Most recently I went to Green Hills movie theater to see Saw X. Upon purchasing the ticket, it was this young white lady with purple hair at the concession stands. She was very rude, and non professional. I gave her a $100 bill to pay for my order so she snatched it out of my hands then walked away. Once she came back instead of putting my change in my hand she laid it on the counter, including coins and everything then she walked off to the back and starting texting on her phone and left me right there without giving me none of the items I just paid for. She walked away and stayed in the back. Another person had to help me while I waited for about 4minutes. I asked him was she ok, he said he will check on her. He gave me my order after about 2 minutes after, but as soon as I got my order and walked off the (two sodas, nachos, and a small popcorn). I asked him what was her name, and he acted like he didn’t who I was speaking of bc he was busy assisting another customer. The lady with purple hair came back with a smile on her face smiling and assisted the customer behind me with a big smile on her face and he happened to be white male. I am a black male, who is very respectful to all people and cultures where I agree with them or not. I stayed and noticed their interaction, she smiled she served him promptly and gave him his card and receipts by placing it inside his palms of his hands. This was a very rude and racist act, I paid over $80 to get treat like a second class citizen from a employee of this movie theater. This is racism at its finest in 2023. This situation was so terrible and traumatic I couldn’t enjoy the movie bc I actually wanted to confront the employee about her actions. But when I approached the concession stand again she saw me and walked away on her cell like she was texting someone on the job. As if her cell phones is more important than a paying customer. I am totally disgusted with this theater and I will make this situation known to everyone until this situation is fixed. There is no room for racism not in this world. Not in 2023. I am appalled. Keep in mind this was a Monday night, it wasn’t many customers there. So they cannot excuse the level of professionalism by saying that they was busy. just racist, plain and simple 2023 bigotry.

Today we went to see the 7:40 showing of Eternals for my birthday. 20-30 minutes into the movie two teens sit down in front of us and proceeded to constantly talk at less than whisper, and take flash pictures/selfies. I asked twice for them to be quite and stop taking pictures. Not a minute after the second request, they did it again, so I went to get management. The manager stopped at the door and said he would follow in behind me. When I told him it would be no secret who complained he still refused to follow me. After several minutes I notice his head stood off to the side of the entry hall, watching the movie, but didn’t look at the back of the theater, while the flash photography continued. The manager left, and so did we. When I confronted the manager, he said he didn’t see anything, and I told him then he should have actually been looking instead of watching the movie. He was very apologetic, but didn’t go back in to actually deal with the issue. Also the manager made a classist comment, “we are in a nice neighborhood, so we don’t normally get these problems,” which is just appalling. We also noticed that there were several other people who were annoyed early on, specifically in a large group right next to these little jerks. The manager did offer free tickets for another movie, but we declined as we won’t be going back. These teens didn’t look old enough to drive, so if you dropped your kids off to a movie this evening, you need to have a chat about considerate behavior. PS Eternals wasn’t very good even though we only saw about half the movie.

Physical experience is pretty decent, but the app is worthless. There are a lot of little tricks built in to keep you from gaining access to rewards: you get 500 points for "completing your profile" but the "State" field will not populate. Also, your point vanish every year. I had 22,000+ points and they're just gone. That's not sly, that contempt for the end user. lastly, there is supposed to be a fabled $5 Tuesday matinee n my area, and every area, but its impossible to access as well. Do dollar for dollar, really not able to compete with pwning a nice TV and streaming at home. I would gladly pay $5-7 to go see Oppenheimer on a Tuesday in the middle of they day, but deprive me of even that and you can do spit. All this sucks because again the physical location is pretty good - I like that they have re-releases and anniversary releases, and the seats are great. Its the corporation thats making the app into a "gotcha" and asking for $14-$20 per ticket. You guys can make a 365 day Theatrical Release. I still wont pay that much to see it and listen to some dude fart and some chick check her test messages in my line of sight.

We went to see Wonder Woman in theatre 2. While the seats were very comfy, it was as cold as a meat locker. I had to leave the theatre to talk to the ticket taker. She called a manager. It was still freezing 20 min later so my husband left the movie and spoke to a manager who said they would do something and they did not. Instead, fans went on. We were with another couple who were also freezing. It was so miserably cold we couldn't enjoy the film. We spoke to the manager after the movie and he gave us passes for a future movie. The one we want to see tonight does not say it has reclining seats. We intended to bring a blanket this time. I'm trying to call to confirm about the seats because one of us is in a leg cast and needs to keep his foot up but I cannot speak to anyone. I've tried 3x and I'm cut off. On the positive side besides the reclining seats being comfy, I do like that I can choose the seats in advance so I can avoid the seats under the fans.

