I called the store inquiring about my order since the door dash person called, but didn’t speak English. I was transferred to a manager who sounded annoyed to be taking my call. Informed me he had just picked up my order and if it hasn’t arrived in 30 min an hour at the most to call for a refund. So an hour goes by, no order so I call back. Cameron the manager didn’t even let me finish my sentence, before he cut me off and rudely proceeded to “recap” out prior conversation. When I informed him he was rude and all I was trying to do was get my refund like he asked me to call and do, he apologized for sounding rude then proceeded to tell me he has other customers to deal with not just me. Honestly, that’s not my problem. I wasn’t rude when I called back until he cut me off and started being very unprofessional. My husband who over heard how he was speaking to me took the phone and told him he didn’t appreciate how he was speaking to me. Cameron proceeded to argue and curse at my husband. All I want is a refund for dog food I never received. I’ve email corporate as I fear he won’t honor the refund and I will be calling until I can speak with someone at corporate. Having a bad day I get, but he was downright rude and unprofessional. I suggest going elsewhere for your pet needs. He made it clear he doesn’t care about his job or your business.

This store has quality and variety in their pet supplies. I have a (very picky) cat, and he likes a variety of wet cat food. I don't like Purina, nor a few other brands I see in a Walmart, and Pet Supplies Plus has quality and variety in their options with brands and types of food (and toys, etc). The employees (at this location, specifically), always greet you when you walk in the door, they are always happy, even when restocking or doing other things. They ask if you need help, but aren't pushy. I occasionally ask for help, and I have always gotten the help I needed, or an answer I needed. Very open, friendly, knowledgeable atmosphere. Also, if you're looking to adopt a cat, they work with The Dallas Cat Lady, so if you are ready to be a kind, warm, safe, loving cat owner (or add another cat to your mix!) they tend to have some sweet cats to choose from.

The store itself looks nice enough, bit whoever answers the phones doesn't know what a gerbil is. I've been looking for gerbils for over a month, and twice when I've called they said they had gerbils only to get here and find it was hamsters... Nothing against hamsters, but we wanted gerbils that like other gerbils and are awake during the day, not hamsters that attack each other and keep you up all night. I need to stop bothering to call this location. They continue to tell me they have gerbils only to not have any when I get here. I placed an order for gerbils a month ago and they can't get them. (I wouldn't blame them for being unable to get them, but they shouldn't tell me they have them and they don't or tell me they "just sold out yesterday" when I gave them my information requesting them.

walked in for the first time to check out the self service dog wash and as i’m approaching the dog wash with my husky, a lady and her dog (possibly german shepherd) turn into our isle and her dog immediately started aggressively barking/lunging in our direction. thank goodness they were at the end of the isle…we immediately walked to a different area of the store to defuse the situation and the dog would not stop barking. i decided to just leave and as we’re leaving the dog is behind the front desk with the workers being very loud and still barking. Will probably not return because it was a very uncomfortable experience for me and my dog and it seems like that dog possibly belonged to one of the workers.

I went to this place and they didn't want to ring me up because of my ethnicity the guy who was at the register was the manager and he walked off after he helped the lady that was in front of me the other cashier asked him to help me cause she was back up with customers I asked is he still open cause he walked off he looked at me and said no I'm not going to help you I was shocked and the young lady asked him again and he said look I'd rather go and pick up my kids from school and the girl was like well it's just her and she only has one item I just walked out it's not supposed to be a argument over if he wants to check me out so but it's been several times I had problems at this place

Thanks Lydia you are a rockstar!! Came in last Sunday to buy some dog food for my new puppy and senior doggo. Lydia was so kind and helpful she went over all my questions and concerns without rushing us off. You can tell she really loves what she does and genuinely wants to help us pet parents! Lydia recommended the Redford salmon and brown rice for our new puppy and Dr Marty’s for our older dog who sometimes struggles with chewing. They love love love the food and it’s great on the tummies! 10/10 This will be the only pet store we shop at for all our pet needs in the future!

This is one of the best Pet Supplies Plus I have yet to go to. The customer services here is out of this world. My dog had a great spa day. We walked and and was given a treat by Canlina then went to the bath. The bath area was clean and stocked up with everything we needed. Once finished by boy was looking for his treat for being a good boy during bath time and Gibby was there to give him a treat and lots of love. The best part is after I bathed my baby I left the mess and Canlina nor Gibby made me feel bad for leaving the mess. Thank's Guys keep up the good work.

I'm pretty new to Dallas and have always bought my dog's food from HEB. Since there's no close location, I chose to come here. Every time I've been in, a staff member has approached me asking if I'm doing alright. Each time I've had questions about their dog food because my pup is a white-haired bully breed (so she sometimes has allergies to certain ingredients). Each time the respective staff member has carried on a full discussion with me and helped me choose the right type with their unbiased opinions, even offering to help carry the bag to my truck.

This place helped turn my good day into a great day! Devon knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. Plus he was up on my Game of Thrones vibe which was about to premier so I was in a hurry,he got it. I found a ladder for my Crested Gecko. At half the price of a closer to home box store. Kelsie brought me 20 healthy,large and very active crickets. And Garry was friendly and helpful. Plus I met a lady in line who hooked me up with an awesome hair stylist! All in all one happy,well fed reptile,one over the moon Mama.

I've only been here once to give my dog a bath. The bath area was roomy- they had 3 tubs, aprons, towels, 3 or 4 different types of shampoos and driers. They also had free treats. It was fairly inexpensive for the bath, actually about half the price for another dog wash place on Beltline and Preston. The staff was friendly as well. I haven't bought any food or treats, so I can't comment on their selection or prices. I would go back.

