Horrible experience. I have been a member of this car wash since they opened. I went today to wash my car and was having difficulties with the scanner scanning the bar code on my windshield. I tried using the touch screen and it was frozen. I pulled forward and back a few times to try the scanner again, it still wasn’t working so I pulled into the next lane. At that time the arm went up. An employee (was refused his name) came over and was yelling that the arm was up, I said yes, it went up as I pulled into the other lane. He then proceeded to lecture me on learning how to read and follow directions. I tried explaining the screen was frozen, but he kept yelling over me. I then pulled back into the fist lane at his direction while he kept yelling. I asked to speak to the manager, he kept yelling over me about following directions, so I kept repeating asking to speak to the manager and pointed towards the office building. He walked off, so I pulled forward to wash my car. He then ran over and placed cones infront of the car wash so I couldn’t enter and brought a police officer with him, who told me I had to leave the premises because the employee asked him to. Seriously??? You’re rude, condescending, and unprofessional and I’m the problem? I told the police officer what happened and even asked him to question the other patrons washing their cars and he said he had no choice but to ask me to leave. I said fine, I would after I cancelled my membership. I did so without problem, though they are still charging me until the next billing cycle. I have never broken a law, been in a public disagreement, etc. I have strived my whole life to be an upstanding citizen and have never been more embarrassed by a business and treated so horribly in my life. Calling the police because I asked to speak to your manager? The employees would not give me the young mans name, the managers name or the owners name. The secrecy is bizarre, and as a small business owner myself its just strange.

So the free day car wash was awesome. We thought that the washing process was very good especially the drying process. We thought of the monthly offer because of that alone. So we came back the next day with my father-in-law, because he is fanatical about keeping his car clean. I paid for my 11.00 wash and after going through it, had no extra drying. Asked about the extra drying and the ladies told me the extra drying is not even with their top monthly package. They said that is an extra ABOVE the single or monthly TOP package. Not so mauch the value then. So we go to the Park and at the park I notice there is still some sand trails on my roof from the runners. Not horrible, but it's noticeable. I come back to the car wash and have my phone/bank receipt ready to show I was there less than 2hrs earlier. The young ladies were nice but told me they could let me go back in because I left the premises. Its a car, not an off-road vehicle and that was the 2nd issue that made me feel like I needed to go elsewhere. We were ready to get 2 of the monthly options, but to have to pay extra for the drying process and then not even inspecting the vehicle for the remaining sand streaks on my roof.. it just rubbed me the wrong way. I dont mind paying premium, but I do expect the full premium service for it. Staff was very nice that I talked to that day.

I stopped by yesterday evening after going on a long road trip. I bought the $15 wash. After the wash I still had a ton of bugs on my windshield. I parked my truck to go inside to see if I could get it fixed. As I was walking inside I noticed there was a spot before the wash where you could scrubs the bugs off. I went inside and apologized for missing the sign and asked if I could scrub my windshield and run it again. The older of the two ladies working said “it’s not my problem, we don’t do free washes”. I then replied “I wish you would have stopped me from going into the wash while you were staring at my windshield prior to my truck going in”. After the lady argued with me she said “fine, I’ll re wash it this once”. I scrubbed my windshield, she went to open the gate and then had me roll down my window so she could very rudely say “I’m not letting this ever happen again! You hear me?”. The only thing I was looking for was a clean truck. I didn’t want to re wash my truck a second time and wish the scrub station was pointed out. This could have been easily fixed but instead I had to argue and be yelled at by an employee.

This was my first time here and I am highly disappointed! Not only was I disrespected, but the customer service for a just opened business is LESS then great. First off there was absolutely no one in sight and it was 5pm a time that you would think employees would be attentive, considering everyone is just getting off work and will stop by to wash there car on a nice day. As I pulled in another customer started to pull out, because there was no one there to help customers pay and choose their car wash service. I ended up just doing it myself and then a couple employees came running over in attempt to "help" at the last minute. Then when I pulled up to the actual care wash, there again was no one in sight, so I just pulled in myself and since I couldn't properly see or guided in my wheel was off the track. A this point another set of employees came out to help fix the situation, but laughed at me in doing so. I will never return to this business again, nor will I recommend anyone to come here ever!!!! I'm not surprised at all this business has such low ratings already, especially after what happened today.

