Pretty Pump Gym have exceeded my expectations by a million ! Never felt so comfortable in a gym ever , the staff are so friendly and accommodating , the equipment is top of the range and the staff are eager to explain how they work . My personal favourite is the sauna such a nice way to end the day after a good gym session !

Gym is really good amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and good facilities however, the only issues I have is that the smoothie bar is always closed (or is closed most of the time) and I feel like the sauna shouldn’t have an extra charge should be included in the £25 membership.

The gym is good and the staff are lovely, but I left due to music being played at all times. Disappointing for a Muslim owned gym, not necessary as people come with their own headphones to listen to their own content. Since started bodytone where they don’t play music.

Signed up the very first day it opened. Did not disappoint, has the best of standards and facilities all under the same roof. Women only gym, worth every Penny! Staff are so friendly and the manager herself is absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend! 5/5 ⭐️

This gym has to be the very best in Birmingham in terms of size, layout and also more importantly how tidy and clean it is together with fellow members always putting equipment away, cannot fault it first class and the staff are the very best and welcoming.

Nice gym however the price is extortion for what is there!! furthermore they do not allow you all access to use all the facilities such as the sauna which is bizarre .

Absolutely rubbish, machines are second hand and rusty. I went for one day and never again. I am a regular gym goer and this one is total shambles.
