I've been buying my cat's food at Pet Plus in the Gordons Bay mall for a few years now and consistently get great and friendly service. However, I wish to single out 1 particular employee of this store. His name is Gerhard and it's such a pleasure going in to Pet Plus when Gerhard is working. His product knowledge is incredible and with a business selling pet food, you certainly need somebody with good knowledge of the products on sale. A while ago, I decided to change the brand of my cat's food and Gerhard took me through all the brands available on shelf and told me a bit about each brand. He now recognizes me when I come in on my monthly visit to buy Elvira's food. I certainly hope Pet Plus management will do everything in their power to retain this very valuable employee.

I don't know who the young lady and man was helping me at the Pet Plus shop in Gordon's Bay mall around noon today (7 March), but I just wanted to commend them for their excellent service. I walked in asking for advice on Montego packs and the lady immediately assisted and even fetched me a trolley for the pack and proceeded to pack my other Checkers bags into the trolley as well. The young man helped to load the 25kg pack into the trolley and quickly rang up my other items. I was in and out of the shop in probably 5 minutes. They were such a great, helpful and friendly team and I just felt they needed to get well-deserved recognition for it. I have also always received excellent customer care at this specific shop, so well done to the entire team!

Miss the old staff, have never felt so unwelcome to buy in your store. We have been buying there for just over three years. I miss the lady in the picture below who always made you feel at home and know how to talk respect and sell.

Staff are great all of them, always go the extra mile to give you all the information you need and always well stocked. Love this place!! Prices vary, somethings very expensive others are well priced.

Had a great day until I walked into petplus Gordons bay, the lady Emily did not even greet me back. I just grabbed what I needed, did not even browse, felt unwelcome.

Thanks so much for taking such good care of our family / pets needs. Always prepared to do more and offer advice.