My boyfriend and I went to the 7:50 pm showing of A Ticket To Paradise tonight and our experience was less than great. We are sitting there and the movie had just started, and then these 3 girls walk up to our seats and say you’re in our seats (we were clearly sitting in the correct seats). We oblige because we didn’t want to disturb anyone or their movie experience. We got stuck with horrible seats all because they swore they were their seats, but in reality they just wanted to sit together and there were no other empty 3 in a row seats together. Then we got stuck next to people that brought in their own snacks (opening multiple cans of soda, boxes of crackers, and mini tubs of ice cream), and oh did I forget to mention the people next to us in the spot we moved to weren’t even watching the movie, but remained on their phone with the light on the whole movie. We couldn’t focus on the movie at all. All in all, poor experience and would love a refund.

Very disappointed in my visit to Regal Cinemas tonight. It was one thing after another. I went to the restroom and to my surprise there was no running water for people to wash their hands in the sink. I thought okay, so I went to the sanitation station and there was no hand sanitizer. This is completely unsanitary. I then joined my boyfriend at the concessions only to find out they had switched from Coke to Pepsi… not a big deal, but they were out of most of the Pepsi products. They did not have Rootbeer or Pepsi Zero. The popcorn also did not taste fresh and was rather stale. I understand that this is the first weekend reopening after COVID so there may still be some kinks to work out in the reopening process. I am hoping to see improvements in my next visit because I do love this theatre! This review is simply to provide feedback and is not to be taken as bashing in anyway.

Great movie theater as far as comfort and size to find just about any movie that you are looking for that is currently playing. My only complaint is the concession prices. Seriously, $7.99 for a drink. $5.75 for a bag of candy that cost $2.99 at the local store. I get it, but for families who want to come, spending $100 PLUS for a few hours gives them all the more reason to just stay home and watch the same movie on their 70 inch big screen TV. Do the math, for a few visits for a family of 4 with concessions, you could save up and buy a really nice big screen TV, rent the movie for home viewing and invite the whole neighborhood and ultimately save money and still have a great time. All I am saying is ALL movie theaters should cut some of the cost of concessions. They are too high.

  • Keith Range

The theater is standard with obnoxious pricing on food/drink, but the recliner seats are very comfortable and you have room between the people on either side of you. My main complaint is that Regal prohibits concealed carry. I hadn't gone to a Theater for 2 or 3 years and I didn't carry before that. I won't be returning to Regal for their CCW policies. Regal states they want a safe environment as possible. Prohibited me from carrying my Legal weapon makes the place less safe. Prohibiting fire arms only makes law abiding citizens disarm. Criminals have no regard for the law and will come packing regardless. There was no security search on entry, at least at 4pm Sat. So I can't be assured that a group of hooligans aren't going to get into a brawl and bystanders get injured/killed

Forewarning, kids movies are not for kids at this theater. This has been our go to theater since 2009, when we first moved to Nashville. Our last experience at the Little Mermaid changed that. My daughter who is 6 had been dying to go. Considering it was 2pm and the movie has been out for over a month, it felt like a safe choice. Since it was the weekend, we needed an activity for all of the kids. We were ”kicked out” because kids got up out of their seats to sit in our laps, due to some of the scarier louder scenes. We were told that there are no refunds because our kids didn’t obey the rules of sitting in their seats. If you don’t have kids, this is the place to go because they will kick the kids out for you.

  • Shannon Simpson

If you go during a busy time come 20 minutes early because there are never, ever, more than 3 registers open to buy concessions. As a matter of fact there is a maze rope set up for the line to it. 12.21.2017 - love the leather recliners but it doea not make up for only 1 or maaaaybe 2 comcession cashiers and more than 50% of the time somehow being put of hpt dogs (the easiest and fastest possible thing to make). Out of the last 10 visits thia year you have been out 6 times. I went today at 5, I was told I should have been there at 3. Seriously? What is the problem? Either automate concessions or close shop - peopme are going to other theaters instead, me included, now!