If you are a first time, Quick wash virgin, it may be a little confusing initially. At least it was for me, I could not locate the card reader or the slot for the receipt. But it all worked out fine. A helper was stationed at the inlet to help guide you and your car into the guide bars.... Hard to go wrong there. Put the car in neutral, take your foot off the brake and go for a ride. It's a little scary with all the brushes and chamois coming at to at one time. Do remember to fold your side mirrors in as the brushes may do it for you. I would lower any antennas that stick up also. The brushes are quite vigorous. In a few minutes you emerge from the other end and the car is air dried by a tornado like wind. The result was very good and the basics wash is just $10. It would cost almost that much to do it at home! This was a quick way to get the grimy road salt off your car quickly like after this last snow bout in Albuquerque salt was everywhere. For a first time, I recommend you give a whirl.... I will be back.

I’ve been a member since this place opened back in 2020. Never had a problem, except for 1- that I’m sure it will continue to happen and that is their vacuums don’t work half the time 2- like I said I’ve been a member since June 2020. Long story short… my debit card expired in December 2022, and honestly that was the last thing on my mind to renew (my fault obviously). So I called the “supervisor “ that’s in charge of things. I explained to her what had happened and that I’ve been a member since 2020 and here we are April 2023 and she couldn’t help me. Instead of paying $15 a month, I’ll be paying $22 a month. So I asked her if there’s anything she can do… her words were “ you can pay the $22 a month or cancel your membership “. So I told her to cancel it!! I’m taking my business elsewhere, Mr Carwash is down the street from my house. I would rather drive an extra 3 miles then drive half a mile to get my car washed.

I go to this carwash all the time however when I went there on October 11th I was very disappointed . i went to vaccum my car which I always do first before I get a carwash. It was around 6 or 7 p m also.. So the lady that was working outside I guess was cleaning the area so when I was done vaccuming my car I asked her if the car wash was still open.. She said with an attitude yes its still open.. Next time you come here you need to go to the carwash first then vaccum your car. She saw me the whole time while I was vaccuming my car and never said anything but decided to after I was done. Im a rule follower but noone ever said anything before. So now im considering to take my carwash business to Mr. Carwash and pay the extra to get my car clean.. I do not need that employees attitude. Please teach your employees how to approach people and speak to them nicer. Thank you

Stopped at this car wash today and purchased the managers special for $11.00. We didn't receive a cloth to wipe down the interior nor did we receive the interior incense. The reason we were told those items could not be given out was because of covid19. This is understandable if it was noted at the time I purchased the car wash. Signs were not posted and we would have chosen a different wash. We spoke to Matt who is the manger at this site and rather than apologizing he begins arguing about the fact that it's not his fault the state is limiting services and that he hasn't had time to post signs at this location because he's too busy. He also insinuates that it shouldn't be a big deal because it's just a .60 cent incense. BAD customer service!

This place is a literal Ringling Brothers circus, with the "manager" (using that term very loosely) Kat being the lead clown. I asked to speak with her and the outdoor worker said she refused my request. I went into the building where I discovered her standing at her computer, watching everyone of her minions flop around in their size 27 Ronald McDonald's. The basic VIP package only includes one wash per day and it is absolute smoking garbage. They don't tell you that until you've paid, refuse to give you a refund, and have you call a corporate number which hasn't returned my call. It is probably located overseas. I would recommend Mister Car Washes. They allow you unlimited washes, all day every day, for around the same price!

Im not usually one to complain, but I’m pretty upset by this.. I know for a fact this damage was not there prior to the car wash and when brought it up to the manager what he said was there’s no way we did that, basically continued to tell me how i was lying and passed me off to another employee to handle the situation. He even went as far as to bring me to the “restricted” area to further prove i was liar. It would have been some what okay if he could have just let me file the incident report, get the information he needed and carry on. There was no need to accuse me of lying. His explanation of why he was doing all of that was “I hate to lose a customer” since i had a monthly subscription for this car wash.

