I went inside and started browsing around. Then I saw a salesgirl walked around, all the rest sale representatives were just busy helping client. However, this salesgirl, saw my eyes of needing help, but did not greet to me or anything. I then asked her, can I see the ring ( which is in the glass cabinet). She then just repeated my sentence, so u were asking me can u see the ring? I found it really weird and I said yes. She said I cannot help u. U have to wait for other sale representatives. At that point, I didn’t realize I need to get my name in a list, as she didn’t mention there is a waiting list. I thought I just need to wait. And I don’t want to waste my time if they don’t have my size in the specific ring that I am interested in. So I said can u check if u have the size in this ring. She just repeated my sentence again, saying she can’t help me. She still didn’t ask me if I want to get on the waiting list. Then I finally saw the sign on the display table saying that u need to get on the waiting list. So I told this girl just put my name on the list. I hang around in this store for about 10 minutes, then that girl finally called my name, in a not loud voice. I responded it, then finally a professional sales was there for me, greeting me warmly, helping me find my size and brought out all the rings in my size, talked to me cheerfully about how to match with rings and let me try all the ring I was interested. The experience after I got help by the professional sales is nice, I bought what I love in the end, but the sales girl before is horrible. She might be a part time just for this Christmas season, but at least trained her to be nice to people or have passion in her job. They need to hire someone who is really in love of this brand and knows how to greet to customers. Otherwise, this store is pushing clients away during this busy season.
Worst experience ever!!! I placed an order online to be picked up at the store. The email states it should be ready within 6 to 8 hrs. After 3 days I tried calling the store several times with no answer, send messages on Instagram without success. I tried the chat option in the website, and the rep only told me to keep waiting... so what do you say 6-8 hrs if you have to idea when it will be completed Then the rep told me to just go to the store, and they should have it ready... after she just told me to wait I tried calling the store one more time, and finally got someone... she told me they cancelled all the online orders because they were out of stock... so they cancelled my order without sending an email, and while the other person just told me to keep waiting... the lady from the store then told me after 48 hrs I was supposed to get an email... 48hrs??? I've been waiting 72 hrs already... then if I check online, it still shows the item I chose is in-stock at that location... but she just told me they are out of stock... worst customer service... and I'm still waiting for the cancelation email, see how long that one will take
I'm at a loss to understand why, after ordering and receiving an email that said my order would be ready within 8 hours, why my order was ultimately cancelled over 2 weeks later. I called the store and was told they didn't fulfill the online orders because of black Friday, fine, but my order was cancelled after they took my name down without notifying me a week after I called! I had ordered a birthstone charm that is no longer available online and it was on sale, so I'm not going to be able to find what I'm looking for now. Obviously they have no inventory control and sold the item to someone who went into the store even though my online order should have secured the item. I've never dealt with such a disorganized store! Would never order online again and I'll be looking for other jewelry as opposed to filling my Pandora bracelet if this is the way they treat customers.
Very bad service. I was just in this store, the 2 salespersons were helping customers which is fine, I was waiting for my turn, a couple came in the employee started answering their questions while I was still waiting. I am a very good customer of Pandora and I buy must of my charms in St-Laurent. Never again. Very bad service and not the 1st time I get horrible service at that location. Over the years, I probably bought over $6000 in charms, bracelets, earrings, rings and chains. It's very disappointing to be treated like this but next time I will go to Rideau Center or Bayshore.
I walked in the store dec 2nd to buy a gift and it was the worst experience I had. I think Pandora standards are dropping with a high gravity attraction. The sales girls were on there phones sitting in boxes chatting and the girl that helped me didn’t feel like doing her job. Everything I asked to see was sold which is fine but she wouldn’t offer options and the only option she showed me was a $500 charm in gold even tho I had mentioned I don’t want gold. And tried to up sell me on stuff I did previously said I didn’t like. Costumer service going down hill
For an older dude, shopping for jewelry is difficult enough; let alone trying to pick out the right rings and correct sizing “online”. Luckily for me, I had the pleasure of dealing with Emilie both online and by telephone. So refreshing dealing with her inasmuch as she is the consummate professional. Patient, knowledgeable and understanding are just a few superlatives for this young lady. I just want to thank Pandora St-Laurent and in particular a huge thank you to Emilie
I came tonyour store today June 26th to buy a gift and it was the worst experience I had. I think Pandora standards are dropping with a high gravity attraction. I regret I spent money at your store. The pleasure to do it was nil as I had to do it out of request. The young lady that served me was so so so unpleasant! I asked for manager and guess what manager was absent.
I went in tonight to browse for more charms for my mom's birthday gift, and was so happy with the immediate service I received. I was also early to pick up my order but the staff rushed my order so, I could have it seeing as I was already there. I had such a blast with these two lovely ladies. I'm so excited to give my mom her gift. Thank you so much!
Came into the store to buy my mom a gift, the salesperson Israa gave me exceptional service. She ensured I got the best quality gifts and even gave me some good intakes on certain products I got. I must say I was very impressed and ended up walking out happy. I highly recommend Israa for those looking for information, THANK YOU!!!
Terrible just terrible. Bought a ring for my sister had to return it because it deformed and after the second return they said we cant help you our jewelery is not made to be worn every day just on ocassions so 100$ down the drain. Will never buy from any Pandora store again
Abrar is one of the best sales associate at this location. I will definitely go back here since she really take good care of us. Unlike other location in Ottawa, St. Laurent is the best one that I had so far. Two thumbs up for them!
I went to Charms and I was assisted by Parisa who was very patient and knowledgeable. I was happy with the service and I will return for future purchase. I would recommend Parisa to assist anyone looking for a gift.

Unfortunately, every time I go to this store I get snobbed by the staff, whether it is busy or not. I like the jewelry but I will keep ordering online. Hope they don’t work on commission! ♀️ …
Nice items! To bad the drop earrings I was interested in were a huggy type that were too small for my ear lobes...I loved them though! Sales person was excellent
