The ladies working at this laundromat are racist. They like to target Black women and discriminate when it comes to first come first use. One of the ladies was sitting in front of my washing clothes machine waiting to remove it even though it had 2 minutes on it, and my sister experienced the exact same thing. The next time I was there, the same lady removed my cloths from the dryer the moment it stopped, and I was sitting right on the other side of the laundromat. 4 other dryers became empty two minutes after she removed mine, but got some reason she felt that she could just touch mine instead? On a busy Sunday, we all have to wait for machines to use. But this lady will seriously make note of which ones are used by Black folks, or let other Hispanic folks take machines that Black folks are waiting to use, with no regard. Like we aren't paying to use the machines too? Crazy. I really like their machines, but that lady is hellbent on playing favoritism. And one day, I'm sure she will meet the right one if they keep it up.

A Nighttime clerk at this location is very aware. He was helpful and friendly. (Note: a customer was looking around the place for his laundry and the clerk noticed the customer was looking around, and was able to help him find what machine). The late night guy seems super nice and yet I have also seen him be firm once when needed. The place is waaaay safer than before. But, some of the daytime ladies are very tacky. I gave a ride to a neighbor ( Intnational Studies Instructor) to the wash house. According to her the afternoon ladies are talking about costumers. I myself have seen one of them moving customers baskets from laundry carts and just leaving the baskets on the floor when there are hardly anyone else there. I always stay with my stuff, but I guess she doesn’t know we can see through the glass.

This place is really helpful if you have a debit card and don’t want to get coins every time you wash. However, I do feel it can be a bit racist. It’s predominately Hispanic that do wash at this location and that is fine. As someone said further down in the comments you will be stared at the entire time while trying to simply wash your clothes. The two Hispanic ladies that are employees also stare and they talk about you. I know Spanish and I heard every thing they said. It’s a very uncomfortable feeling and because of this I will not encourage anyone that is not Hispanic to visit this location. I will definitely spread this all over social media so none of my friends or colleagues have to experience this. Go elsewhere folks. We are in 2022 and have better options.

I didnt get off work until 2 am, I googled an 24 hr laundromat & found this one. When we first pulled up I noticed that the parking lot was really clean! The inside was also pretty clean too. They have pretty decent prices as well. There is a male worker here named Bobby Lou, he keeps this place very clean & makes sure its a safe environment for everyone, he makes sure there isn't people bothering you in the parking lot, begging for one, or just messing with you period. He makes sure the creeps stay away fr here. All in all he mad my experience better than it already was, we had a nice conversation & he's very friendly! I 100 percent recommend this laundromat, even if you need to come middle of the night!

My home is in the process of being remodeled and my washer and dryer is currently in a storage pod. I chose the wash house because of the great reviews. Been several times now and I can agree, the place is top notch. The employees are helpful and kind. Wilma has been especially helpful. She has answered questions and given me tips to show me how to best use the machines always with a smile. The ladies room is always clean. The facility is monitored by cameras inside and out, and has good WiFi. I will keep coming back with large blankets long after my machines are back in the house. Highly recommend.

Sadly my washing machine overflowed back in June causing my kitchen ceiling to fall through. That said, I have been without a washing machine for quite some time. The Wash House stands out over other laundromats in ‘spades’. They have plenty of machines to self use or drop off services, which is what I do. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, with a clean & safe atmosphere for all to use. Highly recommended and will definitely repeat until I get new machines for at-home use.

Well lit, hella hot dryers (I didn’t need to use the washers but assuming they’re on par with everything else, they’re probably excellent!), and fair pricing. Having a third shift attendant also added to my peace of mind in relation to my safety.The attendant, Bobby Lou, actively monitored the parking lot, tidied up the facility, and even helped carry my massive amount of laundry to the car. Even the bathroom was spotless! Highly recommend!

This is the cleanest Laundry Mat I have ever been too. I loved that everything was updated and there was no need for quarters. The manager (sweet, pretty, lady, her name started with a V) is so pleasant and kind. Seems like she loves her job and likes people.!keep up the good work.!! The only think that bothered me was I wish everyone was made to wear a mask. Also the bathroom was sparkling!!! Will definitely be back and recommend.

Clean location and well priced, but somehow they broke both the handles of my laundry basket when I brought stuff in to be dropped off. It was only 20 pounds, shouldn't have happened unless they were yanking it around and being rough with it. Probably won't return if my property is going to be returned damaged!

Nice and clean. Someone has actually been on site everytime I've been for help and maintenance issues which is extremely rare at most places. Im not sure what services they offer as I just used the machines. Which were quick and efficient. The prices were pretty reasonable.. way better than apt standards.. flaws are small parking, hard to get in and out and watch out for the busy days

We’re from Indiana and in Nashville for my daughters softball tournament. I needed a place to do some laundry, and this is the place we came to. Without a doubt, the cleanest soap centers I have ever seen! The machines were spotless! The two attendants were very nice as well. I would highly recommend The Wash House! You can use a credit/debit card to start the machines or quarters.

Always clean. The largest machine and the 2nd largest machine are my go to machines. The dryer's are surprisingly fast. The 1st time I was there I put in extra time thinking it would need it, but nope. One change I would make is to have a ramp to wheel your clothes up onto the sidewalk. Not deducting any stars, but it might be something to do in the future :-)

Options for pay by coin or card. Open 24 hours, though the later you are there, the more drama may occur. Office closes and attendant leaves by 9 or 10pm and the bathroom is locked at that time as well. If the place is crowded, watch your clothes or someone may take them out and put them somewhere else so they can use that washer or dryer.

Enjoy this place to do my laundry. The fact they are open 24/7, ALWAYS super clean (including the restrooms), very helpful and friendly staff. I always go on Monday morning and enjoy visiting with the ladies especial grown very fond of Vilma. She always has a smile and I enjoy that. Keep up the great service and the great staff.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Im a local of the nearby surrounding area by the wash house. It feels to be the safest 24hour laundry mat. Though it seem to be a issue with homeless, disturbed or unwell free loaders. It’s nonetheless by far the best place to go at night for a high quality wash. Would recommend to anyone who a night owl or 3th/night shift person.

The late night employee is absolutely the nicest man. So very helpful and funny to boot. I would absolutely go and wash my clothes there any time. Dryers work wonders and haven't had a machine mess up on me once. Takes card and coin there too soooo convenient. Go there you won't regret it..... Went back and still just as good.

The wash house makes doing laundry fun. It’s the cleanest laundromat I’ve been too. They have TVs & even entertainment for kids. Wilma is the best. She’s always working very hard & makes sure to put customers first & assists them with any help they may need. Since going here we have not gone to another laundromat since.

My dryer broke and I went to check out another place and was harassed by men so I decided to come here. It was very clean and actually and someone working there Bobby Lou. We struck up a conversation and he was very cool and it made me feel safer there with him there. That man deserves a raise!!!

I’m new to Nashville and have been using the wash house service for a month. Each time I’ve used the wash and fold service Vilma has been amazing. She is efficient, sets proper expectations of when my laundry would be finished, and is always pleasant.

This is the best diverse Laundromat that I ever been that service majority Hispanics but treat everyone equal with respect and courtesy. They also keep the laundromat clean and sanitized. I enjoy washing my clothes at this laundromat.

Spacious, very clean, newer machines that will take either quarters or your card and there’s an attendant on duty....only down side is you have to pay extra to wash on hot....plus you only get 3 minutes for .25 to dry!