Membership sign up is the biggest hassle I’ve experienced. Numerous accounts where name was not valid in vehicle or payment wasn’t inserted into system properly. Noticed large scratch on drivers side door handle after last car wash. Have several friends who experienced similar damages. Good luck gettimg them to try and pay for repairs. Windshield was replaced because of large crack from ice storm so when car was going to be washed I was told that we needed to take the old sticker off before we can continue our membership. Had to pay a more expensive monthly fee because when we signed up originally our price was lower. Paid fee and service still invalid. Don’t waste your time or money with quick express!

The worst experience. Two staff members (and lady and gentlemen) were very friendly and nice. but the when I first got there the machine gave out my first time going into the tunnel.. no soap no wax.. I paid for the delux. A CSA came up to me and offered me another free one.. still did not clean my car correctly at all. Also half of the lanes with a vacuum are almost all closed … then it did start raining unfortunately so I did ask the staff if they sold towels for the inside of the car.. they said no and that’s it. A lady with very short guy hair cut Did not offer any sort of help just gave me a flat NO and was just laughing and talking. Very disappointed. I do appreciate they take cash though.

I am giving two stars for the original idea, but a serious lack of execution. It's as though the ownership just doesn't care. And other car washes also offer a family deal, but not here. I'm always told "we're working on that". I will also be canceling my monthly membership as of Monday. Every single time I visit, something is broken. For days now the air hoses have been down. Today, same thing. Vacuums frequently don't work due to clogs or mechanical failure. The tire shine device at the end of the cycle never shines all the wheels. It seems silly ro continue. Owners should consider selling to someone else that can keep up with all aspects of the business. If not, it's bound to fail soon.

Went in to have my car washed on April 23, 2023 and was told about a promotion they were doing for $22.00 for the first month. I was told there was no commitment and they would not hassle me about signing up for anything. All 3 lanes were backed up as the guy was trying to sell everyone the promotion. I quickly filled out some paperwork and was given a sticker. I used the service 4 times and made sure I stopped before the 30 days was up. The following month I was billed $40 and after several attempts to reach them (you can't get a live person) you have to email or leave a voicemail, they billed me a second month. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.

Car wash didn't do all that we paid for. When we brought it to their attention they said, oh yeah that's broken but you can go through again. So they at least did that. But every time we go here the service is worse and worse. We used to have a monthly pass but some girl who worked there told my husband that the bar code had to be attached to the windshield. He said he didn't want to stick it initially because the cat was brand new. She was rude and said you have to have it on there or you can't use it and took it from his hand and kept it. We canceled obviously! We only go here every once in a while because it's so close to the house.

Terrible car wash. The first time is alright, the second time I go back and the whole system shut down for about 30 minutes and no one came to reset it. On top of that, I got a membership, but because their machines would not read my barcode, I was forced to pay just to get out of there. On top of that I called nearly a dozen times to try to get a refund during the hours listed they were available and I did not receive a call back nor did anyone care to answer the phone. The price is very expensive considering the service and the actual cleaning is mediocre. I would not recommend this car wash to anybody that values their time

Went to get a basic car wash and at the end heard a loud noise towards the back of the car. Once we parked by the vacuums, we checked to see what it was and the windshield wiper in the back had just broken off. Went to an employee and the employee said "we're not responsible for broken windshield wipers" and then asked if we had gotten the most expensive car wash because that's the one that usually comes down at the end and tends to break the wipers, but we had only paid for the basic one which means they're not checking who gets what carwash and someone received our $10 car wash and we recieved their $20+ carwash.

I used to go here all the time because I had a monthly membership. I stopped going over the winter because it was winter. Today was my first time back. I was considering resuming my monthly membership but not anymore. The was was horrible and spotty. They used to give it a quick rinse before I even entered the wash and they were too lazy to even do that. Then I went to vacuum and it wouldn't even pick up blades of grass. ABQ has no shortage of car washes and I will not be back to this one. It used to be great and is really convenient but that's not enough of a reason anymore. So disappointed.

