Staff are extremely rude, customer service training is strongly recommended for the future. Had to take pants back for the second time as they completely ripped down the leg and was snarly told not to put my foot through the hole. Then I exchanged the pants and got a necklace and a shirt. The necklace broke right after I took it out of the package and when I brought it back I was treated as if it was my fault. Once I finally got home I realized that they never took the security tag off the shirt so now I get to treck back. Not exited for the rude comments I will receive. An apology for all of these inconveniences would be nice, its not my fault the quality poor.

I stopped into the Kingston store on my way home and it was a very nice store. As I was brousing around a girl by the name of Brittany asked if she could help me find anything. I said I was just looking around but then found a pair of jeans I really liked and asked if I could try them on and Brittany showed me to the dressing room and said if you need different sizing just ask I'll hang around within ear shot. Well I ended up buying the jeans. She was very polite and not pushy like alot of sales ppl. I will definitely go back to buy from the Kingston store again.. . Very nice girls work there.

It was very overpriced for fabrics that were less than desirable. Upon entering, not one floor rep approached us. That is until I made my way to the top floor. That's where all the sales were that boasted an additional %40 % off lowest ticketed price, but the prices for a sun dress were $200. So it wasn't really worth it, forget about the atrocious designs and print choices. I now know I'm needed in the young adult fashion world. Dear Jesus. Lol.

Urban Outfitters is expensive but has a good selection of clothing, home decor, accessories, beauty and journals. I personally like the sale section since it is quite large and well organized. The staff are always helpful and friendly but not too pushy. I usually make a stop in while shopping downtown. The change rooms are clean and there’s always a staff member there to help you find another size if needed.

It's a poorly layed out store, with no coherent organization, lots of drug related products, and no good deals on clothing ($74.99 for items on clearance isn't okay imho) There is two levels to the store, with a wide set of stairs in the middle. Men's clothing selection is slim, and is located upstairs Not my cup of tea, and would rather go to another Outfitters that isn't downtown Kingston

I came in after a really hot shift in the kitchen and just wanted to buy a fresh T-shirt so I wasn't dying walking down princess. Nobody in the store asked me if I needed help and all the T-shirts I could find were $60+ and not even in my size. This company is dreaming. I got one from The Toucan instead for like $20 and a smile and a beer.

Urban Outfitters is a cross between cute, forward fashion , and athletic new new. Itsy bitsy is big here so don't expect many styles on XL. Be sure to bring your wallet, new items can be pricy. If your looking for deals head up stairs for discounts, mens fashions and homewares. Fun clothing, shoes, accessories, underwear and records.

We were visiting Kingston and stopped in. The dressing rooms were not available until 1pm. The sales clerk, Mia, was nice to hold the item until then. When we came back for 1pm, the male clerk said the rooms were closed and had to wait again! I told him we were told they would be opened at 1pm. He seemed annoyed and rude.

Diverse styles always in the newest trends and fashions, with a constant [well priced] sale section upstairs that doesn’t disappoint. Rest of regular priced clothing in store/accessory items, such as bedding and some furniture, add great variety to the store’s repertoire, but are also quite pricey in the end.

The staff is quite friendly and perky, and they have pretty good prices on face masks and such. Clothes are a bit out there and their books upstairs are quite odd but it adds a bit of quirk to the place. Nice building layout and overall a good shopping atmosphere for everyone.

I love this urban outfitters because it’s quiet in the daytime and well organized. Things are where they’re supposed to be and it’s easy to navigate. Also has a very large sale section. I imagine it might be much busier during the school year when the students are back.

Ok/Decent staff, cute/stylish decently priced finds upstairs, with good quality. Downstairs not so much. A lot of the inhouse clothes downstairs are very overpriced and are of poor quality/flimsy. Love the record selection and the cute appliances.

Liked shopping here lots of good quality clothing at affordable prices and staff was quick to ask if I needed any help very friendly service I would definitely recommend anyone go checkout what they have on the rack you won't be disappointed

Great selection on new Vinyl Records. Yes I said it. Urban Outfitters does sell Vinyl Records and they have a spot that they put some on sale too. I have not been into a record store in Kingston that can say that they have sales on records.

Urban Outfitters always has something you'll like they have lots of different clothing options and the store is huge compared to most of the other downtown shops I would definitely recommend checking this place out if your in the area

Very nice store with an always updating selection of clothes. Great place to find mainstream artists and old movie soundtrack vinyls. The designer clothes are ofc a bit pricey cause of their canadian pricing but still not too bad.

i was in yesterday and the girl working the cash (i think her name was darli i couldn’t get a good look at her name tag) was the sweetest!! definitely made my experience 10x better and every employee should be as awesome as her

Fantastic staff. Four separate staff members were very helpful when I asked to order something they didn’t have in stock in store, and were beyond considerate and speedy when I suddenly realized I was running late for work.

Store rarely has stock of a wide range of sizes for both Men and Women. Going in on most days you will mostly see S/XS for women and L/XL for men. There are women bigger than S and men smaller than L.

Wish there was more of a mens section. The store layout is great, really great atmosphere, it's just unfortunate when you go upstairs and the men get a corner with some hats and some T-shirts.

As typical of Urban Outfitter, prices are quite steep. There is an extensive sale section upstairs so I definetly recomend checking that out. Large store with a lot of selection

The store's okay.. limited inventory. But the staff is real nice and ready to help. My Crossby record player's needle was replaced by th store manager free of charge on hand :)

Best UO I have seen, better then Ottawa's or Montreal's!!! Staff is nice and polite, they did jokes too, I felt welcomed, even if I am a guy and I bought makeup accessories.

The products are not of high quality, but the service and deliveries are horrible. Nice to hang out in their stores but it's not enough for such a company.

Typical UO if you've been to one before. The sales people were pleasant and helpful and my daughter was able to find the T-shirt she was looking for.

Not as great as it use to be selections of mens items are lacking lately and proces have gone way up .. will only go when their is a sale on now.
