We love this pet shop, all the team members are friendly. Our pug fur baby has just started puppy school and he’s learning so much already. The range of products they stock is huge. I love the loyalty program when I buy food I get dollars off. We also picked up these sunnies, they have an amazing range of outfits for your pets too.

Called up to book my puppy in as usual as the groomers were actually the best we have ever experienced. I received a very short reply from the shop assistant telling me that petstock do not do grooming anymore. When I inquired where the ladies had gone she said she couldn't help, goodbye. Will not be going to petstock again.

We went to visit the store to look into some products to control our dogs barking. Naomi was so helpful and full of so much information in regards to their range of products and also had some very helpful training options. Would definitely recommend this store and Naomi was unbelievably helpful.

The groomer was very knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I wanted (nice after a terrible experience at a different business previously); and did an incredible job. Am still admiring it a week later. She was great with my dog, and the pricing is very reasonable.

The staff are always friendly and happy to advise customers of sales or even lend a hand to get items to the car. Always clean and tidy when I visit the store! Oh and they always have little cat toys on sale which is a blessing cause mine always seem to disappear!