Place broke off my mirror, terrible customer service. The guy in charge I think his name was Mike said that they're not responsible for cars over 5 years old and that was it. Didn't offer me a refund. Didn't worry about or have concern for me driving home and the liability that they just took on by not helping me fix it. It was like it's broken there's nothing we can do see you. This after the same fellow who is supposed to be guiding me into the carwash was playing with his phone and left me hanging for a while.

Hands down the best car wash in all 3 cities I'm a LYFT driver and a good car wash to us is like a great nurse to a Covid patient Andrew at the Unser and McMahon location has exceptional customer service skills he deserves a raise and a promotions . He and Janica (sorry if I spelled that wrong) were both very patient and friendly and never once made me feel rushed or like I was an annoyance and let me tell you I take a lot of time getting ready for work and I am an annoyance lol thanks guys. Bad customer service manager. She was rude to my husband. We explained how her sales reps gave us an offer. Of course sounded like a good offer but then the following month came and they overcharged our account. She stated she wasn't there for the sale so she couldn't help us. What an awful person. Their sales reps lie to you. Horrible experience. They are all about contracts and policies but charge more from what the contract states. All they will do it tell to screw off. What jerks work here

Went and paid $14 for manager special. The wash didn't even clean the back of my vehicle. I go back to where the lady helped me choose a wash, she informs me that she can not allow me to get a free wash, stating that she personally pre-washed the back (the only thing she did as my vehicle was entering the wash was her directing me into the actual wash. She told me I needed to pay for a basic was to go through. I even took photos of how dirty it still was after the "wash"

If you care about your vehicle at all, you will NOT visit this car wash! The mirror on my truck was damaged. I reached out to individual location and the headquarters. 9 business days later and I have yet to hear anything in return. I understand stuff happens but ignoring a customer for 9 days is completely unacceptable! Any business that neglects a customers concern doesn't deserve business. I'm hoping they will make this right so I can change my review.

Good car wash and even better free vacuum cleaners. However, I subtract two stars because the card readers on two lanes will not accept my credit card with which I never have any problems with anywhere. So I had to use my debit card which needed a couple tries as well. Also the back of my car needed additional cleaning afterwards. I feel like the car moves so quickly through the wash that the mechanism just doesn't have time to catch the back adequately.

Edit- 3 years later, this place aint what it used to be. Vacuums broken, they stopped providing air fresheners and wipes with the subscription and it's bloody loud for the neighborhoods up to a mile away. The staff still seem nice but I don't really visit as much. **************************************************************** Best car wash in town. Competent, cheerful employees, no hard sell to buy a package, great clean, and the vacuums work!!

I usually only pay for the basic wash when I go to these types of car washes, today I decided to upgrade to the next level which comes with a towel, car freshener and other bonuses and I also added on a tire shine. Not worth it. Tires did not even get cleaned. When I asked staff they said sometimes the machines dont work. They also did not give towel or car freshener due to COVID. Waste of additional $5. Vacuum is free so that was nice.

Worst carwash experience EVER manger needs customer service training. Purchased a monthly membership for my new truck with the tire shine when wash was done truck was spotted with the tire shine when we asked if we could rewash without tire shine to remove the spot were told 1 wash per pay & we have to pay for another rather than offering a good experience & saying sure will take of that it was a fight I will canceling my membership

I really liked it didn't do the top notch one but paid for the mid grade one but was definitely satisfied with the outcome of it for the price! Cleaned my car up really good on the first try and they have vacuums and air hoses you can use to get all the dirt and water off and out! Definitely gonna go back to here This picture was taken a week after the wash but still pretty clean!!

They were having major issues with their equipment but weren't stopping for them. The scrubbers on the right side never came in to meet the vehicle. The upper rinse sprayer was not moving and the side rinse heads were not working at all . The kid running it told me the side rinse has been down for a month. And if I had an issue not to bother him, call the manager. NO answer.

During the pandemic I found this place, and I really like it. I have subscribed to their monthly VIP.... HOWEVER!!! Sometimes... so sometimes, one or more of their equipment do NOT operate well... when the pandemic is over, I’m going back to Mister Car Wash’s full service. I went back for another car wash, not impressed at all. I have been going to another car wash since.

