Music from adjacent theater was so ridiculously loud that the movie that I paid for was ruined. It felt like a music festival was going on, or a low rider was parked in the middle of the theater, and it didn’t belong there. The movie I paid to go see, was Napoleon and the movie that management decided to place adjacent was Beyoncé’s Renaissance. I am a fan of bass music myself, but when it seems there is no limit on the volume and constant thumping being heard from another movie, it becomes a pathetic joke of a theater experience. The manager didn’t give a fig and did nothing. I’m not sure if they built these theaters wrong, need to adjust the volume, or what, but if you can’t go in the theater and only hear your own movie, it’s not worth the time and money to go. I probably could’ve had a better experience streaming the movie from my own living room, and wouldn’t have had to deal with, the constant, overwhelming pounding and apathetic and patronizing customer service. I left about 30 mins into it because I had had enough. Beyoncé Renaissance can go jump off a cliff, for all I care. And after this experience, I’m seriously questioning if I ever want to return to this movie theater ever again.

Oppenheimer in 70mm IMAX was a total bust. 10:40am ticket. Pushed back to 10:45 upon arrival, and despite insisting that the IMAX showing would begin right on time- it finally started at 11am (with no context provided by staff). The film’s audio track went out of sync an hour in, and it was evidently too difficult to fix. Within seconds, the film stopped and the lights came on. They called it early, and we all lined up for a refund. The staff member/manager that came into the auditorium to tell us there would be no showing added that we should, “….blame Christopher Nolan….” for leveraging the 70mm film projector. What an ignorant statement- hundreds of people showed up to your theater to spend $25 a pop to see his movie- not to buy your overpriced candy bars. We drove from two hours away specifically for the viewing- what a bummer. The staff member’s arrogance and ignorance will keep me away from this theater for any movie in the future. To their credit, we got a refund. However, with it being such a hot ticket- no decent seats remained for the day’s showings, and no offer was made for a discounted future ticket for our trouble. We won’t be back.

I can’t speak for everyone but the employees that I encountered were very friendly. However the theater itself was very mediocre. There was a gazillion ads before the movie started some were even played twice! They make you screen select your seats which I don’t like. I miss the old school way of physically just walking in and finding your own seats. The seats didn’t recline and the design layout was too close together. So close that you can hear the whole person conversation behind you and you can feel every movement they make! Everytime the guy behind me would nudge his feet it felt like he was kicking the back of my seat. It was annoying, distracting and uncomfortable. Won’t be back here. Not relaxation friendly.

My roommate and I went to see five nights at Freddie’s and it was one of the worst experiences at a movie theater I’ve ever had. The whole movie theater was so loud, a guy was letting his kids talk during the movie, while he was watching sports. People had candy thrown at them. Some guy kept burping out loud, like a full blown blech. Three teens kept taking pictures and talking during the movie. After bringing this up to the manager at the guest services nothing was done. I’ve told two people and nothing. Even my roommate commented this was one of her worst experiences at the movies. Needs new management or training to deal with situations like this. No one should have to pay for an awful time.

Opry Mills is really the last place on planet Earth I want to be, but the husband wanted to go to IMAX. Make plans to sit in traffic (about 15-20 extra minutes during peak hours) to get in because the front and back entrances are atrocious! Also, there is a "curfew" type situation where anyone under the age of 18 cannot be without an adult after dark (safety reasons). The mall is still amazing on the inside, but not my first choice because of the crime rate and parking lot situation.

A winning choice for all types of movies and movie lovers. We saw the new Spider Man in 4DX. It was very interactive and definitely like being on a ride at an amusement park. There were fans blowing air on us, a water feature misting your face, and movements up and down throughout the movie. You do have the option to turn the water mister off on the chair consul. They had a fair amount of concessions and the popcorn tasted pretty good. Definitely recommend.

When I attend a movie I expect the bare minimum of an employee who tries to be friendly. Felicia was not excited to be at work today. My biggest issue though was that I was a bit astonished at the tiny version of small bags they were trying to use for popcorn at the same price as normal. The cups and bag were not branded as regal brand. I understand times are hard but that teeny bag was going to be 50% of the paid for volume.

The lady who sit at the front taking the tickets is rude. My friends and I went to see a PG-13 movie Friday night here and she demanded to see our id due to the mall policy but if the ACUAL cops weren’t looking at ID she doesn’t need to. I’m 26 and the youngest was 21 in our group. She wouldn’t take a photo copy as well like we are in the mall the cops at the door would have stop us if we were underage. So upset.

