Could not have done this move without Pure movers, Sergio, and his crew! I am so beyond happy we had them to help us move over 400 miles. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Everyone got back to us right away, let us know what was going to happen and when, and every single time they were exactly right. Sergio and his crew were very friendly, efficient, and careful! Moving is stressful enough. I cannot tell you what a relief is was to have such professional movers. I've moved 18 times in the last two decades, and they were the best movers I have ever encountered. Everything was taken very good care of, careful wrapped and handled. They put the boxes in the rooms they were labeled with. I always label boxes, but I've never had the movers put them in the right rooms for me. They disassembled and reassembled all the furniture that needed it. Our fridge barely fit through the door. They had to take off not only the fridge doors, but our front doors as well, and down a narrow flight of stairs. They managed quite well given the circumstances, and I am so grateful. They handled every little detail so nothing was lost or damaged. Anything with loose parts got wrapped. They even took the light bulbs out of the lamps. They worked all day to load the truck, and then drove over 400 miles that night to get to our destination. Then they unloaded the truck the next morning. All with great energy. They quoted a flat rate based on a video consult, and they held to their rate, there were no surprise charges. We are so fortunate to have had their help. It was my first time moving in general and my first time using movers. I could not have wished for a better experience. I was overwhelmed with choices and decided to go with Pure Moving because of their outstanding reviews. I filled out the form on the website and they called me back to confirm the details right away. All upcoming charges were clearly explained and even my wishes were followed. I wanted them to start around 12 pm but the time slots they had would have me started at either 10 am or 2 pm. They promised to accommodate my request the best they can and showed up shortly before 12. Andrei and Errol were absolutely fantastic! After I met them outside, they came up to my studio apartment to evaluate the job and got started immediately. They are incredible at what they do. They had all the necessary equipment and they worked carefully around all of my belongings but at the same time, they were very efficient. Loading took about 3 hours and was longer because they were carefully planning out what goes where in the truck so it's safe and easy to handle. Unloading took less than an hour. They took apart my bed and my couch to fit it through the doors, wrapped all of my fragile items (mirrors, glass coffee table, glass bar cart) and even my furniture in moving blankets and then upon arrival placed everything where I wanted it and reassembled the furniture. Andrei is a great driver too. My new place has a very narrow gate with a steep ramp and he handled it like it was nothing! It took 4.5 hours total, they billed me for 4 and a truck plus tips. My sanity and my back were totally worth it. Will definitely use them again and recommend to everybody I know!

I was moving for the first time in 24 years and my stress level was extremely high. When working with Wesley on various services options and pricing they were extremely helpful and courteous with their advice and follow up. The real stars were Pavel and his team of movers who were right on time the day of the move. After a quick walkthrough of my unit for direction I was told to relax, they would take care of everything. That is pretty much how the day went. We moved from the Bay area to L.A. this week. Sergei was there to manage the "pack and load" in the bay area and he coordinated the team at the final destination in Los Angeles. I feel that the move foreman concept is incredibly reassuring. It is very helpful to deal with the same person at both ends of the trip. Our home in the bay area is on a hillside and he and his team muscled all of our earthly possessions down that hill. The Los Angeles move in went smoothly with smiles and kindness from the whole team. They worked hard, did not complain and continued to ask us where we wanted the items to be placed so that we felt comfortable before they left. I hope never to move again but if I do I would absolutely call and ask for Sergei and his team.

This is my first ever review so I really write this in earnest. Moving is always stressful but the guys at pure moving are the best. They are so accommodating on the phone and the movers are just as great. I felt really safe moving my valuable items and they turned something that could have been a disaster into a surprisingly joyful experience. I had a three man team for a one bedroom apartment. It was a team effort led by Anthony. He made sure everything was done as quickly as possible and as safe as possible. All my breakables made it through the move with surprising speed. I found the reviews to be kind of weird because our experience wasn't super great. Not terrible, not great. We have used this company both for a local move and for out of state move. The out of state move was worse in that our stuff was in storage for awhile before they drove it down and while it was in storage, stuff got banged up, scuffed up, and damaged. The movers totally destroyed some of the boxes (lol) and everything smelled super musty. Some things were damaged so we ended up having to get rid of some of it. Other things got super dirty. The movers themselves were nice but I feel like maybe they overworked as far as hours and stuff. We won't use them again.

Exactly what you want with movers. These guys showed up exactly on time. Got to work straight away. We had four guys (I believe Sergei was the lead guy). They took my tv off the wall with ease, dismantled the fridge doors so it could fit through our front door. Before I knew it, they had packed the whole house and were ready to go. They handled everything with care. After a short trip over to the new place, they unloaded it very quickly. I've had movers before who took a "30 minute break" in the middle of the move. Basically I paid them to sit there. The movers from Pure Moving were the best I've had in Los Angeles and I've moved like 12 times.

This was my family's first move in many years so we decided to hire this company to help. They were terrific from beginning to end and our move would have been a complete disaster without them! We were planning to have everything packed and ready, but at seeing how unprepared and stressed out we were they even started helping us pack even though it wasn't part of the original plan. They showed up on time, wrapped everything carefully, disassembled the large items, and reassembled them at the new place in addition to getting everything moved over and set up. Nothing was damaged or packed incorrectly. I highly recommend this company.

Alex R, Serg, Idar, Ilnur and Vladi moved my partner and I from West Hollywood to Marina Del Ray this past week! They were absolutely incredible. They took care of everything and wanted us to sit back and relax. Not only did they move and disassemble our TVs with care but they made sure to keep all the screws and hardware in a safe place so they don’t get lost. They were super thorough and took care of fragile things making sure not to break anything. We had A LOT of stuff and they were able to move it all in one day. I would definitely recommend this moving company to anyone looking for a hassle free move.

I personally had a terrible experience using this company to move. I’m sure it’s not always like this…but my personal experience was terrible. Had two men show up late, take extremely slow moving small things one at a time, take smoke breaks, and waste time so that they get paid more. They know that they’re getting paid hourly and showed no initiative to move quickly. Completely inefficient moving. Personally would not use this company. The company should train their employees how to move efficiently and effectively. Instead of moving one box at a time and do a 30 minute task in 1.5 hours instead.

The complete opposite of every other moving experience I’ve ever had. Reliable, kind, everything looks great and in perfect condition, price was reasonable. They communicated well leading up to the move. Moving is usually stressful but with these guys it was not. We were moving from LA up north to Oakland and went with full service packing and it was so seamless, I recommend you spend the money to do this. It’s worth it. EXCEPTIONAL service from pure moving, Alex team did a great and incredible job in making sure all items are moved smoothly without any damages, I had many items that needed to be moved which took many hours but they were very professional in the way they move things to make sure walls, doors and paint are not damaged. These guys are incredible. They packed all my stuff into boxes for me and moved everything in just a few hours. They wrapped all my furniture in plastic and were super careful with everything. Max and his team were amazing! They are very professional and dedicated. It was a big move but they did a great job. Sergey and Nikita are the best team in the world. We called pure moving last minute and they showed up in 15 minutes and moved out 2 bedroom apartment within 4 hours.