This is a great car wash spot! Super easy and does a great job cleaning my car. They sell monthly packages but I just get the one wash at a time instead. I love that you can use the vaccumes anytime for free too. This location is very convenient going to and from work as well. Got my car washed here last weekend 9.17 and my car got scratches and a long dent all along the passenger side of my car I waited to put this review hoping I would hear back and I have heard nothing. I am upset that the manager hasn't reached out to resolve my issue. Not even a phone call about it. I have pictures I will find somewhere to add those in.

Too expensive, I tried getting the special on the ceramic for $22 per month, I was denied because I had it the previous month and discontinued monthly service when it was going back up to $38, I'm just trying to save some money but they'd rather see me not go at all than any service at all.. It's okay I'll go to Mister carwash from here on in..

This a car wash and car wash is not one of the options of services performed for me to rate. The car wash was average for $10. It did not get the back of my truck at all. I would rate it worse than Mr. Carwash and I have no idea how many there are so I certainly would not get a subscription! It's ok for a $10 wash that is why it gets a 3.

This place is HORRIBLE! Not mention customer service, rude and not helpful! Pay for the best wash and half the machines don’t work but they don’t bother telling you till after you go through! No pre spray how much lazier can you get!!! No refund offer to go through again! Waste of money and time!!!! Don’t recommend this place at all!!!

Great place! Staff is friendly and helpful and I love the free vacuum. My wife and I purchased the monthly membership and have never been disappointed. Would recommend this location. Only complaint is that they are closed at night. But I understand why. Not everyone likes washing their vehicles at night in the summer like I do.

How come when I go here you never get both sides of the car pre sprayed. They only do the drivers side. Last time I went I asked for them to spray both sides of my truck and they did but guy just like waived the spray wand towards the passenger side and walked away. This should be addressed by someone in a managerial position.

this is just my opinion but ive been there a couple times to have my honda odyssey washed and every time my back window still has dirt on it including a few spots around my van. i havent complained about it to anyone there but is anyone else with an odyssey having this problem ??? there vacuums on the other hand work great..

Twice now I have showed up within one hour-30 minutes before closing and have been denied a wash because they shut everything down. One time I made it for a wash but couldn’t vacuum because they put cones in front of all of the slots Paid for full service only to be informed that some parts of the wash weren’t working.

Hood and trunk have lighter colored streaks in stripes the size of the wash equipment. It looks faded even after a wax. My car is black so it's pronounced. Didn't happen when I traveled to Colorado and got my car washed. Probably hard water or poorly maintained equipment. People are friendly and efficient though.

Quick shine is the best car wash in the city in my opinion. I’m excited they’re doing discounts via text now AND I got a free wash on my birthday which was a nice surprise. For the first time there was someone to dry my car after the wash and they did amazing. Will forever be a quick shine customer.

The blowers broke my windshield wipers off , I asked what they would do about it, the guy there stated “nothing I can do about it” said my wipers weren’t on right even tho I drove here from colorado and was raining most of the night. I told him he’d get a bad review and he said he didn’t care .

Free car wash--great marketing ploy! I'm hooked. My car looked obviously shinier than with that other car wash conglomerate! Easy for me to vacuum my interior. Entered establishment several weeks ago & left unattended as direction was confusing, but now I know. Quickshine is my new car wash!

This will be my go-to place MUCH BETTER THAN than MISTER. Had membership at Mister and went to the location on Alameda NEVER the CAR WAS CLEANED. I went to the Paseo del Norte location, and ALWAYS car was cleaned but way out of my way. I cxl'd my membership, but I will BE JOINING QUICKSHINE.

What a COLLOSAL waste of money! Pictures below were right after my wash. Why pay to wash when it doesn't even clean . My vehicle just was just dirty. Nothing excessive .. why would anyone pay for a membership??? I will not be coming back when you cant earn my business after this wash. SMH.

Had high hopes for this place when it first opened. To new vehicle owners with dark paint do not use this car wash as it will leave scratches and swirls in your paint. For being a newer car wash the air compressor hoses are constantly broken and do not work, as well as the vacums.