Our first-time experiencing a 4DX movie & it exceeded our expectations by far! The theater was very clean & the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movie was ahhhmazing!!!! We WILL definitely return!!!! They only offered one movie in 4DX & one showtime for the day, which was at 1:40. The only thing I would change is to offer more showtimes & more 4DX movie options to choose from.

The MEG 2; Practically from when the movie begins, your body will be on the move and be attentive because I saw several people fall from their seats, and I recommend wearing light clothing as if you were hacking; this is so you can enjoy the special effects. You won't get wet, but you will feel it. In short, there is no waste of money and time.

The imax theater is wonderful. Great selection. The imax is upstairs. We unfortunately had a few rude seatmates putting their feet on the chairs in front of them. And children nonstop running back and forth. If you plan to bring kids. Don't be rude and let them ruin the movie for others by running around and screaming.

Best IMAX in the area. Christopher Nolan approved it for his 70 mm showing of Oppenheimer so that’s good enough for me. I love coming to this theater I don’t love coming to the mall. Buy your seats in advance. Come five minutes early. Get some popcorn and a drink. Use your Regal points. You can’t go wrong.

Me and some friends bought tickets online. Guess what! We couldn't use them because our chaperone had to be 21. Our chaperone was 19. There was no disclaimer on the website. Funny enough you can buy tickets when you are 16. There was no refund. I am NEVER coming back to this theater again.

The ticket lady Mary is so amazing so helpful and very sweet! She has such a great attitude and definitely does her very best to make sure everyone is well taken care of. I always remember seeing her and looking forward to seeing her. She's always smiling and so kind! Thank you Mary!!!!

To see to be alive and to experience an adventure while traveling across the country to hike grow and learn about the experiences and films of America like combine imax with 70 millimeter film and you got a power house of imagination Check it out but definitely imax film

This cinema is great. I have been coming here for years, and I have never been disappointed. There are a lot of theaters showing many different movies. They are also very comfortable, and the sound is exelen. I usually get pop corn and a soda. I do enjoy this place.

As a Nashville resident, it is difficult for me to go to Opry mills because it is so packed all the time. However, this theater always has the best selection of movies and it is always clean. Getting in is always very quick because you get your tickets on an app.

  • Bill A

I went and they only serve Pepsi. I have cancelled my subscription and will spend an extra 30 minutes going to a competitors theatre. I am unable to drink most Pepsi products and the ones that I can drink are not offered. They have a very slim selection there.

  • Katherine Stephens

The theater itself is acceptable-ish. Seats are comfy but very small with no leg room. BUT, unacceptable ads before the movie - the ads continued 30 minutes (!!) past the official showtime. And to be clear, I don't mean trailers, but regular car & soda ads.

John Wick 4 in 4DX was awesome! Heck, 4DX itself is a ride! Felt like a roller coaster at times but it is an awesome experience! They also have friendly staff, a clean facility and decent food choices… much more than just your standard popcorn and candy.

  • Jesse

This is the place to escape Nashville’s heat wave! The movie theatre was very chill! Best Regal theatre in all the realm! Great popcorn and great employees working hard to insure moviegoers a wonderful experience. Hats off to the management!

  • Donna Meriweather

Very crowded and slow movement! Enormous auditoriums, but regular seats. The theater was humid and the whole visit was expensive. We spent over 60 bucks for two people. AMC is a better experience for a cheaper price. Just my opinion!

  • The K Green Show

Very large Regal in Opry Mills Mall. Kiosk to buy tickets or service desk. Lots of high priced snacks and drinks. Tried the screenx theater showing and it was cool but didn't add a lot to the movie. Great IMAX theater.

  • Mike P

The theater was very clean. Good selection of snacks. 4dx movie theater is very cool. Please please please! Turn down your AC! It was uncomfortably cold in the theater. Other than that, great experience!

  • Reynaldo Rosales

Great movie theater!! But the people in the front serving the popcorn and drinks are a little rude! My buddy asked for food and was treated with an attitude but other than that spacious place!

  • BJ Ganz

Overall good. Lines took 20 mins at 2:30pm just to get some popcorn. There must be a faster way. Plan to arrive early if a new movie is out. No reclining seats but good enough

  • L

I like that they changed the policy to keep minors out after a certain time. You can tell the difference. Really clean theater too and staff is always nice.

  • Wanda Demonbreun

We had such a great time at the movies!!! Popcorn was so good. Only thing they didn't have chocolate covered peanuts. I love to eat them with my popcorn...

  • Phyllis Bradley

I loved my stay there and THEE COLOR PURPLE.....BUT....the concessions lines were too long to get snacks and not be late.

  • Melinda Bednar

Very nice movie theater. Clean and the staff at the snack bar are friendly and genuinely great in assisting you.
