Most place ever spoke to the Emily who manages my account on Monday she stated that I owed 1400 explained to her I will make a payment on Tuesday I called Tuesday could only make a payment of $450 explained to her I will pay at least $200 very day until the balance is cleared. Got home at 11PM . Woke up the next morning vehicle was gone. I called and the told me that the towed the vehicle and to get it back I need to pay $1400 because now I have to pay for the towing . Now Emily never told me that the vehicle was going to be towed so I asked her what was the point in making me pay $450 if you were going to tow the vehicle. The came like a thief in the night and took the vehicle. She did not care and just kept stating I needed to pay $1400 and hung up on me. I didn’t drive the vehicle for a week because the radiator was leaking and the vehicle was over heating so I had to order the part then get it fixed so I was unable to work . From since the first week I had problems worth the vehicle I even explained that to her she didn’t care all the care about is money. Worst place ever I advise no one go there at all. No matter what do not rent or lease from there bad customer service and no one wants to help unless its a new sale the money the get your money he turn there back. I have had at least ten repairs done to the vehicle and I only had it for a year. And every time you take it there you miss out on two days work and the don’t even care. You still have to make your payment in full. I advise no one to go there bad for business and you will regret it the next day. I was in need of a vehicle to provide for me family and it had been nothing but a nightmare dealing with these people.

Absolutely the worst place to get a car. I highly recommend checking out as many other places as possible before considering tower. I took out a Highlander for work and it has been the worst experience of my life. They are constantly calling about random payments that come up. I have tried calling the office about questions and they consistently give me a run around and confuse me all together. The customer service line is never open and forces you to leave a message of which no one gets back to you. The only way to get stuff done is to go in and talk to them in person. They are schemers and they are also relentless. The salesman are the worst because they are only interested in selling. They could care less about you and your future plans. I cannot wait until I don't have to deal with them. I strongly advise you to look into your options. There is a complete disconnect at that facility and it is quite sad. There's a million other places you can spend your money at.

Really nice offices/waiting area and staff!! Also by far the largest uber lease/rental car partner I've seen!.I only ended up seeing the receptionist at this time but she was knowledgeable of all current and relevant info I needed and even offered to get me someone from the office to answer other questions I had but I declined because I was too busy to do that today.she put through my App. and was very good at it.I would highly recommend them though with one caveat.....since I didn't rent/lease from them yet I can't comment on that part of it. But I would assume that they would be as good as their customer service which is ***** and why I probably will go with them unless the company closer to me is as good.

Stay away, Bro all what this people looking for is your deposit, I’m in court with them for almost 2 years trying to get my deposit back, they will lie to you saying this is lease to own, what you got to own actually is the used car not the TLC license plate, they never provide road side assistance and you will never get any credit for that. They will shut off the car on you for reasons or no reason, you need to watch their billing cause I caught them over charge me, and if you have card on file with them which is you have to, you need to watch the billing cause they will bill you like a mad man, bottom line you will never make money with the, If I’m in your place I will stay away from this bad company.

This company hired me for BDC sales but they have you do receptionist duty’s, as well as take service calls. They do not understand what BDC sales entail, we just book appointments !!!! That’s it ! What makes it worst is I took this up with ELI one of the mangers for the sales floor and he agreed they have no idea what they’re doing. Maybe hire an actual BDC MANGER We restructured my payment/responsibility’s but Corolina the GM then proceeded to fire me when she got back from vacation after she herself said she has no idea how to train for BDC sales. Her reason for doing so…. Because she felt like it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOUR A PROFESSIONAL. DO NOT APPLY TO WORK HERE.

