My car had a problem with the gears not working properly after a clutch was fixed by another dealership. I took it to RS Service Centre and I was told that I could go fetch the car, only to find the mechanic was still busy with it. After a while, he told me I could take the car but when I started driving the car, it was obvious that the gears problem was not fixed but I had already paid them. I was really unhappy as I had obviously paid for something that was not fixed, and I told the mechanic my frustration. Later in the day, I was called by the Manager, who promised that he would come get my car from my place and make sure he looks into it himself. I was quite happy about this and he indeed fetched my car, and later in the day I was told I could go get it. To my horror, my car was now making some strange noise which it didn’t make before it went to them. I really had the worst experience with RS Service Centre and would personally not recommend them to anyone.

This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star that I've given them. My gear got stuck on park. I was charged 7 000 to fix it. They assured me to have it fixed by Monday. They only had it ready on Wednesday. When I got my car back it was faling apart. My passenger airbag compaetment had been broken, my aircon vaults had been removed ans were missing, my steering wheel had been removed and my gear had been stained with ink and fell apart too. Everything has been glued together like some toy car. I questioned this upon collecting my car. Everybody acted dumb, claimed to not have been the mechanics working on it and even implied it was brought in in that condition! They were supposed to be working on a gear lever, Why did they even touch my airbags, aircons, steering and boot. I will be taking my car for inspection elsewhere to ensure it hasn't been stripped by these guys. If you value your car DO NOT allow these guys to touch it. Poor workmanship.

Had the worst experience of my life, major service not done thoroughly, they quoted extra things to install and never installed but they take money for that. Had it been something that is not easy to identify, they would have gotten away with it just like they did with the things I was complaining about. When I sent my complaint they theatened me with legal proceedings. My advice is that don't take your opel corsa there, they will misdiagnose just like they did to mine. It took them full 7 days to return my money for the part they didn't install yet they had invoiced me for it. That one star is for the admin ladies, otherwise I would be requesting negative 100 stars. They take people for a ride and act as victims.i will never go there again.they enjoyed my money for once and they will never smell it again. There you go, I have written my experience with your service center, you can call your lawyers.

Completely dishonest and unethical business practice. My father-inlaw took his Jaguar for diagonisis and qoutation. Later in the afternoon we recived the qoute for over R29 000. We then asked to fetch the car and bring it when we can afford to pay. Apone collecting the vehicle we were told the car had already been stripped and that it doesnt drive. We asked who gave permission for them to start the job as their own terms & conditions stipulates that for the job to be started they require a deposit of 70%. We were told all sorts of stories. Eventually we insisted on inspecting the car, only to discover nothing had been stripped, they we just trying to coerse us to use their expensive service. The place is not even registered with RMI or any industry governing body. A total fly-by night. I hope people will read this review before taking their valuable car to this charlatan.

These people robbed me , they stole my car battery and put an old smelling battery that is not the right technology for my car . They have been scrapped of the rmi members they claim to be under. interesting that the owner can now respond to the review when you failed to respond to my emails and your staff saying you are too sick to call me and some saying you are overseas on holiday, interesting . Go ahead and open that case will see you in court as i have also opened a case .you have no shame you could have killed me with the acid coming from that battery.

I went to them when a friend referred me to them after I ran around for four months to get my engine sorted by different people and costed me Thousands spoke to the owner he diagnosed my car and gave me a quote service was friendly and very professional the staff were amazing and friendly. Six months later my car still drives like magic its going for service now in October and I will never let anyone else touch my car besides the team of Rs service center in wynberg Sandton. Not worth it. They couldn't even complete a minor service like reseting the service lights after doing a 'major service'. Waited and waited for feedback on the part they said they were ordering and finally was told it cost R8000( some rear brake light part they said). A part they said was needed to clear the service lights. Took my car to another dealer who spotted some loose wires under the car and fixed them then reset the service lights for a mere R500. Will never go back to RS

The service was good, the ladies at reception are very professional and ensure you get timeous feedback. Took my car in for diagnostics and a fan-belt replacement. I noted some sounds after a day or so, I notified them and they quickly sorted the issue at the workshop within just 10 seconds. I highly recommend these guys for such an excellent service. I will definitely take my car here for all my repairs. Overall good service

never take your car there they will reap you off. i took my car for a new/ used engine, the day i took back the car after they have worked on the the car i got a breakdown before even driving 60 kms. engine light came on, took the car back and i was told it is injectors and i must pay R9000. new used engine from them with faulty injectors and i must pay for that?

Hi-end performance cars are a plenty here. Everything from AMG's to M Cars. I know this for a fact as I've been to their shop many times to try to resolve a pesky engine light issue. The staff are friendly. They provide great standard (run of the mill) car service, but are unable to fix - even with diagnostic tools - engine light issues.

I took my 4X4 in for a full service as I am going away on holiday. The staff at RS Service Centre were thorough, efficient and they got my vehicle done in the time frame they gave me. Took my vehicle in, unfortunately did not have a great experience as communication was and feedback was not up to standard and found fault finding and diagnostics left much to be desired. Received a one line quotation, and when I asked for more details got answered that they do not give detailed quotations

Had a engine light on which was due to a worn timing chain and cam gears. Ryan and Gold undertook the repairs on my vehicle. Some initial teething issues after the replacement which RS did not shy from. The car is running like new again. Reasonably priced and quick turn around.

Took my car there for a service beginning last year. Well priced, awesome friendly staff and convenient. Car will be going back for a new problem and I rather waited during the holidays so I could take it back to them.

Took my car in for a major service. A week later it broke down. When I took it to another mechanic, it turns out they put in old rusted plugs. I was not in an accident. Even if I was. That would not make plugs old.
