This is my First Review Ever. I try to give Companies the benefit of doubt Being that I was a business Owner in the Past. But this place Is terrible and its the last time Ill spend my $20 Everytime I come the bathrooms are always Disgusting and its always trash Everywhere besides the fact that my clothes are never dry because the dryers never dunction correctly . But today Topped Everything I have been in Here for 2hours because all my Work uniforms are stuck in a washer that will need stop. And had been running for 2 hours and water is all over the floor I tried calling the number that was given in case of emergency but no answer for 2hours. And im still waiting. I guess Im the blame for Not getting my Own washer set at Home but this is ridiculous and owner Need to Do better.

You have to be careful of the homeless. They try to get quarters from you to get food from the empty vending machines or lock themselves in the bathroom to sleep. Update: The homeless now always take the restroom to sleep. The restroom are always smelling horrid and today was so bad that the main area stunk. Also "clean" is not what the main area was today. 2nd Update: The general area is cleaner now. The restrooms are now closed to the public and patrons. Only reason I go back as there are no other 24 hour laudramats in the area and I have to go extremely early. This is no longer a 24 hour laundramat. Their hours are now 6AM-11PM. I will have to find another to go to as I do my laundry between 4AM-5:30AM

Decent 24hr place to wash and dry your clothes all at once. Lots of 'clean' litter on the floor tho, which was a bit much for me but I was riding around w/wet clothes since my apartment ones r bad. It was :lint balls, dryer sheets and it's what you see when you walked in all the way to the back! My clothes dried nicely in abt 40 mins. I wasn't happy with the bathroom set up at all.. very creepy- one main door with two stalls for men and women can use.. noway! One sink was broken as if someone sat on it.. and you couldn't lock the main door. Lots there to distract you: loud tv, games, stuff for kids. It could be in better shape and feel more safe. I'll def go there again since it's close and always open.

I've come here for years, used to do my laundry here. Since I've gotten my own washer/dryer now, I don't use it anymore but come in to play the arcades while I wait for my wife to get out of the dentist's office. Today (May 8, 2020) I go in to play the arcades while I wait like usual only to run into an employee for the first time! I greet her and say hello, only to be told I'm not allowed to play the games unless I wash clothes there or wait two hours for her to leave. I don't understand how I'm not allowed to spend money at an establishment that I've seen people with no clothes sleep inside.

DO NOT COME HERE. GO TO LAUNDROMAT 4 MILES AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Piece of garbage laundromat. The washers and dryers don't stay closed. Went there and put my laundry in the washer, 5 min later it the door opened and all laundry fell to the ground, same thing happened to me with the dryers. I called the owner and he hung up on me as soon as I addressed my problem then sent me to voicemail ever since. Not only have I gotten clothes ruined from pervious visits, but also whole loads of clothes stolen. DO NOT COME HERE. GO TO LAUNDROMAT 4 MILES AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

I went to this laundromat today because it's so close to home. Quite a few of the machines were out of order and they weren't marked so you could tell right off. I saw some people put clothes, soap and bleach in then when they went to put the money in, in little bitty letters it said Out Of Order. They had to waste soap to find a new washer. It was pretty dirty too, but the cleaning crew had arrived before I left. Not sure if I'm going back to this laundromat

Bathroom was nasty both toilets was stopped up. There was a Manger or worker there that stayed in office talking on the phone he never came out or answered the Door when an elderly lady went and knock on the door to let him know a machine had taken 1.50 of her money. Washing machine smelled really bad. I had to use the machines I had to wash my clothes but hopefully I won't have to go back there

That has got to be the nastiest laundry mat I have ever been in. The washing machines stunk like clothes has soured and was left in them. The smell of sewage hit my face so hard when I walked in it about made me sick. The bathroom was so bad the smell was so sickening I never made it all the way in to use it I got my things and left. Never Again will I enter that facility

One of the washers has my clothes stuck inside the washing machine. And I’m calling their customer service number because they’re saying they’re open 24 hours and nobody’s answering it keeps forwarding my calls. And when I got inside I killed a roach by the washing machine. I would not recommend you to wash your clothes it smells like mildew.

make sure you pay attention to how much money you put in the machines they've been ripping people off up to three and four dollarsyou also you have to make sure the dryers work before you put your clothes in there so you more or less have to spend a quarter every time you check the dryers to make sure it heats and the door stays closed

I have been here several times, I have had a few problems but never complained. Oooh but now my clothes are locked in a machine that showed was working until I put my mony in and pressed the start botton. NOW MY CLOTHES ARE LOCKED IN THE WASH MACHINE...I called and someone said they would be here but 45 min later...NO ONE

••BEWARE•• dryers aren't reliable. My past visit was spent shifting between dryers because the heat function would randomly quit. 3 dryers did this to me. A small load that should have taken $1 and 20 min to dry, ended up taking me $5 and 1 hour to dry. Is a gamble. From now on, I'll visit the laundromat a mile up road.