  • Todd Nolan

My wife, son and I attended the Fan showing of Jackass tonight and although there was an announcement at the beginning of the movie saying that there would be an additional 15 minutes of footage at the end of the movie, once the credits finished the movie shut off and the lights came on. We asked the ticket taker on the way out about it and she had no idea, nor did she even know where the manager was. This was the reason we went to this theater tonight and ended up being very disappointed afterwards. This is one of the many reasons we prefer to go to independently owned movie theaters as opposed to big corporate ones. This mistake would not happen.

  • McKenzie Cole

I have not had a good experience at this theater since it reopened. Something is always down, wether it’s slushie machines, the sound for previews, or they’re out of stock of every candy that they have. The clerks are rude. Tonight we had an experience where after waiting in line for 30 minutes we were at a card only register and should have been in the center lane for cash, however there was no sign no matter how many times the employees insisted there was a sign there. While this movie theater is the most convenient to me I find it much more worth while to drive to the AMC on Bellevue for a better experience overall.

  • Ryan

From the ticket booth to concession to the leather recliners, this place is wonderful! The concession stand is like anywhere else, it's way overpriced. You can still get that "movie experience" by using movie pass like we do. Then the whole trip is like $10 with popcorn and drinks! The areas are always clean and the elevators, while small, are very disable friendly. On that note, the theater is wonderful about accommodating wheel chairs and crutches too! Every time we go people try to steal our seats, just politely ask them to move and show them your ticket. The excuses are almost as good as the movie :D

  • Nini K

Please fix theater 3, audio cut off 20 mins into Spider Man No Way home. I heard them discussing how there was nothing wrong with the equipment over the walkie talkies but once returning to the actual theater the guy in the booth was just jamming out to some evanescence. I stood on a seat and looked through to see him dancing…I like the band but I’m unsure of what happened here. They said there was nothing they could do about the audio in the movie so they gave me a refund only for the movie. There were other people in the hallway also saying their audio cut out so maybe it’s a bigger issue???

  • Rex Cope

The service here has always been just okay, but that actually makes it better than most of the other theaters in the area. It's under construction as of this writing, which is a bit annoying, but the theaters they've recently finished converting need to be seen to be believed. Pre-registered, numbered seats. More legroom than you've ever seen anywhere (which results in their being about half the seating capacity compared to the old days), and electric-controlled recliners. They're so comfortable there's a good chance you'll fall asleep before the movie starts if you aren't careful.

  • Robin Taylor

I came to watch Avengers Infinity Wars with someone. Great bar with some pretty good house drinks on the main level. We were trying to kill time before the movie so we had a drink or two. On the Lower level, there’s a few games to play. We were told it’s an arcade, but were slightly disappointed when we got there, as it was TWO games A shooting game and a motorcycle racing game. The entire building is self is very clean. The movie theatre was also well managed. New recliners, extremely comfortable. Nice width. Electronic control to it. But i was so comfortable i fell asleep

  • 2 Boyz Mama

Very disappointed with my visit last night. (9/30). Went to see Saw X at the 7:20 showing. We purchased our tickets on Fandango over a week ago when they first became available. Seats were row E 10 and 11 in Theater 16. When we arrived the theater changed from 16 to 15, a much smaller theater. So small there was no E10 and 11. In fact in theater 15 the E row was handicapped. So with no update on seat assignment and NO HELP from the staff, we moved seats 4 times until the movie finally started. Not a pleasant experience at all. Very disappointed.

  • Sharon Russell

Don't even attempt this theatre if you are the slightest bit mobility challenged. You have to park in WAY OVER CROWDED mall parking lot (and that's a week day at 1pm in the afternoon), then walk forever to enter the theatre. Half of the theatres are on a lower level that requires stairs, escalators or elevator. And the theatre is so spread out that you better get your snacks when you get there or it's another track walk back to concessions. This is not a theatre for anyone not prepared to walk A LOT. Leave this one to the teenagers and jocks.

  • Heather Haley

I love that they have completely updated every theater room to recliner chair seating. This is my preferred Nashville theater because of that. I have had quite a few negative experiences with the staff but I think that’s to be expected in a corporate environment. They keep the place pretty clean and maintained. The concessions line takes 20+ minutes during peak hours even with three registers open so plan ahead or you will be late to your movie. I think this is the best theater option (besides the Belcourt) in Nashville.

