Initially I saw a vehicle online priced for a little under 8 grand. I was excited about this because it was a vehicle I really wanted and within my price range. I was reached out to virtually almost immediately by a sales representative who was very helpful and patient. Her name is Dolores and I must say she was always very responsive. Earlier today I changed my schedule around to prioritize seeing this vehicle in person. I arrived at Queens Auto Mall at around 11:15am and upon entering I observed early morning (I’m guessing) staff idly sitting/standing in the front area. I was not approached by any one and made my way to the rear of the building. A very nice man behind the rear reception area was very helpful and friendly. He redirected me back to the front entrance where he said I would need to sign in and would be assisted with seeing the vehicle I was interested in. This is where things took a turn for the worse lol. The assigned person did introduce himself and brought me outside to see the vehicle….. and to my disappointment the car I was hoping to purchase was marked up almost $4000. When I pointed this out I was further disappointed by the shifty eyed explanation provided by what I increasingly believed was an untrustworthy character. The ill-fitting suit and persistence in showing me other higher priced vehicles felt more like a formality than actual interest in working with me. He along with possibly some of the staff may have assumed I would not have garnered a purchase or commission from me. Well first let me say this. I am currently the Program Director for one of our City’s Queens Shelters and have been for the past 10 years. I came ready to place a $4,000 down payment on the vehicle I saw with the asking price of $7,992.00. I’m disappointed because I also had a trade in which is the vehicle I purchased in 2014 from QAM with the old management lol. I’m at least glad I was able to vent. I’m not angry about the waste of time I’m just disheartened by the dismal customer service. Thank you for the experience!

Shawndell my sales rep was so helpful 1st time buying a car n not spending all day at dealership he made transaction very smooth n n out process thank u for that cause I was stress walking n the door leaving another dealership near by that was liars when arrive to dealership n on their website (21st century auto mall) cars not updated…anyway thanks to Queens auto I was able to drive back to Baltimore instead of catching trains back home so in love with my new car cls550 thank U to everyone I met guy behind counter, Guy upstairs who signs contract…i will b back 2 buy again………….I made it home 3 hr 35 min away thank you again n thank U Ali…what a wonderful drive…Please buy from this dealership they have a wide variety of different types of beautiful cars n truck n sales rep n finance advisor will work with ur credit….#REAL CUSTOMER ♥️ #QUEENS AUTO MALL

Purchased a car 3 weeks ago and waited over 6 hours at the dealership for registration and tags to be done. While waiting, you'd think they would take the car out to be serviced and cleaned, right? Wrong. Nothing was done. We drove 3 hours to get to this dealership, after driving home, the car felt like it started losing power. I took it to the Mercedes dealership and found out the computer system malfunctioned, and the car hasn't been serviced since 2021. As a dealership, you need to service and check EVERY vehicle before selling. Prior to driving out of the lot, we noticed the GPS system was not working and needed an SD card our sales guy stated spoke to the sales manager, Angel, and the Finance department, who approved it. So why is the Service department guy Amit giving us the runaround? There is a lack of communication, lack of respect, and they are quick to take money but do not want to be held liable for anything after sales. BE AWARE OF THIS DEALER. PLEASE READ UP ON YOUR LEMON LAW RIGHTS!

I drove an hour to this dealership and all I have to say is stay far away from them. I looked at a car that was $12,980 but the sales person told me the car was $17,000. Second I talk to some lady on the phone and asked about the promotion that they was running to see if it was still available and she said yes but when I asked the sales person he said no that’s misleading information. The sales person had an attitude I didn’t like that at all even my friends and family were telling me to stay away from this dealership I should have listen to them. And to everyone that is looking for a good used car please do not come to this place look else where especially with all the bad reviews they have eventually they will go out of business if they continue this but like I said stay far away from this place. Go at your own risk and see for yourself

***updated*** I visited service department for a check up, they are literally fantastic. My mechanic Steve explained everything perfectly and made me believe them totally. And I just said hi to Jessica, my dealer, she helped me out everything I need about car registration. Don’t miss this place. The best place to get used car. The most reliable used car place. Good deal. I was there with Dolores who is very calm. She never forced me anything. This quality is the most important skill to the sales rep. And at the end Jessica helped me a lot to drive out. I’m so proud of these ladies. They should dominate this industry. Also, auto tech Brian is always pick up my call for any question and warranty. I tried to find my car for a month and ended up with them. Believe. They are not cheating on you.

