OUTSTANDING, FANTASTIC, LEAGUE of THEIR OWN, NEXT LEVEL, ABOVE & BEYOND!! I'm new to the area and living in a hotel at the moment, waiting for my place to finish getting built. I'm a very busy dude, WE ALL ARE it seems anymore . To give u an idea though, I have been trying to write this review since I walked into this place 2WKS ago, TODAY. ALSO, I do NOT write reviews, I repeat DO NOT, even if I did have the time.... I googled laundry mats in the area, since Im not from here, at 0630 and the reviews I read were the best I ever seen. And these girls took the time to comment on EVERY single one, thanking each patron for their reviews. Even the one who apparently wasn't hugged ENUFF as a kid,... he had to spend some serious time thinkin his hate over, and best he came up with was his laundry didn't smell clean ? That THEY washed FOR him...SMH. Should've done it urself,... Stupid. Which is what my plan was. Next thing I know, it's 5pm and I still had to wash, hadn't left home yet. Jus BUSY. When I get there at 6pm I'm greeted by 2 sweet, exhausted women, totally planning to do my own laundry. Like I ALWAYS have, cause I'm particular. Wether at home or laundry mat. It was obvious the "Gurlz" washNfold service was a hit. Looking at the time, still having work to finish that I brought with me, I asked how their "Do it 4 Me" service worked and how much it cost. EXTREMELY polite, the 1st girl asked when I needed it, cuz there a 24hr minimum turnaround guarantee. Keep in my mind, this was a informational speech. By no means was she turning me away cuz they were clearly wore out. So I smiled and said ok, I'll keep that in mind but I did this to myself waiting to the last minute and has to be done now, I knew they close at 9. Plenty of time for me to get done. They looked at each other and the second girl(sorry I don't remember ur names) quietly said "come on, I got u..." I even tried to talk her out of it. I'd also like to point out, I hadn't had a haircut in 4months, was wearing a old pair of glasses that are permanently fogged up cause I hadn't had time to go get new contacts, hadn't shaved in a week, lookin like a straight child molester/serial killer. 4REELZ. She said I'll have u done in bout an hour, THEN weighed and priced my load. 4 the life of me I still don't know what made her go outta her way to inconvenience themselves, on a Sunday evening, BEYOND exhausted. I DOOOO however know what I would've told me.... Oh, BTW, if ur laundry don't smell clean, ITS UR OWN FAULT! Ya big DOOF. Cause they not only ask u what detergent u want used, they show u a page FULL of options!! 2 last things: offered to go and get them dinner and bring it back, they politely declined. But ICING ON THE CAKE?? Remember I said I was particular? 2 shirts I brought in jus to be washed cause they were new, only ONE place folds their shirts like me. U.S. Military. I didn't even notice, nor did I care cause they bailed me out of a situation I really didn't have time for. But it wasn't till I got home and unpacked,.... they must've saw that shirt I had folded and took it upon themselves to fold ALL OF MINE that way. And Ladies, I am SOOOO SORRY it's taken me this long to acknowledge and show the respect and appreciation you so deserve. I feel horrible and hope you know, I KNOW u went way outta ur way for me. TRULY from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU.....

It's not just a laundry place, it's a laundry experience. Give them a 'spin', you won't be 'washed up'!

Very disappointed with the Lady that was working during my visit, 6/27/23 @ apx 7:18pm. I was visiting Nashville when I was in need of some quarters. I stopped into this business to change out $3 for quarters, when I was quickly scolded by the lady working there. She yelled at me across the laundry mat in front of other customers as if I was stealing from her. She told me unless I was washing my clothes, that I couldn’t use the change machine. Among other things… I’ve never felt so disrespected in a place of business. Zero customer service, and quite frankly I felt profiled. I get it now, the change machine is for your own customers. But you could still treat people with dignity and explain that to them in a way that is not so belittling!

So glad the first laundromat I went to closer to my house was out of coins. I googled others nearby and was brought to this one. And I was pleasantly pleased!!! It’s very clean and they have cards you can put money on so you’re not holding on to tons of quarters. And the card is refillable! The wife of the owner was very nice. Spoke to me and smiled when I entered. She was also VERY helpful! She advised me on how much I could fit into her left washers. Then gave me info on having my event table linens washed & folded by then next time. Price sounds reasonable and I’m sure I’ll be letting them handle the linens next time. So happy I stumbled upon this place! Highly recommend!

