Extremely impressed with the facilities and staff, very friendly and helpful. Trialled it today and have signed up for the month we enjoyed it so much. Would highly recommend as a professional and dedicated place to learn MMA.

My daughter has started doing MMA here, one monthly price and she can go to any of the classes available for kids on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. She is absolutely loving it.

20 quid for a massive platter of food, be nice if they asked you what salad you wanted to reduce waste, also limited options but overall well worth it

Great coaches and great place to train. Always look forward to going to the gym. The MMA class and Boxing class are my favourite.
