Took a check there to deposit from a well established organization and it was put on hold, with only releasing $100. No one has ever said in all the times I deposited checks that there will be a hold no matter the amount. Either that clerk is trying to be employee of the month of no one else is doing their job right. Not happy one bit.
worst customer experience.. twice now i have been mistreated as a customer and even though i have been a client for how long with them. rude, arrogant and unprofessional. ill gladly take my business elsewhere that knows what customer service is as well as professionalism.
Made the mistake of showing up to this bank to file a bank transfer. All the teller counters have been replaced by couches and tables, which ended up being useless anyways because you'll be waiting in line while the singular employee left redirects you to other banks.