I came here because they already had the best reviews and were close to my hotel. Prices were reasonable (I'm not sure if they're the cheapest in town but they weren't expensive). Property is kept clean and well maintained. I dropped off our laundry around 11am. They said they were slammed and wouldn't have it ready until the next day; but I got the automated text probably around 6pm same day that it was ready! I arrived just before closing at 9 and picked up. They also offered separating white clothes to use bleach and/or separate detergent for sensitive skin (I think there's no charge for these options).

Great place to take care of your laundry needs, especially for us since we were vacationing and needed to wash most of our clothes. The brunette lady working there was extremely friendly and pleasant. Customer service was excellent. She loaned our kids a box of toys to play with while we waited for our clothes. The whole time we were there, the lady was either cleaning or greeting customers, even as they pulled into the parking lot. For a large load of clothes (family of 5), we only cashed out about $5 worth of quarters to wash and dry our clothing. Would certainly recommend.

USUALLY, WHENEVER we go to WASH THERE, there's USUALLY an attendant ON DUTY, (9 TIMES, OUT OF 10), and THEY CARE about KEEPING THE LAUNDROMAT, (WASHERS, 'AND' DRYERS, AND VENTS), CLEAN! My husband and I were in town visiting after traveling to Mammoth Cave National Park and were out of our travel clothes (due to the smells of the great outdoors :). So we were in need of clean clothes and rather quickly! We brought a lot of clothes here and did the wash and fold service. The woman who was there was very nice and contacted us 3 hours after we dropped them off. We only have WONDERFUL things to say about it all! The clothes were cleaned and folded perfectly! Highly recommend this laundromat and the wash and fold service!

Wash & fold was good. Only problem I had was that the 1st attendant was rude! On my way in there was a sign saying "Restrooms are for paying customers only". After dropping off my clothes & giving my info I asked to use the restroom. I was told they had no restrooms. I told her about the sign & that I needed to go Bad & that I AM a Paying Customer. I was told again they had no restrooms. When I returned a different lady was there & after picking up my clothes I asked for the restroom & she took me to it & unlocked the door for me.

I could be wrong, but this place seems very pricey. I spent about $20 to wash 3 loads and dry 2. 3$ of that was for soap... but that seems kinda crazy. Place is kept clean which is great. However, there are signs every two feet telling you what you can and can’t do, which I think is overkill. Ironically the bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels in it... maybe they should have signs for themselves telling hem to restock. It’s kinda a mixed experience, but I don’t know why everyone seems to love this place.

A lovely, bright & clean laundromat with drop-off laundry service near downtown. The laundromat has a lot of large capacity machines and very nice areas with tables for folding. I used the drop off service and was very pleased. My clothes were washed, folded, and ready for pick up the same day. They did a great job & they didn’t mind accommodating my special requests for detergent (I’m allergic to perfumes). They also were able to drip-dry a few delicates for me. Great personalized customer service!

I have been to this laundromat a few times. It is clean and well maintained. The prices are reasonable. The new management ( Phil and Carol ) are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone Update: There is apparently a new owner to this business ... I hope that they keep the same high standards that Phil and Carol did. I’m in town for work for a few weeks and don’t have much down time. I found this place online and decided to give them a try for wash/fold. Crystal kindly greeted me as soon as I walked in and processed my order quickly. She quoted me about 24 hours to have my clothes ready, then let me know 2.5 hours later she’d been able to get it done that day. The process was easy and Crystal was so friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend if you’re traveling and need to get your clothes washed/folded.

This is a minority owned, woman lead business that offers fair pricing, clean facilities and great customer service. The equipment was newer equipment, with a variety of wash and load size options. Small television viewing area, vending for candy and laundry needs, change and ATM machines are all onsite. A professional was service is also offered. When I travel I need a dependable place that I can trust, where I can do my wash. Soap Opry fills that need for me while I'm in Nashville.

Needed to get some laundry done while on a work trip. I was expecting to not get my laundry picked up until later in the afternoon but dan picked it up late morning and did a quick turn around with it. Clothes look great and they were great with communication as to when they were going to drop it off. Highly recommend for those on business that don’t have the time to sit around waiting for laundry to get done. Will be doing business again when in the Nashville area!