  • Claire Claverie

I used to like this movie theater, until I had an awful experience here. I came with a group of friends at 6:10pm and was immediately asked for my ID. We had bought are tickets online and were not notified there was an age requirement for this specific regale. We weren’t allowed to watch the movie we paid for because of a brand new rule that was no where on the website in which we ordered the tickets. We were really looking forward to this movie, and not getting to see it ruined our night.

  • Flash Q

Very rude theater they turned the lights on and yelled at everybody to be in the right seat before the movie I moved to the back of the theater because I was getting motion sickness being down front and one lady told me I could sit in the back but then they yelled at everybody you have to sit in the right seat . very rude theater I was trying to see "Sound of freedom" we are all adults we don't need some kid yelling us at us to be in the right seat - I do not recommend this bad theater

  • Pavan Patel

Standard movie theater. Nothing really impressive. They have recliners. I do not get why the only consession stand open is upstairs instead of downstairs. It is so far away from the movie theaters that if you try to get any refills on your large, it takes to long from your movie. I don't get why they don't use the downstairs consession as majority of the theaters are downstairs. Unless this changes, it definitely won't be my first choice for movies anymore.

  • Jennifer Luque

The theater was dirty, outdated, and falling apart. Literally, there were tiles falling off the wall, the toilets were not clean, and there was trash and food all over the lobby floors. My husband says the men's room smelled like urine. The chairs were squeaky and the volume was up too high. My ears hurt the entire time. The only thing that was good was the movie selection and the quality of the film. The place could use a major refresh and a cleaning crew.

  • Sunna Lee

love the remodel. took user-experience as top priority with more room, and reclining seats. they missed the mark in playing 45 minutes of previews for a movie that lasted 2.25 hours. I did not sign up for that much time. by the time movie started, i was annoyed. the previews were all the same so in the end, I did not retain one movie I wanted to see. real deal breaker. now, I intentionally avoid this theater when it was always my go-to.

  • Kelli DeLisle

So many great food and drink options!! The electric reclining chairs were amazing along with the huge movie screen and fantastic surround sound!! Best movie theatre I have been to BUT the bathrooms were horrific. Toilets were broken or gross. I actually ended up using the mens room. For how great the theatre is, they should look into fixing those. It isn’t worth losing a star over because I would still totally recommend this place!

  • Tessa A

Absolutely trashed and disgusting in the theater. Managers should be ashamed of leaving their workers in chaotic situations. The bartender last Friday night was left with a bunch of angry people waiting on complicated drinks. Cut down the amount of showtimes and scale down the bar drinks if you can’t hire people. It’s so sad seeing all these employees get yelled at when they are working so hard and have no leadership or help.

  • Niki P

Google maps take you to Hampton Inn instead, so it’s a bit tricky to find this spot. The entryway is also hidden for the first-timer. But it’s a great location at the Green Hills Mall; plenty of restaurants/cafe/parking around. Staff is extremely friendly. I love the regal unlimited pass. They do charge you convenience fee for booking the tickets from your app every time, but you can avoid fees by booking in person.

  • Sue Belden

My husband and I went while on a get away to Nashville. The prices are high, just like every other movie theater. The service was okay. Our movie was playing downstairs which would have made getting refills time consuming since the downstairs concession stand was closed. The popcorn was not hot or fresh, so that was very disappointing. The chairs are super comfortable so they definitely have that going for them.

  • Shawn Noble (gerradynn)

My experience here is limited, but what I have seen is great. The theater is a bit old but unless you are looking really hard it can be difficult to tell since it is very well maintained. My only complaints are that the stairs; escalators between the lobby and screens can be annoying albeit not that annoying and the older air conditioning unit can, at times contribute just a little more noise than i would like.

  • Kyle Forrester

Won’t be coming back. Security stands around and watched as several people came in at the end of my move and disrupted the film ruing the ending. Then they accosted me for trying to leave from a clearly marked exit on the lower floor where I’ve exited several times before with no hassle and no indication that it’s “not allowed” all while non ticked movie crashers walked right on past them. Poorly run operation

  • Cam H

Like most businesses these days.. just laziness. Went to see a movie last night. Lobby was filthy with sticky floors and popcorn all over the floor. The downstairs wasn’t much better. This place used to be great back in the early 2000’s but management doesn’t care anymore. This place likely won’t make it much longer if they don’t step it up. Also… why did they switch to Pepsi? That’s so gross.

