The manager there has no customer service skills. I went in on the weekend to deal with 2 cheques from my mothers estate. Was told I had to make an appointment and talk to estate dept., ok! Forward to Wednesday, I spent an hour waiting for her to come in and she was extremely rude to me. Definitely not going back to that branch.

Terrible service, extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Update: gave them another chance after a year sad to see nothing changed. Toxic females that don't care about customer service. From managers to employees. Don't waste your time here with much more professional branches available.
Arva was AMAZING!! I am always leaving with questions remained in awnsered but she explained everything I needed to know, was clear, and so so kind. She helped me figure out different banking options and was super patient:) Made my experience so great Arva is the best. 100/10
I always have a great experience at this branch. Jazz is extremely helpful. She helped me with my funds and gave me financial advice on where to invest and the best savings account for me. Over all Great customer service, polite, extremely helpful and very professional.
Went in this past Saturday and the sweetest lady helped me. Decided to go back to this branch today and a lady with glasses helped me this time. She really had no customer service. I wish she can go and learn from the lovely lady who helped me this past Saturday.
These days there is no point of getting draft. Banks are taking your money and putting hold on your money for 4 days so they can earn money from others money. Bank manger said “I can tell you million time same thing”. Great customer service. Way to go RBC
Bank was absolutely awful the manger was rude and unprofessional she acted like she had better things to do this branch was one of the reasons I left RBC. I also felt quite judged by her and felt discriminated against when I was doing my transaction.
Worst bank. Literally the slowest service, they obviously run off of PT staff because you never see the same teller twice, so there’s a lack of familiarity. And they only ever have one teller at the front at a time. There’s always a line up