Great carwash, managers special was affordable. The free vacuuming was a nice perk as well. They also have a bug prep for your car before you go into the wash. What a deal, their competitors are getting a run for their money. i will return for my biweekly washes soon :)

This car wash did heavy damage to my vehicle. It tore the roof racks off, broke the mounting points and put deep gouges in my paint. I was told that since my car was more than 5 years old, I was stuck with the damage. They didn’t even refund my $22 for the wash.

The wash was definitely quick as there was no wait mid morning. Free vacuums are worth the cost of the wash as they work well. So convenient to do front, back, and cargo area on both sides with ease. Much better than pulling the shop vac around my garage.

This is a great place. Super friendly and helpful employees. They don't bombard you with trying to upsell anything. Great wash and free do it yourself vacuum area with air hoses to blow out the little drippy spots! Lol clean and prices are great.

What makes Quick Shine better than the others is, the pre-wash bug brushes and the polisher at the end of the wash. No other car wash offers those two things. I live by a competitor car wash, but still choose Quick Shine for the reasons above.

Vacumes on the Westside facing the walgreens were not strong enough. Had to vacume again at home. Went back to do second vehicle and use the middle roll of Vacumes closer to building those work much better.. But other than that pretty good.

Not bad at all. 10 bucks for a quick wash, pretty complete though. Free vacuums to use for the interior. If you're a DYI person give it a try. Been about half a dozen times, never had to wait. Friendly and professional staff on site.

I came to the quick shine on Coors, I had a code for a free wash and it was not applying. The attendant was nice enough to apply a code of theirs for me. My car was washed well by the machine and there are free vacuums to use after.

I cancelled the recurring monthly fee for unlimited car washes in May 2020 and I continue to be billed on my credit card. I dispute the charges and they are deleted. So annoying. Call the number listed and never talk with a person.

For some reason, feels like going to The Beach back in the days, but with that 2020 social distance. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and the free vacuums and compressed air let's you get a complete detail while you're there.

Paid for the premium car wash because it comes with an air freshener and a dash towel and then they let me know after I paid for it that they discontinued those products but you still have to pay for the more expensive car wash.

It was great! I wish they had some drying cloths to dry off at the end. Most of their vacuums worked well. We had to move to another spot because the first one we tried wasn’t suctioning as well. Good price point and service.

Would not take my debit card someone came to help me but proceeded to change my car wash and take one of my options off without asking me! Don't check the vacuums to see if any are clogged. Employees are on there cell phones.

I paid for the top wash! And received the low price wash! When I talked to one of the workers I was told there was nothing that could be done! I will never wash my car there again! Horrible customer service, very disappointed

They would not re-run my car through when the car wash did not clean my vehicle well. They wanted me to pay again and never told me they have a strict policy on not re-washing for incomplete washes. Would never use again.

Disappointed in the time it takes to get the coupon for a free wash. Two days at least? Seems suspect. This is not a full service place. To be fair, they don't advertise a full service, but I had to go there to find out.

$2 tire shine does not work. Staff knows that this is an issue and waitingfor parts. Management are letting people purchase the option knowing it does not work. What a rip off. Check your selections before purchase.

Inexpensive, nice car wash. Employees are helpful and polite. If u prewash at their prewash station yourself your car will come out cleaner. Not being a perfectionist, I just go for the cheap wash and I'm good.

My kids love the lights, and the car wash does a good job. Update: things got fixed. I've tried another local car wash, and honestly, this one cleans better and has mat holders for vacuuming my mats.

Vacuums are good but the car was itself scratches your car because the machinery probably doesn't get cleaned. Once your car is scratched your screwed unless you want to get a new paint job.

I got my car washed here because rain showers had set the desert dust. I just bought the touch up wash . It did what I wanted it to do. This is the best care wash on the westside.

I paid the 10$ level. The outside washed decently and I was able to vacuum for free. Other options was 7$ then 14$ and up. The place was clean and the vacuums worked well.

Great car wash. I'm only giving it three stars, as the handicap spot is painted backwards. All wheel chair vans deploy to the right or rear. Impossible for me to use.
