Wedding day phenomenal flawless service. We recently married at Fairlawns Hotel in Aldridge and employed Roses florist to help us make the day and the venue as beautiful as it could be. Wow did they (she, Becky) deliver. Everything was magnificent and inspiring with the way she listened to our wishes and granted them in the best floral display I've seen. The room was exceptionally well presented both for the civil ceremony and the Wedding Breakfast, actually better than I could have ever hoped for and even the staff at the hotel commented the same. The promises timings delivery and whole experience in dealing with such a true professional was first class throughout. Everything from the buttonholes the bouquets the pedestal arrangements and table centerpieces were truly exceptional and we cannot thank Roses florists enough for treating the wedding as if it were for one of their own. Don't even hesitate I can recommend this florist above all others.

No matter where in the West Midlands I need flower delivered, I will call Becky - if she doesn't deliver to the area I want, she will suggest someone who will. She will go above and beyond to help out, even when I am being difficult. On the odd occasions she's been unavailable and I've had to talk to one of her staff, they too have been helpful, courteous, friendly and professional at all times. What more could you ask for? Oh, and her floristry is exceptional - her bespoke funeral tributes are some of the best in the country.

I live in Somerset and contacted Roses Florist at very short notice to make up and deliver a wreath to an address in Great Barr the next day. I didn't know the time of the funeral or the address of the Crematorium, so Roses said they would deliver to the house before 10 am and hope that they were in time. In fact, they delivered at 9 am in plenty of time. I am told that the flowers were beautiful and the wreath looked really nice. Thank you Roses for a job well done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Honestly couldn't be more grateful for this florist. It was my mums funeral yesterday and I called yesterday morning to order some flowers and even in such short notice Becky done such an amazing job. Becky was incredible, I had an idea visually of what I'd like and with limited knowledge on my part.Becky then liased with me throughout as I couldn't attend her shop in person.She then put together the most beautiful in fact stunning arrangement for my Mum even sourcing white freesias which were Mum's favourite. I live in Kent and ordered the 'Tantalizing bouquet' in medium online for a friend in Birmingham.