This place is just amazing , was a little sketchy when I first walked in based off the reviews but quickly changed my mind. Walked in and was greeted by Peggy she was just warm spirited and very informational ...met with Brandon and Michael , Michael was New but ended up doing a fantastic job and kept me as a happy Customer. Brandon was also a great manager and closer because he made me feel comfortable to work with this establishment not to mention the website he said he created which also looks far more appealing then before ... I give them every star possible and would recommend this place to anyone buying a car for any purpose be it for tlc or personal

I have read all the reviews that were reviewed and this is my personal experience .This is my 3rd car purchased from this company I have to thank them sincerely yes everyone do have different experiences but I can honestly say they were my life savers many of time Being a TLC driver and struggling day by day to make my bills and I know many of you can relate .They have always worked with me and to all those people who don't have a way out or can't finance a vehicle they help. So before you judge by the reviews think twice because there's so many other people who have great experiences with Tower Auto Sales .PS Thank you Avi for always working with us

If u going to tower to lease to own just very carefully. I always been told when u lease to own, u automatically get the tlc plates transfer as well. No, now u will get the car only which u paying 3 times more then its worth. And If is not new car then don't buy cuz used car with lots of problems. They will tell if there something wrong we will fix but remember once you get the car they will find every possible way to void you. Used car has very high mileage and u paying 3 times more what car worth. These people can take care the driver but they won't help. I don't know why the system only supports for rich people,not for hard working driver.

This place is really unorganized and the process is painstaking, but thank God I ran into Eric. Unfortunately, he wasn’t handling my case from the beginning. We were literally there waiting for 5 hours, but as soon as he took over, everything was completed and we were driving away in our rental in 30 minutes. He’s the only one I will deal with there, and it seems he’s the only person who knows what’s going on. If it wasn’t for him, I would never recommend this place. I give tower rentals 1 star, but Eric I give 5 stars. Thank you, Eric.

Walked in and was greeted by Peggy and Luna two very helpful receptionist. They led me to Avvi who gave me stellar service, even when I had a problem with my car after purchase they fixed it right away for me. I would recommend this place to anyone because they know how to do amazing business. I would also like to thank Brandon the online and marketing manager because if it went for his very good looking website I may have not chosen to do business with tower...good job guys

For car rental instead of American lease I strongly recommend Tower is not because of the car, is because of the persona who’s name is Mohammad, what I am going to say this person is real person,good person, kind, patient and enthusiastic, I’m a Chinese lot of my friends are the first immigration so they couldn’t speak English well, but you know what! He can speak Chinese I mean He use phone to translate, I’m here thank you Mohammad you made this company better.

Fantastic place, great customer service. I was attended by Luis. Luis went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Luis to anyone who wants to come to town auto mall.

I came in late on Monday in an attempt to Get a vehicle and I spoke to Lois who assisted me she was so pleasant. She informed me that it was late in the day and that they already were out of vehicles. Her customer service reassured me that coming back tomorrow Morning would be my best bet. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions while maintaining a bubbly personality. I had had a rough day and he actually cheered me up. He displayed such great customer service that I have been mentioning it to my family about the great service i received there.

The rep put me on hold for 45mins after I told her I was calling to return the TLC rental car. The call eventually dropped. I had to go in just to to put my 2 weeks notice. The company has a policy where you have to 2 week notice before returning otherwise they charge $300 early termination fee. If you can go try other companies such as American Lease or Fast Track lease

Tower have lots of irresponsible employees that forget or don't log in the correct information so at the end of your payment they would screw you. Do not lease to own here.

Customer service was great. And as a first time leasing a car they made me feel confident about my purchase. Jorge helped with the actual sale and paperwork. Nick was awesome breaking down the contract to me in understandable terms. Everyone was helpful and informed. Will definitely go back for another vehicle in the future.

I was at tower rentals this morning and the manager Tina A was amazing. I was having some issues getting a car and she stepped in and made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Once you sign on the dotted line you don't matter to them at all. They lie to you and ignore you, all while giving you the most unfriendly interactions possible. Better off taking your chances anywhere else. Good luck in dealing with these heathens.

Jackie, one of the employees at Tower, was very helpful in describing the rental process and the various promotions avail. This place gets busy fast so I would encourage trying to get there early to beat the rush. Customer service is relatively quick though.
