You would probably assume someone would review this business based on a quality bike that they purchased. I’m giving this business five stars because of the class and integrity that they showed. I purchased a cheap bike off of Amazon and it wasn’t working properly. I took it to them, and instead of taking advantage of someone who knows very little about bikes, they did a full assessment and walked me through why the bike was broken and not working properly. They were glad to fix it, but were honest about the costs and the trade-offs and quality that I would be losing should I have them fix the cheap bike that I purchased. They sell quality bikes. But, they did not force , their opinions of which type of bike I should purchase. They simply gave me options and a free assessment of my bad purchase. Sometimes you feel like a company will gladly take advantage of a customer who knows nothing about the product. That doesn’t happen here. They are a local store and treat customers like neighbors.

Rae and Nicole went out of their way to make my experience fun and enjoyable. They had originally matched me with a bike based on the height on my driver's licence. Despite the height match even with the seat on the lowest setting I didn't feel confident on it. I struggled to get on and off and felt it was too high. I didn't think I was going to be able to join my friends on the biking trip we had planned and thought I was gonna have to walk. Rae and Nicole drove an hour out to bring me a replacement bike that was a way better fit. They also even helped me attach my phone mount and belongings bag to my bike and make it secure. They took their time explaining the e-bikes controls and had excellent customer service. Nicole and Rae saved my vacation plans for the day and I'm so happy I was able to join my boyfriend on the biking adventure we had planned. The e-bike was also super nice and really helped with the Atlanta Georgia hills. Thank you so much outback bikes!

Great experience shopping at Outback Bikes. Awesome store and solid product selection. I can’t say enough good about their customer service and sales support. I was able to easily and quickly locate the bike I was looking for online and over the phone. The staff quickly and efficiently answered all questions I had in the days leading up to my purchase. I live ~5 hours away and felt confident and reassured that my drive time to pick up my bike would be fruitful. The crew was in immediate contact with me anytime I had a question and did not rush me or use any pressure to make the sale. When I arrived just an hour before closing Adam and the rest of the crew I dealt with were polite and patient and took the time to helpfully answer any questions I had while servicing the bike for my needs before I left. I highly recommend giving this shop a try as you will not be disappointed.

This is the first time in my life that I’ve ever had a nice bike, so when I noticed the front wheel was wobbly I brought it to Outback Bikes. I was greeted as soon as I entered and directed to the bike hospital in the back of the shop. I was helped by Logan, who was outstanding at explaining where my wheel was irreversible bent and sad, Logan was very knowledgeable and informative while helping me select a new wheel. When I went to pay everyone behind the register was super awesome and friendly. Since I want to keep my bike in good shape I’ll definitely be back!! Thank you Outback Bikes!!

Terrible service. Made an appointment to service my bike, during which I sent them the bike model and they confirmed the appointment. When I arrived I was first told as of 4 days before they no longer service bikes they didn't sell, after I asked for clarification they reasoning shifted to the tech has to see the bike before they can decide if it's serviceable. If you want to feel that "run around" feeling from a nightmare shop, give these folks a try. But if you value your time and money, find a shop that cares about earning clients business. Never, ever, not even once

So glad I came here to purchase my new bike! Thomas was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with a positive attitude while assisting me in picking out a bike and doing multiple test rides. I learned a lot about the various models and Thomas had plenty of information I never would’ve known to look for browsing on my own at bigger chain stores. Left the store confident in my purchase and more than satisfied with the Giant “Escape” model I ended up going with. Well worth the price for the quality along with the service package that comes with it!

I brought my bike to Outback Bikes for a second opinion. I have been having issues with my rear derailleur. The mechanic at Outback listened to me, took one look at it and validated what I had been saying. He used a rear derailleur alignment tool and showed me how out of alignment everything was. He fixed it within minutes, and I did a test ride nearby before I went home. I did another 30 minute ride tonight and it is still working great.

Had a great experience at Outback. Went in looking for a commuter bike and the staff was very helpful and patient with me while I tried out several bikes. I appreciated how they didn’t try upcharging me and were very detailed in their explanation of different bike features and different brands. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new ride from chill folks !

Bought a hybrid bike from here and have really enjoyed it. Really appreciate the level of service I get from those working here. I went in the other day as I had issues with my gears. It was really simple and easy process, was able to drop the bike off and then got a text a few hours later that it was ready to go. That sort of easy reliability stands out to me.

Great experience on my second maintenance work over the last 2 years on my 10 year old Giant Excape bike. Good check-in process, great atmosphere, get directed to the right area on entry, reasonable prices, correct estimate and good turn around on major work. Walk-in welcome on minor work. My bike rides like new now very enjoyable again thanks for Outback.

Andrew was really amazing! He help me with all my accessories as well as wrapping my bars with my most favorite color (Blue). I enjoyed the fact this business is safe place for the LGBTQ+ community. The whole entire staff was very knowledgeable & amazing about everything and they didn’t pressure me into a sale. I Love my upgrade!

Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and friendly staff, I kind of felt like part of the family. Didn't shy away from lesser-priced options or discontinued models, but focused on getting me on the right bike with the right size for my 6'3" frame. If you're looking for a new ride, this is THE place to go! And they're in Hapeville!

We rented an e-bike bike over the weekend and had an incredible time. The bike was set up and ready as we requested. Had the back seat installed, and was fully charged up. The team gave us a quick lesson on how to use the bike and we were off exploring the belt line! I would definitely rent from them again when we are in Atlanta.
