She is still paying for the finance of this car and it has only done 80000km!!!!! does anyone in their right mind think this is not taking advantage of my mother? in the meantime we took in to another mechanic who did a thorough investigation to the see core issue of what happened to the engine as the service team at ford are claiming its not their fault, this mechanic explained the water and pipe to the engine had been like this for well over a month and should have been spotted at the last service, I'm still waiting for the records to be sent to me"

Dear the sales team at Pakenham ford, Our first time buying a used vehicle, and the team was evident they had done this 1 million times, they knew what to do, say and act, the first interaction was via phone and next via emails following us adventuring the 2.5 hrs to view the vehicle. Every phone call and email was individual and it was like dealing with mates, fun and enjoyable interactions. once we arrived at pakenham ford the show room was clean and neat, the boys where attentive offering drinks and the keys to a well kept clean and i state clean as the previous car dealerships i had view cars they where dirty and or smelly not a strong selling point to someone wanting to purchase a car, this car was presented well and they were quick at getting plates so we could test drive. After negotiation (floor matts) and black slimline plates, We had to leave to go overseas and the boys still somehow made the whole transferring ,organizing of pick up etc a smooth event. I have to state how good the team here at Pakenham ford are . On 25.05.23 we drove the grueling almost 3 hrs to pick up the car and again the car was presented clean and polished even in the rain adorned with a big bow. This small detail makes a buyer feel validated even with a second hand car!!! thank you Thank you Team pakenham ford!!! Have a wonderful weekend Regards Dion Chapman

Purchased a new Ford Escape ST from Cassie at Pakenham Ford and I have to say that I’m stoked. From when myself and my partner first went in to Ford just to have a look we were impressed with how we were approached by the sales staff and management and how they managed our sale from start to finish. Cassie was amazing, answering all our questions with patience and professionalism and I couldn’t be more impressed. Her relaxed and relatable approach made the decision to buy the car so much easier. From when we left the dealership to see the car in a different colour we were certain we’d be back to buy it from her. Shout out to the manager, and Chris who also made the process enjoyable and as easy as it should be. We are only too confident that we’ve been looked after. We really enjoyed dealing with everyone at the branch and wouldn’t hesitate to buy our next Ford from them or to refer anyone wanting to buy a new car to them. Thanks guys!

We enquired about a vehicle that was advertised on carsales around midday on a Saturday, upon obainting the phone number for the dealership, we rang and our call was taken by Jackson. Further information was requested from us and a prompt returned call was made within the hour with all questions answered in which a trip to Pakenham was made from Croydon. We were pleasantly greeted by Jackson on arrival and a deal was done by 4pm. The communication during the 5 days prior to delivery was excellent to keep us updated on progress of us receiving our new vehicle - thank you Pakenham Ford

We’ve booked Pakenham Ford for test drive Next Gen Everest Platinum. This is the only dealer we found near us for test drive “Platinum “ But when we arrived there they asked us whether we ordered one and we said yes we did one with Coffy Ford. Then they suddenly refused to allow us for tests drive the vehicle and told they can’t allow us to do that. Such a shame and can’t believe why they scheduled a time before. Don’t go there

Absolutely incapable of comprehending basic instructions like refraining from washing a vehicle. It's astonishing how Ford consistently fails to adhere to the simplest guidelines. Last time they washed our car, they carelessly flooded the back, leading to thousands in damages. This service unit continues to demonstrate the same incompetence as the rest of Ford, blatantly ignoring our explicit request not to wash the vehicle.

So far so good. Ford in general has a bad reputation for service. Pakenham Ford so far has been excellent. They service my Ranger and always have the time to listen to me. And I mean listen. Last service I mentioned a small noise coming now and then. Picked up the car. Noise reason found. Fixed under warranty. 2 month later noise still gone. Hopefully they will keep on being good. A good way to keep customers coming back.

Had a problem with my Ranger on the way to Phillip Island last Friday and called the Staff at Pakenham Ford. Josh was very helpful and said bring it in and we will scan it and try to help. I arrived and Josh was fantastic. Within an hour and a half late on a Friday afternoon in 38 degrees heat they had diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road . All the staff were very helpful. I recently purchased vehicle from Pakenham Ford Motors. Staff were not pushy and at no time was I placed under duress. Ryan and Tim went out of their way to provide A grade customer service. Excellent staff who have always gone out of their way to look after me. Had a fuel pump issue during a service that required a replacement and it wouldn’t be in till the Monday. They were happy for me to keep the loan vehicle over the weekend and even swapped the loaner I had with one bigger so I could fit a baby seat in the back

! Beware of their car repair work ! The business failed to repair my car fault, but they charged me 3k for the service. I had to give my car to a wrecker since it had been totally damaged. There is no way I would recommend anyone trusting them with their car repairs . Say away from this business!!
