It was my first time at this theater and I was pretty disappointed. First of all when you enter to auditorium 2 there was a funny smell (maybe from an old trash can ) . I was watching the nun 2 at 7:15. When I bought my tickets on row F seat 4. There was 2 empty seats to my left and 3 to my right. During the duration of the movie there was multiple groups of people that would come and seat to both sides of me (different groups of people that will stay from 15 to 30 minutes ) and will do all sort of crazy behavior from being handsy in public to smelling like Marijuana really bad to using their cell phone (in each group was at least someone using their cellphones) they didn't last long and when they would leave and another one will come they will always say they were gonna seat there because some people in the same row already took their seat. But this is not american airlines its imposible that they would sell those seats to multiple groups of people . This was crazy I was so bother about not being able to enjoy my movie I almost got up and left to find a different theater to watch it during the second group thr manager comes into the theater and stares at the guest for a good minute. I was excited I was waiting for her to ask for tickets and get the unruly people out of there so I could watch my movie in peace . After a bit she goes and ask a group of kids about being alone in the theather all of the sudden their parents come running from the other side of the theater so they could allow to stay there (where they were probably seat with the wrong seats ) . The kids were able to stay to also continue to use their social media on their cellphone during the movie, snapchating scenes and all. It was crazy to say the least. I have never being so disrupted during a movie screening .
This was my first time coming here, and my family and I had a great time! There are lots of registers open to purchase tickets and/or food, the bathrooms were very clean, and theater seating was very spacious and comfortable with leather chairs and lots of space between the aisles. It almost felt more like a nice boutique theater! On top of this, customer service here is excellent, every staff member seemed very sweet and helpful. They also have a lot of different promotions throughout the year that you can find on their site. For example, during the summer they have family movie days, where tickets are just $2. And for avid movie-goers, the $18.99 Regal Unlimited pass basically let's you watch as many movies as you want for the month. Overall, I'm really excited to come back again in the future! Thanks for making it a great experience!
The seating is very spacious. The rows are far enough away where even if you have the seat reclined completely the person walking by has plenty of room to get by. Adult beverages are served here in the can, bottle, and on tap. There are many service lines to get concessions. This theater has all of the fan favorites-popcorn, starburst, nestle crunch bites, icee, dippin dots ice cream and many more. Will return again. 10/10 do recommend.
So sad, there isn't a Dr Slice option at the drinking fountain... We are die-hard Pibb and Dr Pepper drinkers. Please consider making it an option, it definitely is a decision factor when choosing a theatre on movie night. This theatre has really improved! They now have reclining, reserved seating. They use coconut oil for their popcorn, Yum! At times, I have issues with signing into the Royal Crown Club.
Love this theatre for it's convenient location, comfortable recliners, easy parking and friendly staff. I work in film and go often here for easy in and out to see films in comfort. I give it one star less than 5 since the food has less choices than other chains where you can basically eat a healthy dinner at them. Lots of tradional movie theater food choices even Dippin dots and cocktails though.
Really nice theater. My only complaint (and it doesn't affect their rating) is that I bought tickets for the wrong day. I immediately called the theater up, but they wouldn't refund over the phone, said I had to come in. I came in, but they then told me they couldn't refund me, would only give me passes to use next time. This is an awful policy.
This is a great theater, clean, comfy seats that all recline and the staff are awesome. My only complaint is that there is a Pepsi Commercial and a separate Mountain Dew commercial before each movie that are just uncomfortably too loud. Like they are 2-3 times louder than anything in the other preshow videos, previews, or feature presentation.
The costumer service blows. Half the recliners don’t work and ALL of the seats were dirty. 7pm on a Sunday and nothing is working. The cash registers are down and they won’t even take cash. They won’t do anything about the mob of people getting impatient. The entire team is incompetent. Truly sad excuse for a movie theater.
My girlfriend and I went to a weekday matinee and we had a very good experience. It cost less than $21 for seniors and $24 for drinks and a refillable bucket of popcorn. The theater was clean, but maybe needed a little remodeling. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome!
Fun place. They have nice restrooms. Not a lot of sitting space in the lobby, but that's to be expected given the small size of the entire theater. The size of their large popcorn is low-key laughable, though you can get refills. Overall, it's a nice theater and has a nice staff.
The Regal Westgate movie theater was a splendid experience. The staff was pleasant, the seats reclined, and the theater itself was perfectly chilled in temperature. My only complaint was comparatively to other reclining seats at surrounding theaters, the seat wasn't as spacious.
Prices are a little higher than other options, but everything is always spotless and the staff is super friendly. Seats are comfy and there's so much space. You never feel jam packed.
Great place, neat, clean, friendly staff, awesome concession choices, great reclining seats with handicap choices, awesome sound system. Love their tastey popcorn and hotdogs!
The Regal Westgate Cinema in Austin has nice comfy chairs and clean. You pay extra for the premium larger seat with adjustable leg extension. Will love to come back soon.
May appear to have less seats than the Cinemark in Pflugerville, but definitely looks more spacious than it. Very comfortable status.
I haven't been to a movie in ages... $28 for 1... movie small popcorn small drink. Wow! Otherwise, nice spacious theatre. Cool ac.
A consistently clean spot to catch a flick with plenty of parking. Chairs are comfortable and large with adequate leg room.
Big, roomy recliners and very clean. Movie experience was quite nice and popcorn (in size L) was priced OK.
Really nice theater! Clean, spacious, and comfortable recliners. Feels modern and themed nicely.
Great seats! Recliners! Just wish it had a small fridge.
