Proper gym. Old school, the way gyms should be. Never too busy when using equipment in the weights room, never have to wait to get on anything. The staff are welcoming, considering I'm there 5/6 nights of the week, the staff and lads that train in there become good friends and people who all share the same goal/vision.

A fine 'old school' gym here. Well laid out, clean and tidy, plenty of equipment (free weights, machines, cardio) to use and a section with a boxing ring, punch bags, etc, if weights isn't your thing or if you want a change from weight

Went to the women’s boxing class tonight. Felt really welcomed, accommodate for all abilities and came out feeling great. Also felt all corona precautions were taken, which is a huge positive.

It's small and its oldish, but it's great . Everyone in there is super friendly ,and always willing to spot you or give a bit of advice on different training techniques..Also very good value.

Son goes to boxing classes here, staff really friendly and look after the kids, my son is 12 and in an adult class, he is learning lots and building confidence- highly recommend

Really great gym, just joined today made to feel welcome given some good training advice (thanks Will) and a bit of motivation as well. Far better than these commercial gyms.

Great place for kids to get some exercise and learn some discipline while learning boxing. Great teaching team for various ages and classes for men and women.
