I was promised a 10% off coupon if I gave a good review. Here is my honest review: I had some bad experiences dealing with them. They were suppose to provide a partial refund on one of my orders after the delivery driver damaged it, but never got my refund. I had pleaded with them multiple times to stop overcrowding the pallets as they were going to kill one of the poor guys that had to deliver it. I even offered to pay twice the shipping charges so that they could split the pallets onto two. The shipping manifests always under stated the weight of the pallets, when I and the delivery driver knew that the pallets weighed a lot more. The computers in my last order looked like they had been sitting in a snow bank all winter long: very rusty. Their disorganized and stuff was always missing from orders. To be fair, they can have really good sales from time to time. Personally, I would rather pay extra and go with a different supplier.

I can only surmise that these other reviews must be paid/fake. My experience has been horrible. It's been seven days since I placed my order and they haven't even pulled it off the shelf yet. Every attempt to contact them has failed, except calling their accounting department, which achieved absolutely nothing. Do not expect to receive any goods if you send them an order. But you will be amazed at how quickly they'll process your transaction to get the cash from your credit card. AS MY WARNING TO OTHERS - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I've learned a lesson. If a site looks sketchy, don't give them the benefit of the doubt. At least I can file a charge back with my credit card.

I've ordered 6 times in just under the last year and have generally been quite happy with each order up until the last one just a few days ago. Items are usually as described, accurate to pictures and clean with no surprises, ship quickly and packed very well. There were some subtle issues with the network switch I had ordered that lead to a larger issue. Customer support was excellent, they replied to me within 1 business day had the issue resolved the same day, far less stressful than dealing with sketchy Ebay sellers. Another happy customer

Have purchased close to 300 items now from their website. Like any refurbished and recycled products you have to pay attention to their comments and notes plus they take good pictures to note any imperfections etc. You always know what you are getting and if anything goes astray, they always make it right. Passed through Calgary in the fall and had to stop by just to see where all my stuff comes from... quite the setup they have!

I have been purchasing from ERA for several years from Ebay and now the new store. There always changing inventory is great to look through. There is always great deals to find. I am from out of town so have used both the pickup and shipping and have never had an issue. I highly recommend dealing with ERA. Items are always as advertised and if there is an issue they deal with it right away. Make them an offer on everything.

Would urge caution if ordering for delivery... there's no face-to-face or recipient verification or even notification of delivery. Just a cardboard package on the front step with Calgary Computer Wholesale listed as the sender address on the shipping label. Wrapped inconspicuously, but that's just making it a nice gift-wrapped present for the porch pirates.

I've ordered from retail.era.ca three times now, and every time it was beyond what I was expecting. Everything always arrived just as expected, packaged securely, and right on time. When I ordered a tablet with overnight shipping, it was in Vancouver right on time! I keep looking back pretty much everyday to see what is up for sale.

Laptop was in better condition than the listing said. Up to date software including a recent bios release. More care than I've seen from other refurbished sellers! The pickup was ready right after I ordered it. I hope the location opens for in person browsing at some point because there's so much cool stuff on the website.

it's rare to find a company willing to negotiate prices in Canada. the quality is top notch. they are also very honest about the condition of the item and that factors into the price. if you want a refund for whatever reason it's issued promptly (my experience over 2 years). I have 100% confidence in the company.

I have been dealing with ERA for years - always a great company! Excellent with post-sales issues as well... As I type this, I am using a keyboard and monitor sourced from them, but that just scratches the surface of all the stuff I have bought!

They list stuff on marketplace, then they are just to lazy to delete their items once they are sold. Went to their warehouse but you can't go in?? Why advertise your warehouse with the address if you can't go in? Not really impressed!
