I won't go to RIVER CITY CAR WASH after TODAY. OWNER AND ATTENDANT do not listen to custmer concern if you have any. Today (7 FEB 2021) I spoke with attendent about wand wash not starting right after I put money in there. His response were I just work here I don't know anything. Then I spoke with owner about same issue he didn't want to listen and told me you are the only one complaint. Then I ask him if that so install cameras here and he pointing out toward cameras they are already installed. Next I ask him to watch the camera for the problem i was mentioning him about. He told me NO he won't look at the camera and start yelling at me very very very very loud. After that I raise my voice. That's how he run his business. I called 911 to resolve the issue once police showed up he totally change his tone and when ask to look at the camera his response they donot record something. ⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔PLEASE STOP USING THIS CAR WASH LOCATED AT 320 OSBORNE STREET ⛔⛔⛔⛔

1 token is 1m 36s. 5 tokens should be 8minutes. I set a 8 minute timer on my watch. Put 1st token then started the timer and put all the rest of my tokens (total of 5). Car wash stopped at 1:36 on my timer. Explained to the worker and oh boy he’s mad and saying that he doesn’t recommend putting all the token at once and people think they lose time because the car wash machine were you put the tokens or coins do not have timer itself. I explained to him that I set a timer on my watch and he was insisting that it’s my problem I put all the tokens at once. I was not even complaining and just telling him what happened but his reaction and the tone of voice of the worker was inappropriate. He was saying that I was the first person who complained about it. Maybe I was the first person who timed it. He did not get my point. Not a worth it arguement for me. Again, I was even complaining when I approach the guy and just wanted to tell him what happened.

Always something broken ie: the vacuum. Today there was no water pressure and the water was ice cold. I complained and the attendant/manager moved me to a different stall. The water pressure was fine but the temperature was still ice cold. I asked for the 3 tokens back, that I wasted on the faulty hose and he only gave me 1 back. My vehicle is white and without warm water, it never looks clean. Don't waste your money! Go to a car wash where everything works and the water is warm or hot. This car wash is going downhill and the equipment is constantly breaking and the water is always cold. Presumably to save money? Save YOURS!!! GO ELSEWHERE!

It used to be nice to do carwash here but now its pricey and the time its much faster now than before, it used to be only a dollar to start but now its 2 dollars it says double time but its not before i used 2 dollars i almost finish washing my whole car now it only takes half of it and i only have a small SUv, not all the services are working and the male staff is so rude, he was shouting at me and telling me if im finish bec there are cars coming i politely said ok but he still mad and shouts at me, it saddens me that i used to like this establishment but now im done with it even if its close to my place.

Worst experience ever with a car wash, literally they have so much outdated machines there , in winter if you are trying to get your car cleaned with high pressure wash and high pressure vaccine I wound go here at all and the manager literally told me to go away very rudely like I am an animal even though I was being very nice and since I changed my dollars to their coins Ans I told him your machines don’t work and I need a refund and man literally treated me like that , there is so much other car washes with better service and upgrades machines for cheaper cost than this whack place.

Hey I’m we are newcomers from Ukraine it was our second car wash in Canada First we use car wash on petroleum Canada for 18$ than we go to this place for first time in self service car was in Vanda we send 14$ and it’s just because it’s was our first time on the second time I guess will be enough around 8$ for perfectly washed car Place is great, water pressure was great, working hours is great Just a vacuum machine is bad but that’s ok next time we will ask car wash service team where in with box vacuum is good So far we like it so much Highly Recommended Cheers

I have been washing my cars here for many years. I really like this service, it is very convenient! But yesterday, I washed the car and one of the posts did not give foam. This happens and this is not a problem. But the employee did not want to admit it and was extremely unfriendly. I see from this employee several times the unfriendliness and rudeness. Unfortunately, I will no longer be their client and cannot recommend them.

Went there ten minutes before closing. Attendant let me in and I parked. As I went to put coins in to wash my car, attendant yelled vigorously "10 minutes to closing! 10 minutes! You can't finish in 10 minutes!" He proceeded to harass me telling me that I needed to hurry up. In the end I left halfway through and won’t be back. If they are open and let people in, they should let you wash your car. Very poor customer service.

Washed my truck in May 2022 the worker there blamed me for moving his garbage can which I didn't, he was very rude and came at me like a wild animal, I often see him fighting with others like me at the car wash, this guy if very unfriendly and shouldn't be around people for safety reasons, my friend told me he turned off there water because he wasn't wearing his mask properly, I'll never go there again I promise.

The attendant (Old guy) was very rude!!! He told me to to dry outside and said there's a long lineup but there was no lineup at all (not even a car in queue at all)... and even there were spot that he closed out so he does not need to clean them. Then when I asked him where is the lineup he shouted at me "GET OUT" but I was not even drying my car. This old guy is really rude and should not be working anymore.

Never going back. Drove into one of the bays and tarted the soap cycle. After the first 30 seconds I noticed there was very little soap. Brought to the Philippino gentlemen in the office and he said to used the foam brush. I asked why there was no soap when we switch to soap. No answer. The other location where I use to hand wash was much better. Don't waste your money.

Very bad experience, old guy is rude. He started shouting on me to go out even half an hour left to close. Humbly i told him i am almost done and i am going, but he was keep shouting. There was 4 bay empty but he wouldn't let you use 3 bay because he just cleaned 2 of them and going to clean 3rd one and you can only use further back bay and he will tell you with anger same problem with this young guy each time he's there but peoples doesn't have choice because there is no other manual car wash near by

My favorite carwash in the city. Great location on busy Osborne street. Across from McDonald's and Co-op. They have a change machine and staff on duty. The bays are always clean. RUDE! I actually prefer to drive across town than to use this car wash. If you like being yelled at or paying over 10 $ to manually wash your truck this is the place for YOU! Otherwise, there are cheaper hand-wash places if you don't mind a little drive.

It’s a great location on Osborne for the Coin wash; usually, the facility is clean and nice. Water pressure and temperature are good. But most of their vacuum machines are broken and The owner/attendant is best known for his service.

Nice, clean and tidy. Nozzles on the spray guns work perfect only grip i have is i own a truck and the stalls are very narrow for a truck so your constantly tucking in the spray gun to get around when your washing your truck

Place slaps. Clean and easy do it yourself car wash. Bring some loonies and toonies or break down a bill when you get there. Favourite place to wash up in the city. Nice hot water and good amount of soap on the brush.

Went here today. Undercarriage of our car was damaged entering the building as the ashphalt doesn't meet the cement which has sunken a fair amount. Attendant on site not helpful. Owner please at least put a sign up!!!

Good Clean car wash! I needed change for carwash but instead of change I got carwash coins instead from them. Which I can only use at this car wash . Smart business but Not customer friendly.

Great little place, do it yourself, so can only blame yourself. Coin operated so you can do a quick rinse on your car for a dollar. In and out, especially later in the evening.

Well maintained, clean bays. The cycles seem ro be a little longer than other car washes I have been to. I usually spend about $8.00 to thoroughly wash and rinse my truck.

Very good wand wash and the auto wash is pretty good too except when exiting the auto wash the exit door drips water all over your nice clean dry vehicle.........
