Worst bank EVER, Do not get a mortgage from them, they refuse to deal with issues, they waste your time and pass you along, from department to department. ZERO respect for their customers . Keep a close eye on your property taxes if they pay them for you. If they EVEN REMEMBER to pay them for you!
Excellent service. Went there to pay out my car loan. They only accept debit, cheque or cash. Call them before you go there. They won't accept any credit cards or Mastercards to pay off any loan. So make sure before visit the branch. Overall good experience

Terrible bank. This is the only location in Edmonton. The other branches it has listed that you can use are mostly closed. I waited on hold for 20 minutes to close my account to be told they couldn't do it.