  • Matthew Kroeger

This theater feels like what you remember going to the movies in the 90s felt like. Feels like the movie theater, not a brand new shopping mall. Theaters are spacious, seats are comfortable, parking convenient and frequent show times. Only drawbacks are that you will need to allow 30 minutes at the concession stand, and there is either no, or extremely poor AC in the upstairs lobby/atrium.

  • ilyalways101

This is my favorite theatre to go to as they have some of the comfiest recliner seats. Makes the movie experience so much more comfortable. Pricey, but what theaters with recliners aren't? Highly recommend getting the regal pass if you're an avid movie goer. You can also shop around or eat before or after your movie, as it's adjacent to the mall. Just check the mall hours before you go!

  • Becca Algozzino

I would have given it more stars, but we waited to eat dinner there with our movie and when we ordered our food, we were informed that they were not serving burgers. When we ordered our small drinks, we were told they didn't have any small cups, so we had to order medium. When we got our nachos and cheese, the cheese wasn't warm. The seats were comfortable and the movie was great!

  • Marisa McKane

I showed up with tickets and assigned seating. My seats were taken. They over sold all the seats so no one had enough seats to sit in. So we did not get to see our movie and they told me to wait around for two hours for the next one. On top of that, it was the slowest, least efficient service I have ever seen. It was a complete waste of my time. Never coming to this theater again.

  • kaye nicholson

First appearance this theater appears a bit worn...carpet, concessions, restroom...is it worn and not so clean or is just dated colors and decor...cpuldnt say. Tends to rather empty. However, it is a first run theater and when you get in the actual viewing area it's very up-to-date with good sound system, wide aisles,, and fabulous reclining seats.,

  • dougtowers

Reservation system works great, the seats were amazing, so comfortable with assisted recliner when you press the blue lighted button on the side. The room was clean even though the theatre was full. I recommend anyone to visit this place, close to anything and the Green Hills Mall is just right there. Great experience, worth it for the money.

  • William Cooper

I've always enjoyed this theatre, still has a classic feel of the 1990s. Very convenient to areas in Nashville, close to dining options (both quick and sitdown) and has a great parking deck that you can park and quickly get to theatre. The seats are now meant for comfort, so you get an overall experience at this location.

  • Dustin Win

Was surprised by this theater. There's construction going on, so you have a little bit of a walk from the parking lot. However, I really enjoy the layout. You guy tickets on the "first" floor, which is above ground level. The escalator takes you to the large part of their theaters, and there's concessions on both floors.

  • Pamela Sims

This Regal location used to be my favorite but it is trash now- literally! There was trash overflowing everywhere: outside of the theater and inside and especially in the ladies room. They were out of a lot of candy and drinks had no hot food and the bar was closed for no reason. I won’t be back to Green hills location.

  • Barbara Dyer

Good movies, great recliner seating, good sound, clean theaters and bathrooms, easy access, parking, good concessions (cost is crazy, but...) and staff is friendly! I won't go to any other in the area. If I forgot anything, it was good too! Today we saw 1917. Deserves Academy Awards, but not not Best Picture...

  • Sara Bee

We went to this theater once and had a lovely time. It was clean, lines moved quickly, and the employees were friendly. We ended up having to sit in the front row of the theater and the seats were comfy and placed further back so we didn’t end up with a stiff neck at the end. We would definitely go here again!

  • Nikki Jackson

Theater is tucked back in an alley...creep factor #1. Almost all of the auditoriums are on the level below the main floor. It was somewhat of a ghost town...creep factor #2. The long, dimly lit corridor...creep factor #3. It was just a creepy theater, in our opinion. Others may be fine with it ‍♀️

  • Danny Sulkin

This theater was revamped a few years back and now all seats recline. The food selection is more than typical movie fair - hot dogs, Mexican fare, etc. They also have a bar for "adult" drinks. Seats fully recline and the aisles are wide enough that you are not tripping over others to get to your seat.

  • Fail

They really turned Green Hills Cinema around. It used to be economy class, jam packed seating and for what? The theaters were 'usually' fairly empty. Now they've upgraded all the seating, food, drink options and made it a real treat to go back to theaters to watch a movie. I really enjoyed my time.

  • Eli Gibbons

This theater is better than most. I have never really had any large problems. The staff is just as courteous as one should expect. The theaters a slightly cleaner than most. They aren't the best at handling large crowds but I have never been to a theater that handles those well. Overall it's fine.

  • Matthew Heinz

All of the seats in their theaters are super comfortable recliners, so you can literally lay back when you watch a movie. Now that I discovered this, I will only be watching movies here. They do assigned seating as well, so get your tickets early but don't worry about getting to the theater early.