I have tried this facility twice. I will not be back. Washers smelled like mildew. Dryers didn't dry well. It appeared to never be vacuumed. I didn't trust going into the bathroom. A couple hangs out here. They are constantly asking for cigarettes, I don't smoke, ask to borrow my phone, asks people in cars for things.

NONE of the games or vending machines work, but don’t have a sign on them.. then when you try them and lose your money there’s no attendant supervising anything. $3 per washer that barely fit half of a normal size load of clothes.. 10/10 do not recommend and definitely will not come back.

This is one of the best laundromats I've visited while I've been in the Nashville area. Not to mention the fact that they are very affordable and reasonably priced and their machines are all up to date and well maintained I will definitely be returning to do my laundry often!

This laundry is rather dated...there is a nasty carpet on the entire floor...the washers are over priced...and the dryer DO NOT DRY WELL... DON'T waste your time or money on this place...25¢ only gets you 3 mins of drying time....one and done for me!!!

Some machines in disrepair or out of service/empty...but free wifi..clean..safe environment and plenty of room...snacks and a few games..overall a pleasant experience...update..management responded quickly to my rating so I give them 5 stars.

Clean. A lot of washers and dryers. They even have 5 and 8 load washers. We did not have to wait and walked right in to the dryers. I had washed 3 loads and was able to dry it all in two dryers at 20 minutes each. Only cost me $1 each dryer.

Terrible place! A lot of washers out of order. Washing ate $4 in quarters and no attendant to get money back. Also the washers were temperamental trying to add coins. Lastly the bathroom was behind disgusting with no means of drying hands.

I've always felt safe here. Its usually clean. &knock on wood I've never had a machine eat my quarters. Its a big facility and early morning its usually empty. It used to be 24 hours Opens at 6a.m. Last loads at 11p.m. close at midnight

Been coming here for 5 years never had an issuse but today had my clothes get locked up in the washer for almost 3 hrs called the number for the place and the guy drove all the way from Springfield to help me out I understand machines

A very clean laundromat, with many washer and dryers available in various sizes. Bathroom, vending machines, arcade games and even an ATM is available onsite. The facility is open 24 hours a day, even holidays.

It's quaint. What I really like Is that they recently added an atm machine. For someone that does not drive this was the biggest addition for me! No more having to cross a massively busy highway!

Place is always a mess. No one is ever there to clean or look after other people’s items. Clothes and baskets get stolen. Others use your supplies. Machines are over priced and smell terrible.

Didint have to wait for washer/dryer. Big and spacious. You can do what you need to do and go on with your life. It's actually a clean place too. Smells like fresh laundry and no funky odors.n

Plenty of washers (capacity clearly marked) and dryers. Arcade area for kids, reading material and very clean. NO seats. Not counting the bathroom, a whopping 10 molded seats in the place.

I enjoy going there and at night is peaceful. When im there i try to help clean it. If watched the cameras i am the guy picking up the floor and putting the carts under the tables.

Kinda wish there was a man and a woman's restroom, or a single stall. Not the cleanest place. No safety features on the dryers, where they shut off when open. But decent prices.

Update: the number has been fixed. But please check detergent and candy machines. I left note. Thank you. Does not work. Number 15 does not heat. Spent 3 dollars on this.

It's disgusting, the attendant use to keep it spotless but I guess he's gone and there are more "out of order" signs than there is completely functional machines.

Most of the machines are messed up and take your money. some of the dryers either run in the heater element in them don't work or the doors won't stay closed also

Pretty good laundromat has really big washer for blankets or comforters has a vending machine and games while you wait for your clothes pretty good prices as well

Omg place is dirty. Smells like mildew. So many unmarked machines not working. Every dollar spent there the same amount put aside to get my own machines.

Very safe and good selection of machines. Even had change machines that work and a drink and snack machine as well as an arcade for any little ones!

Clean laundromat the owners are super nice and are keeping this place in top form. Decent prices for machines. Quick and easy.

Been here twice.. it’s aight.. never had any problems.. typically out of there in an hour with 2 loads.. it is what it is!!

Would not go here. Most machines don't work and half dryers don't get hot but still take your money
