Got pounced on yesterday, girl racing at me with her spray sanitizer so trigger happy she sprayed my clothes and legs as she approached. Told her I was allergic to their sanitizer and was literally putting on my own in front of her, when she sprayed hers AT me. Kid you not, this one's must play video games of something firing at will. She continued her rant I HAD to use theirs, so I told her off for spraying me without permission, including my clothes, and left. Will never go back. Seems quite a few stores in this mall have the same person training these young girls. You don't attack people or spray their clothes or them before asking, ever.

My wife went to Rick's this afternoon, for the 3/$15.00 sale. After picking half dozen shirts/blouses she took them to the cash and the cashier said, sorry these are not the ones, these are 30% off, not $5.00 each. My wife then said these came from the 3/$15.00 rack, to which the older sales clerk said and pointed to the rack, stating 3/$15.00 and another sign next to it stating 30% off. This is very deceiving, it's like they have set out to deceive people. Will not go back there. This was at kings crossing, kingston. They won't let me post pictures here.

I am always welcomed by name when I enter the store. Anna Leigh and Heather are definite assets to the store - they know their fashions and they always acknowledge myself and my daughter as frequent shoppers. They are friendly and very helpful (setting up my fashion choices in a fitting room as I continue to shop and getting me another size if needed while I am in the fitting room). The promotions are explained soon after I arrive at the store. Excellent service, exceptional associates, always neat and clean

Received fantastic great service from Anolyn and Heather, who isthe Manager at Ricki's at Kings Crossing. They both have gone out of the way, to ensure great customer satisfaction and I appreciate their expertise and advice. Heather also ensured my item that I was looking for was found and helped to order it. thank you. All the staff at Ricki's are wonderful professional and offer great advice at both stores in Kingston and Love shopping at both locations in Kingston Ontario.

The five starts are more for the quality of service in this particular location than for the quality of their clothes. Actually, one can choose a decent pair of pants here, but the tops are all made of polyester derivatives and artificially made materials. The shop attendant I got couple times I stopped by in the evening, an hour or so before closing - is super friendly and helpful!

Had such an amazing experience at this Rickis! Went in not even planning on buying anything and left with some cute new tops. Thank you so much to Rachel for your outstanding customer service! I probably wouldn't have bought anything, but Rachel was so helpful in explaining the cut and style of her tops, I couldn't help but try on! Would definitely recommend shopping here

Fabulous store to shop in. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Nothing is a problem to the associates. Don't have your size they will find who has your size and get it for you. The store is very well presented and the change rooms clean and free of clothes from other people trying. I can highly recommend this store, you will not be disappointed.

I hate shopping in person and pushy sales people. Lately however I ship to store and end up.having to go back because all of your new clothing does not fit like the rickis clothing ive been loyal to for a decade. I love going into Kings Crossing Rickis such a delightful group of ladies but your clothing has really taken a dive.

Heather absolutely made my day ... had never been in the store before and went in on chance that their sizes were large enought. Heather was very pleasant to deal with, efficient and professionial. She helped me find that I didn't need the larger sizes I thought I did. What a great experience ... I will be going back.

Was greeted and the promotions were explained. Sales associate was extremely courteous and assisted me with organizing a change room (which made it easier to shop) and taking care of my purchases. Highly appreciated the help and recommended this location to work friends!! Thanks again!

I have purchased Ricki’s clothes for many years. They are always of good quality and tue ti size. However I was looking for a pair of black dress pants for my granddaughter for work. That is something that should be available all year long.

The woman working, I believe her name is Destinee, was friendly and super helpful. Because of her, I will definitely shop at this location more often and refer every one I know there too.

Everytime I go to this specific Ricky's the store is always in good order and the staff are always very helpful. Selections are always a plenty. Nothing bad to report. Love it!