My apartment building had a fire that displaced my furbaby cat and me today. I stopped by Pet Supplies Plus, and the staff was amazing at helping make sure I had everything I needed. They gave my cat some love and found me the biggest discount they knew of. It made a pretty horrific experience a little easier due to the kind staff at this location. I was already a customer, but I will be for life after today's experience!

Just stopped in to get some freeze dried dog food. They’re sold out. I asked for a rain check for the food. The assistant mgr refused to write me a rain check. He knows he can and admitted he could, but told me he refuses to do so. I left without buying anything. I won’t go back to this brand until they fix this process. It’s embarrassing they won’t work with the customer. Going to the competitor now.

These folks are always warm and welcoming to me and my puppy (who gets very excited to be there!- He loves this place!) Great selection too! I find wonderful choices there! They carry Muenster dog food too which my doggie loves! They are kind and patient with all my choice decisions. Great service always - and today Justin was the STAR! Super helpful young man!

It was bath time for the pooch and he is always welcomed here by the wonderful staff. The bathing area supplies the shampoos and conditioner as well as a car wash style blow dryer and a towel for yourself to dry off from after everyone's had their bath. Afterwards Rollie roams the asiles to pick out his treat for being such a great sport about the whole ordeal.

My experience we overall satisfactory had questions regarding high protein dog food DHA percentage in puppy food was assisted by employees quickly and positively they're very informative and also gave comparisons I'm prices also with brand and quality awesome place to buy pet supplies and pet food would highly recommend this

I love the Pepper Square store. My dog Jackson loves the warm baths he gets there with their oatmeal shampoo and their deli treats Drive him nuts. Plus I'm a pretty big guy and the clerk still offered to carry my dog food to my car. That kind of care and attention to customer service deserves all the kudos and attention.

After 2 yrs of coming over to this pet store I had bad costumer services with this manager Katie, She told me to come to the store and pick up a card then went up to the store, she made me wait for 20mins basically she was ignoring me all this time, probably because I'm a Black man. I felt disgraminated against.

Staff is very friendly and helpful I have no complaints. I took one of my dogs for a bath and they had different shampoo, conditioner as well, the price for the bath is really not expensive for what they offer. They got lots of different dog food brands, treats and toys all you can imagine. This is dog heaven

Pet Supplies Plus is my new favorite pet store! They are the only store in town that carries the new Inception dry food for cats and once you join their frequent buyer club (free) you get lots of better deals in store and online. The Inception bags were only $5 last time I was in the store!

Not only is the staff nice, but the store is clean and they already have want we need. However, the bath station is hands down the best thing for me and my 100 lbs lab and bad back. I know the dogs much prefer to be bathed in warm water. Thank you guys for being our neighborhood pet store.

First time here lady named cat lied to me saying the dog was was easy and fun. I have a Labrador it took me 2 hours to fully dry him I was limited on 2 towels. The blow dryers are useless. I will never use this dog was even though it's free I rather pay the $10 and do a good job on my dog

I'm always greeted and given top notch service from the PSP team. They are very knowledgeable and answer all of my questions. If the store is out of a product that I need, Kadie is always on top of it and let's me know when they expect to get it back in stock. Awesome customer service!

Wonderful customer service. Very helpful and kind. Prices are decent. Not at all impressed with their mobile clinic service though. Prices are twice the amount for shots. Walked out and 5 days later used the mobile service across the street at Odyssey pets for half the price.

Great prices and service with very helpful folks working there. They have limited ingredient pet for that has changed my dogs life. Wonderful treats that are often shared for free, so much dog fun. They work with local Rescue Organizations and give back to the community.

I absolutely love this store. We give our dogs their baths here and it’s the only store where I have found Victor dog food. We also buy fish here and the staff is amazing. They offer to help me carry my bag of dog food to my car every time. Customer for life!

The people who work here seem to have a real passion for animals and if they don’t have an answer for you they will find a way to get it. I loved using the self dog wash! Made it so much easier to clean my baby! The prices are all reasonable! We will be back.

I patronize this store because they have a dog wash, which is always clean and ready to go. Huge selection of anything you would want for any pet and I have never met a staffer I would not have a sit-down dinner with. A great store that I always recommend.

A great experience. I ordered a large dog food bag on the phone in response to an ad for a discount. I was greeted at the door as I walked in by several friendly employees, they grabbed the bag of dog food and quickly put it into the back of my vehicle.

Turk was very helpful in recommending a specific food for my dog’s breed, giving a full breakdown of the ingredients list and food conversion recommendation. The staff as a whole is very friendly and helpful, will definitely keep returning.

Online order for Dog food. Stated would be delivered by 8pm that day. Called them they could not locate order. Then lied and said they found and would deliver NOW. DID NOT GET DOG FOOD!!! Will definitely take my business elsewhere

This location is really nice. All the employees are great and really helpful. They love to give out treats to my dog. They have great sales and overall prices are very good. They also have a dog was area to wash your dog.

Not thrilled. I had to ask 3 times for help carrying the 30+ bag of dry dog food with my 5 yr old on one hand & 84 pound Doberman on the other and she was not pleased. Maybe they changed the store policy.

I have been coming to this location since 2005 and they have remained the same. Always friendly and willing to help with any and all questions. You can tell everyone enjoys their job.

The bathing station was well stocked with everything that we needed and is a great way to save money over professional grooming if you don't have the option of a bath at home.

The staff are nice and they have a good variety of dog treats and toys. The staff are always respectful when my service dog and I do training sessions here with our trainer.
