My Story details: I received a quote from Peyman to install a NEMA 14-50 plug in a garage to charge EV vehicle. He quoted $999 + $200 for ~20m of wire + tx which included Romax 6-gauge wire running into walls + breaker + NEMA14-50 outlet + Permit + Inspection. His quote was comparable to other 2 quotes I received but PK was running wires inside walls (others were not) so I opted for him for a cleaner job. He was quick to respond to IM and could come do the work quickly. The day of the installation, PK showed up with his wife, both very nice. Wire was now an Armored wire running outside wall and ceiling apparently due to shortage of Romax wire at his supplier (first disappointment). Since I already had the breaker available he reduced the price by $50. Installation was completed in less than 1.5 hours with dozen of screw holes in dry-wall left to patch due to missing the stud/trust when securing the wire (no big deal if you have the compound to patch). We talked about the inspector and he showed me the sticker the inspector will apply to the outlet. Invoice and payment were done electronically and easy. I was invoiced $950+tx which was lower than quoted. I assumed this was related to the different wire used and easier/quicker installation. 1.5 week later, I reached out to PK to check on inspector's visit. PK didn't book it and decided it was not included anymore and wanted and additional $250 for it. So the cost is back to original quote at $1200+tx and he didn't supply the breaker and didn't run the wire into wall like he quoted for (2nd disappointment). At this cost and with the wire running on the wall/ceiling, I would have been better off with the other quote I had. Nice person but needs to get his numbers straight.

Quoted me a high and low price for installation of an EVB charger (with and without certificate). After we agreed on a price, he kept raising the "costs" to the point where it was not comparable and even more expensive than others. Afterwards, we agree on a new HIGHER price, he started telling me additional costs I need to incur for my panel even though all pictures, videos and descriptions were sent to him before any initial quote. After again agreeing, he then kept postponing their work at my house for the EV charger until the point he told me to find someone else...do NOT recommend

Excellent service! We got potlights through this company two times in two different houses for the entire indoors and even outdoors. The cutting and fitting of the lights were done very professionally and clean. Peyman does the job with caring and attention with a professional manner. I requested for a ceiling light installation through Homestar. PK Electrical was prompt and professional in their response. They provided a reasonable quote and was able to schedule in an appointment within a few days.
