Usually we shop at the competitor because it’s closer to home… but now we have seen the light! Went into PETStock Indooroopilly for a (not so boring) collar as their online store said they had stock… which was correct. We were greeted as we walked in the door by a friendly staff member. They have this awesome engraving machine that took only a few mins to engrave a dog tag and it’s pretty reasonably priced too. PETstock seems much cheaper than the competitor and has a big modern style range but most of all - the service is absolutely top notch. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff that go well beyond expectations.

Nice pet store. I used to take my cat in on a lead and the staff were really nice about it. They stock my preferred cat litter and their loyalty rewards system is not bad. Nice range of cat toys and treats. Easy parking, although being in Indooroopilly means you can only get to it from one direction and getting back the way you came is a pain as well. But if you live in the area you're used to this kind of thing. I used their online delivery subscription system for a year or two but after a lot of issues like skipping deliveries I just gave up on it and just went back to going to the store in person.

Good store. Some counter staff are rude and seem slow witted but their is one casual (I think, don't see her often) whom is very helpful, friendly and informative. Recommend visiting when the dark haired girl is behind the counter. Apart from that, avoid unless you want of eye rolling directed your way when they enter your phone number incorrectly when registering for an account with them

This is the only pet store in my local area that keeps the frozen pet food I want in stock. I buy big dog (for cats and small dogs) frozen food. For whatever reason, plenty of places stock this but stocks are always low or only one flavour of the cat food is available. If I want to definitely get food for my animals, I only go to this Petstock.

I visited on Christmas Eve when the store was very busy. All staff were lovely with my excited Labrador. Bennett was extremely helpful. He checked that the dog wash was ok then went to the trouble of assembling a dog bed I purchased. He even offered to carry it to my car. Wonderful genuine customer service. Much appreciated!

LOVE the staff and choice of products here. Its so great that if you're a member you can earn points that give you cash back on particular brands! My little cavoodle is enjoying his food and treats so much, I'll continue coming here for sure. Great value for money and can't wait to try their puppy preschool soon! :)

Great place friendly staff and a brilliant dog wash facility. Few parking spaces through bigger vehicles will find it a tight squeeze. There is more parking further up in the shopping mall which is a 5 minute walk Join their club to get your first dog wash for free

I'm happy to say my experience today was wonderful, very helpful staff who went above and beyond to help me with my tricky click and collect order. My order was carried to my car which was very helpful and I really appreciate the service today. I'll go here again.

Booked my dog (Maltese) in to be groomed and earliest time was 2 weeks wait, just to be called up less then 24hrs before the appointment and canceled on. I was told my dog would have to wait another 2 weeks. Not happy bad customer services.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! I purchased a fish last week after a month or so of cycling my tank and they are always happy to answer my questions and provide advice :) Good range of products and the fish are healthy

There fish knowledge is exceptional, they even have free water testing available. The few dogs I have seen that have came out of the grooming there look very well groomed. The staff are always helpful and mostly want to help.

A good selection of pet needs. This shop also has a dog bath outside where you can also buy a token worth $10.00 to operate the wash. I wash my dog there every fortnight. Service is good there as well.

Visited saturday 26th jan with my elderly blind cocker spaniel. It was the best shave hes ever had the young lady was so kind and called me asap to collect him so he wasn't waiting. Thank you so much

Has all the things but very expensive compared to online alternatives. But if you need something quickly and want help and suggestions they're a great option.

Prices were pretty high and staff didn't know their stuff. I was recommended a tank heater to cool down my fish tank water (very hot apartment over summer)

Service was a little out of the ordinary place smelt old was dark inside had to ask for membership details to be updated and its in a really poor location.