  • Eric S

My wife and I attended a movie here last weekend. It was the first time we've been in a theater in a number of years- and the last time! We had to endure 25 minutes of advertisements before the movie began! This explains why so many people have abandoned movie theaters and moved on to streaming.

  • Jesse Barger

The theater and screen were pretty small. One of our seats was broken and didn't recline. And they were out of the large popcorn containers. I had a good time anyway because I was there with friends and the movie was great. But you expect better of a theater this size and in this location.

  • Bryan Parris

Very friendly staff, had a great time watching the movie. About the expected prices for the popcorn and drink. I went late at night, and they did have security guards checking ID's at the door. The seats were very comfortable and spacious, and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

  • Kai Colucci

The renovations were well worth the wait. The personal recliners are really incredible and the sound system they added is beautiful- really adds to the movie. Unfortunately it’s made the theaters smaller so they will sell out incredibly fast but otherwise great place to see a movie now.

  • Christopher Assouad

It was pretty nice. Its one of the theatres with reserved seating and reclining chairs which is pretty nice. The also got HFR movies which is fantastic. The only problem is with all this great stuff, all the lines are so long that by the time you get your snacks the movie will be over.

  • Jason Maynard

One of the nicer theaters you will find. Usually showing the best selection of movies. Good seats. The only knock would be they almost never have the downstairs concession stand open, which would be more convenient, and shorten lines. Still, reserved seats that recline are INCREDIBLE!

  • Benjamin Larson

Horrible experience, they wouldn’t let a 16 and 17 year old watch a PG-13 movie past 6 PM, which they claimed occurs only on weekends, and they consider Friday a weekend as well. Been here a bunch and for this to happen is just insane. I recommend finding a Cinemark theater instead.

  • koda koala

Wonderful theater with loads of parking! The full recliner chairs with still enough room for people to walk was amazing and haveing a bar to enjoy some wine or beer with your movie was great. The price can't be beat and it's as close to watcbing in the comfort of your own home!

  • Evangelina Stanley

This movie theater is very nice! The seats are very comfortable and they recline really well. Their food prices aren’t that bad, and like how you can buy the tickets right at the door. The staff will always make sure you know where to go and the whole experience is awesome!

  • Shannon Hagerman

I love this crew! Their corporate office obviously ignores them (new seats. Com on already) but they shouldn't be. It's a great theater with a great group of employees behind it. The popcorn is fresh, theatres are always clean, and parking is a breeze [use the garage].

  • Sheila Register

Love the location. However, The popcorn I purchased was so salty, I could not eat it. I also purchased a soda. The soda had a funny taste to it, so I cannot even drink it, either. They need to clean the soda machines, and to cut back on the salt on the popcorn.

  • Justin Newton

Great assortment of food compared to having only soda, popcorn and candy. This theatre has power reclining seats in leather which makes for a very comfortable experience. iMax theatres do have better sound but the reclining seats make this theatre my favorite.

  • Rikki Hill

I love the movie experience every single time. However, the concession stand is frustrating. They always seem to be out of stuff and I've encountered a few really rude young men. If I'm going to spend a small fortune on snacks you could atleast be nice to me.

  • C R

Decent enough if you want to see a mainstream movie during regular hours. The concession stand prices are ridiculous, even for a movie theater, and in the lower half there's a section that's just abandoned. But the chairs are pretty nice and it's clean.

  • Amber Price

The parking is usually full, just because of the other reaturant and shops that are there. The parking garage is a good option too. The theaters are clean and comfortable. They have the recling seats. The staff and concessions were helpful and friendly!

  • Linda Nealon

Our go to movie theater. Great popcorn, comfy VIP seats and friendly staff. It’s important to go to the movies or risk them disappearing into bankruptcy. Covid and streaming movies at home has hit theaters especially hard. Love Green Hills Regal!

