusha, came over and helped me with with what I needed and recommended me what’s best to wear and what to pair with it. She’s a saviour!

I went with my sister in law who is a size 6, not many places have size 6. She bought a very nice zip up jacket and puffer coat which fit her beautifully, so she went home a happy girl. It's a shop! But does have a good range, good staff and reasonable parking (just avoid busiest times, like everywhere). Kept clean and staff have always been helpful. If you don't wish to leave home, or realise you are too late to attend a sale that day, their online ordering works well also.

My god does anyone actually work here? I spent nearly 30-40mins walking around the store waiting at different “pay here” stations only for no worker to show literally the entire time I’m in the store. I left without buying the things I needed simply because I couldn’t purchase them lol.

Very disappointed to have to walk the floor in ladies wear to find a sales person at a pay station, very annoying, finally found someone to serve me and even then she didn’t take off the security tag as I walked out I beeped and had to again find someone very poor indeed.

Only went into HCF to do a claim on Wednesday but love going to TTP. Clean, bright and lots and lots of shops to select from and also the cinemas. Grocery shopping is easily done with Aldi, Coles and Woolworths in the complex.

It's not for the budget conscious however, you should aleays keep them in mind if price checking as sometimes they are competitive. They do have name brand clothing and shoes, better quality sometimes but not always.

Customer service definitely gone backwards. Such a shame. Needed to get fitted for a bra. Was abruptly told they don’t provide that service and I need to figure it out myself! Walked out and went to bras and things.

It is too costly like you can buy the same thing 30% cheaper and when I told them for return (just after 2 days of purchase) they told me that they can not take it back because the plastic packing was removed.

Hard to find a park and undercover parking was a maze. Entered via ground floor of Myers. Areas in main centre prepared for renovations. Lighting quite dark. Just felt like I had to get our of there!

It is being revamped at the moment, 2023 July. So a pain as the escalators don't go all the way up or down, so you have to use lifts, and only one is working.
