Hi there, I went there to buy a foundation for my sister who is a shade lighter than me. I requested one of the staff members to help me choose a color that suits my skin tone so that I can decide true match for my sister. Staff came and showed me extremely dark shades which were not even close to my skin tone. I told her I have been using shade Punjab from NARS and I think these are not my colors. The very rude staff goes you are dark I can’t show you the lighter colors. I said I think I am olive color or you can say I am of dark complexion. I mean the way you said was a bit different than how you should say. The staff walked away raising her voice “Oh my god, oh my god, I can’t do this with you, I can’t show you anything”. Again, I told her the way you said wasn’t right and it’s not a way to deal with a customer. She said oh my god there are two skin tones brighter skin tones and darker skin tone. Therefore, I think it was very disrespectful to raise a voice to a customer. She was a very big lady so shall I call her fat, healthy, chubby or plus size? What would be a right word? The way you communicate can really make a great difference. Thanks

Love this Priceline store as has everything I ever need like for example makeup to perfume to to every day products. Every time I step into this store I get greeted with a smile from the staff, as every single one of them always ask if I need with anything and sometimes I do get advice from them. This store is always clean and very tidy, everything is put on shelves and not many boxes on the floors like some other stores I go and visit, this store stores some of the makeup I usually buy as the store I usually visit they stop selling the stuff I need so I rather come here to get my makeup and perfumes etc

I have never had a bad experience at the Gawler Place Priceline. But tonight they went above and beyond to fix my silly mistake. The duty manager (Jessica), along with the pharmacist and the two other staff I dealt with, with 20 minutes until end of day and 1/4 staff to customers ratio, were courteous and understanding of my predicament. They refunded me with a giftcard so I could buy the correct product. Thank you, ladies. And sorry for adding to your very hectic closing!

She colour matched my skin perfectly! She was very kind, friendly and especially helpful. Her attitude and advice made me feel comfortable and happy. Came in to look for some perfume for a Christmas gift and was impressed by both the range of brands and price points they catered to. One of the staff members helped us test some of the perfumes and was very kind and polite, never made us feel like a burden or that we were spending too long looking. Service at the checkout was efficient and polite as well, would definitely recommend!

I have been a customer here for a few years now and I just want to say how fantastic Michelle, one of the chemists is. She is always pleasant and helpful and goes out of her way to ensure that my medications are correct and available when needed. She is informed and flexible as well. Five stars definitely.

Pharmacy staff are always so nice and often can order my medications in, if they don't keep them in stock. Otherwise, my scripts are usually done on the spot which is super convenient! + a big thank you to the lovely ladies at the registers who always provide great service with a smile

Dropped a script in this morning and was greeted by every staff member who saw me. All staff were polite, helpful and I could not recommend more highly. So often you walk into a retail today and you have to hunt for help. Great work Priceline - and the staff in the new Rundle Mall store!

It is disappointing that they do not carry all advertised lines. Neither Norwood or Adelaide carried Essence mascara despite the sales assistants telling me it was a popular product. Adelaide at least should carry all lines.

Walked in, was accosted by the lady working at the register for not wearing a mask, while she was serving a customer. Appalling service, walked straight out. Surprised this pharmacy is still opened with service like that

This is my go-to chemist in the city. The staff are always up for a chat, super helpful and personable. Priceline sales are the absolute best too and even when not, I would still choose to go here over discount chemists.

Malaysian (?) woman that works here provides excellent customer service. She has worked there for years and is a credit to this store. I wish there were more people like her in retail that take such pride in their work.

They carry very impressive brands; The Ordinary, Milani, Models Prefer, Essence (to name but a few) and their customer service is impeccable and always professional. They put the Chemist Warehouse to shame.