This location also offers wash-dry-fold service! The young lady managing the mission control was super helpful and friendly. Made me feel right at home This place is super cute, well maintained, and a genuinely fun place to relax and get some laundry done. Love the decorations and adorable artwork/signs. If you need to get some wash on, don’t hesitate to stop on in, relax and let the gentle hum of the laundry machines rinse your worries away.

A great place to get laundry done or to do it yourself. Was acknowledged and welcomed the second I walked through the door. Clean and professional in an area of town making a come back. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the service I received. Great communication by texting to let you know they have received your laundry and when it’s done if you are opting for the wash and fold. Definitely would go back again.

Nice staff and probably one of the best fold and washes in the area to be honest but the last two times I have taken my clothes in I got back ruined clothes because they mixed colors and whites in one load. Now all my whites two weeks in a row are now pink or red. It just really stinks because I had some primo one off concert tee shirts, that I got at the concerts. A real bummer because I really do like the staff working.

This place is an awesome place. The customer service is very friendly. It is not a huge place. And also because they do drop off and pick up service, they may use the same washers and dryers that we are using. I wouldn't advise if you have a lot of laundry to go in the daytime as you may not get a washer and dryer very quickly. But I do enjoy their customer service and their care. I recommend this place highly.

We were visiting Nashville and needed our clothes laundered. Hotel only had dry cleaning service. We called Soap Opry and they offered to pick the clothes up from our hotel and deliver them back to us for a cost that was cheaper than an Uber and allowed us time to visit Broadway instead of sitting at a laundromat! Turnaround time was less than 24 hours. Thank you Soap Opry Coin Laundry!! Highly recommend!

The laundromat near us closed and I saw the reviews for Soap Opry so I wanted to check it out. Well-lit, very clean, well-equipped business! The attendant is SO nice and helpful!! They take debit card and coins, which is very customer-friendly. I work nights sometimes so I wish the hours were a little more extended, but I get it. Thank you, Soap Opry! I’ll be back!

I've been using Soap Opry on and off for a couple years now, as I've lived in 2 apartments over the years without in unit laundry! Soap Opry has been a LIFE saver. Soap Opry offer a great laundry service - inexpensive and friendly. Mike was very helpful when the front desk at my hotel could not find the laundry bag to give him. With good communication, I was able to tell him the name of the person who had it. The laundry was back within a couple of hours and it’s been beautifully laundered.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. They’ve been an absolute savior to me living in Nashville with no washer dryer. They have the fastest wash and fold laundry service!! Sooo I have four boys and a front loader washer and dryer that I haven't even had 5 years go out. In total in 6000. I am pissed. So for the past month I've been here. They are the absolute nicest and most welcoming staff. I won't go anywhere else EVER!! Thank you thank you soooo much for just being kind.

Traveling through Nashville we needed to do some laundry on this road trip and were looking for a clean and comfortable place to do a few loads. This place is one of the best places we've ever had to do laundry besides home. If you need to get laundry done in Nashville this is a great place to do it.

After 8 days on the road, we needed to clean our clothes. Soap Opry was an easy 5 minute drive from our hotel in the Capitol View district. I just dropped everything off with them in the morning and picked them up in the afternoon, all cleaned and folded. Super friendly, helpful staff.

Took a king size bed cover to wash and dry. Young lady attendant could tell we had not been there, so she immediately told us what to do and what machines we should use. Very helpful and friendly. Place is large, clean, and with plenty of good equipment. Definitely recommend.

Nicest laundromat I've ever been to. Clean and spacious with multiple machine sizes. I was washing sleeping bags and comforters and the gentleman working helped guide me to the right sized machines so I didn't over pay for something too big.

Things started out great. Worker was very friendly. Once I got my clothes back to put up. They honestly smelt like they were washed in just water. No type of good or fresh smell what so ever! I don’t believe they used any detergent at all!

Crystal was so welcoming and gently explained how everything worked (I think she could tell it was my first time at a Laundromat). It’s a very clean, roomy, and comfortable place. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely come back.

Went here the other day to wash and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and the young lady working was very helpful showing me how to use the washer. This laundry even had a place for kids to play. Will definitely come back!

Nice laundromat right on Dickerson Pike with a bus stop right down the street from it. Cheaper than alot of laundromats in the area and really clean. Has tables you can sit at and vending machines for snacks.

Lativia was very informative and helpful. Warning though if you’re using your debit card for the dryer it charges .25 for 2-3 minutes after your initial swipe for the 1st 10 minutes.
