I recently visited the Pandora store at Rideau Mall with my mom, aiming to exchange two purchases we made the previous week at this location, totaling $500. Despite having exchanged items at this location one week before, a blond lady, seemingly a supervisor, insisted we could only process the return at the original store of purchase. Despite our polite request, she conveyed concerns about their store numbers to another colleague and informed us that returning two of our three products was the only option. When pressed for clarification as to why we couldn’t also return our other item, she continued to say it was “store policy," deflecting from the earlier mention of it impacting their numbers to her colleague. Expressing my disappointment that their focus seemed more on numbers than customer service, she admitted, "I care more about me getting flagged than customer service." This encounter completely soured our first Pandora shopping experience, especially as we were celebrating my mom's birthday. Regrettably, my mom decided against any further purchases from Pandora, and now I have to inconvenience myself with a 45-minute drive to return the remaining item. This incident reveals a prioritization of policies over customer satisfaction, leaving us with a lasting negative impression of the Rideau Mall Pandora location. Also, get more coloured workers. Coloured women like my mom and I can’t help but wonder if the lack of accommodation and kindness from this employee has to do with being POC.

My mom was treated very poorly by the manager at the Rideau location. Not only did she raise her voice at my mom, she didn't explain her reasons and basically made my mom feel disrespected. Now, I hope it was not due to the fact that my mom doesn't speak English very well, but regardless, that shouldn't be a problem. We have shopped at many locations over the past few years for every special occasion, and never had any issues with the staff. This manager seems very unprofessional, I would avoid this location and go to Bayshore or St Laurent mall instead. This lady needs to learn how to provide excellent customer service at all times, and treat everyone equally without discrimination. My family and I are never going back to Pandora Rideau.

Very bad customer service The women that works there with short blonde hair shouldn’t work there You loosing a customer I think her name was kiaya Which is the name written on my receipt. I don’t know who the manager is but I will let everyone I know to never shop from pandora in Rideau ever again . I was going there often to shop until I had to return something I got from them She was really aggressive and rude please don’t hire people like that And those who read this Bayshore mall has the best customer service and they’re really nice. Don’t shop from Rideau.

I've been to this pandora location several times and have had great experiences. However, the last time I visited, I received the worst customer service. The manager with red-ish hair and grey streaks is extremely condescending and disrespectful. I never leave reviews but I am now to give you guys a warning, if you can, go to a different location. If you have to go to the one at rideau mall, avoid that lady.

Recently, my friend and I went to Pandora located in the rideau centre. Straight off the bat, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Natalia. During the course of our browsing, she was very friendly, patient and helpful! After we chose our rings and bracelet we left satisfied with not only beautiful jewelry, but with the excellent service that was provided to us. I truly recommend Natalia!

I made a huge mistake to go to this store. They don't deserve anyone's money with the manners they have. Not friendly, rude and judgemental when they see the person based on their clothing. They think they're Chopard.