  • Corey Johnston

I paid $55 to see Rambo last blood, popcorn and all.. and enjoyed every single bit of it! Seriously, can't beat the movie experience at this place. The seats are awesome! Leather and they recline! The theater was awesome! The screen is the

  • Daniel Killman

Been to this theater countless times over the years. Sad to say, it's gone a bit downhill. Went today. Soft drink I purchased (for the outrageous price you know you pay these days) was extremely watered down. Visited both men's restrooms

  • Elise Moore

This theater has improved. Concessions are better with more options. Can get refill on large popcorn. Seating is comfortable. Restrooms are cleaner. Staff is helpful and friendly. Kudos to the management. I used to avoid this theater for

This is a good movie theater in kind of unique for Nashville. They only have two theaters upstairs and the rest are below ground so your cell phone absolutely will not work in the downstairs theaters for the most part. The projection and

Sound of Freedom, 4th visit with groups of ladies from my building. Popcorn hot...and staff accommodating. Was a little on the cool side, but oh so comfortable reclining seats. Movie was incredibly awesome inspiring. Coming back for more

My friend ordered the Cheetos popcorn so we waited 10 minutes as staff and manager stood there watched us awkwardly waiting for someone to give her the premade popcorn that was in the displayed. Really weird experience to say the least.

Nice theatre with big comfy chairs. Tends to sell-out films rather quickly, however. It is still my preferred theatre for films aside from The Belcourt. Parking is absolutely insane. Remember to definitely allow yourself a bit of extra

I came here last Thursday night with my cousin to see The Addams Family in 3D. I've never had an experience like it at any theater before. First my 3D glasses were so dirty I couldn't see out of them, and I had to get a new pair. Not a

Arrive earlier in the day for a decent discount on already good prices for an excellent movie threater. Reclining seats, friendly staff, and great surround sound. Don't forget the roomy walkpaths through each row, definitely recommend!

Went yesterday and the entire establishment was dirty! The floors had food and dirt everywhere. All of the trash bins downstairs were completely full and over flowing with trash. The counters were disgusting! Definitely won’t be back!

Me and my friend got kicked out because we were under age. We didn’t do anything just dying to watch a movie at 7. Manager kicked us out because he said we looked like we were going to vandalize. No probable cause. Absolutely absurd.

Love this movie theater. The automatic recliner seats arw amazing. And the full bar although STUPID expensive. I believe it's a 24% extra tax on drinks. It's now an integral part of my movie going experience. Especially when seeing

  • Chris Potts

It's a great theater. The seats are comfortable. The movies are good quality. The only issue I have at all is the cleanliness of the escalator. I refuse to touch the hand rails. Overall it is my favorite place to watch movies.

  • Rachel Wei

Tried to see two special features here (ie., nation-wide Regal events). Unfortunately, both times this theater had “technical difficulties” that lasted 30 min-1 hr and culminated in the manager canceling the movie altogether.

  • Antoinette Bradley

The Theater itself is great but bathrooms are not nice Found poop on the floor today and almost stepped in it Someone please make sure that the bathrooms are squeaky clean next time It is not fitting for Green hills

Fancy theatre for us. We enjoyed the escalator and the reclining seats. Sounds and picture were great as well. We watched Pilgrim's Progress... which was so good! Definitely a step up from our local theatre.

  • Nate Peters

Very nice facility, clean and comfortable. But concessions are very overpriced, and they legit show an hour of ads and previews before the movie starting at the posted start time

  • Captain's Wife Log

Very comfortable, clean with recliner leather sits cinema. In great location inside Green Hills mall where lot is restaurants around and things to do after watching a movie.

  • John Sproul

This is a good theater. I was very impressed by the sound of this place. I could feel it through my seat and the screen was huge. The seats were recliners and comfortable.

  • Tim Simmons

Pre-order the tickets, got the snacks at a reasonable time, and the of course the reclining seats is the reason why we go. Very comfortable seating and helpful staff.

  • David Alger

A very good place to see current movies. And if you belong to the 'club' you get in for basically 1/2 price on Tuesdays! Nice kids working the counter too.

  • Dave Brown

Theater was nice and clean. Sound was great, chairs were comfortable. The guy at the concession stand was a little rude. Great place to watch a movie!

  • Kimberly Scheuer

Film didn't work...manager didn't speak to audience until 40 minutes passed. Lack of staff! Theaters and restrooms filthy.

Regal theaters is the way to see a movie. They were intended for the big screen and regal makes the experience enjoyable

  • John-Mark Clark

One of the better theaters in Nashville area. Has always been clean and good prices are fair. We go here most often.

I watched the Paws of Fury movie and it was an amazing experience! The seats reclined and were very comfortable.

They do re-releases of classic movies. Took my son to see one of his favorites today, Christine

  • Aliya Johnson

uhh these seats are way too close together. I feel like I’m in my neighbors lap.