Bought an Bmw x3 from this dealer on 3/29/23. Two weeks later I was back with the engine light on and problem with the drivetrain malfunction. I was informed by Steve that he couldn’t find any codes to fix the problem. That the car is fine, I showed him that the car isn’t fine and how it have delayed start up and driving warnings flashing on the dash. He wrote me a later stating that the problem occurred within the 30 day warranty and if it get worst, I should call and bring it back to them. I called several times and none of my calls were returned by anyone. In July of the same year, few months later the car broke down completely. Now I’m looking for a lawyer to sue them for selling me a lemon. Don’t ever buy a car from them! Terrible business!

As someone that works as a sales consultant at a dealership, this place is sketchy. I call and ask if their auction list price is the price of the car. They said yes it is. Cool. I told them I'd send a credit application with this much down. They run my credit and said I'm approved. Awesome. Before I drive two hours I called them to see a breakdown of the deal. They start back pedaling. They said they don't discuss numbers over the phone. What? I gave you a credit application based on the agreed upon numbers over the phone. There was nothing left to discuss? When a customer gives you a credit application on agreed upon numbers and you can't follow through, that's a problem. That's a BBB problem.

I must warn everyone don’t ever buy a car here they talk a great one just to get into car. Tell you one price & charge you more ! Sell you a car with scratches & damage i get it. It’s a used dealership but come on now On top of that 2 weeks into having the car it’s started giving tons of trouble the service department acts like they fixed the issue by clearing codes on check engine light SMH but the problems are never fixed. Every one in that place gives a whole bunch of back & fourth run around lies even the insurance department charges you way more then it should be place is a nightmare and scam BEWARE !!

The bank they used for my financing charged ridiculous interest when they said I was getting a low rate. The car was bought less than 2 months ago and there are existing issues that should be fixed. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone and I’ve been getting the run around for 2 days. I also tried the company that they sold me an extended warranty on which they said would cover all issues, they covered hardly anything. So I have to get the car fixed on my own and pay out of pocket these people are thieves and scam artists

This place is super sketchy. They show you the sticker price on the car, sit you down to negotiate for 3-4 hours, and then tell you that oh “the lowest price we can go” is $5,000 more than the sticker price. So you got me in the door advertising something, go through the whole process with me, waste my time and then tell me the price is MORE than what you told me it would be originally? Sketchy should be their middle name.

The worst experience of my life. Take my word for it, go somewhere else. It took 2 months to do my deal and it’s been nothing but anxiety and stress and I’m still dealing with the back end stupidity of it all 3 months later. I’ve already had 3 issues with my car. They didn’t do the servicing, the tire’s kept saying low air pressure and how I have to get the breaks pad changed. Save yourself the headache… DON’T DO IT…!

I recently bought an Audi Q5, the buying experience was very easy and reasonable, but the customer service and communication after purchase is non existent. I had to bring car back to complete service - after calls and calls and confirmation, finally set up service....no one there had any idea what the appointment was for nor what to do, needless to say after purchase they literally forget about you.

Saw a car on line on a Thursday that I liked and was given a price. Returned two days later and they wanted to give me a different price. When I threatened to walk out they realized I was serious they gave me the Thursday price. After that disagreement the sale went fine. If you go to this dealership deal with George. Good guy and will really help you out. Angel, remember easy to buy hard to sell.
