I popped in recently to try to get a bunch of flowers (having emailed a few days earlier to enquire and was told to pop into the shop). On arrival at the shop there wasn’t much on display which was disappointing, and the lady at the front desk was unable to give me any prices or let me know what was available to purchase on the day. Another lady appeared who was a little more knowledgeable on prices but was actually quite rude when telling me she couldn’t possibly spare any flowers whatsoever. There seems to be a lack of customer service skills at this shop and if you can’t pop in to buy flowers what’s the point in having a shop in the first place?? Anyway I went to wylde green florist instead who had an amazing display of flowers and were happy to help me (and were a lot cheaper). Edit following reply from wildwood: yes I did contact you via messenger and was told to contact the shop. As I was driving by I thought I’d pop in to discuss my requirements. My issue isn’t with the fact you didn’t have any flowers to spare, my issue is how rude the member of staff was when telling me so. I understand you’d had a last minute request for a funeral but there wasn’t any need for the rudeness. Customer service goes a long way and I have to say I will more than likely use another florist in the future.

Rachel and her Team provided the flowers for my late Father's funeral. They were incredibly helpful from the start, taking time to speak with me to understand exactly what we were after, and with a very loose brief and a new tribute that they had not done before. They took all of the worry out of my hands and handled everything, assuring me they would be beautiful - and they were. On the day of his funeral we were completely overwhelmed with how perfect the flowers were, exactly what we had hope for - bright, colourful, happy and beautiful. The guitar tribute was outstanding, featuring an actual guitar. We honestly couldn't have been happier with the result, so thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for giving us one less thing to worry about, and for making Dad look so beautiful on his last day. Thank you to all the team at Wildwood Florist. Needed to get some flowers delivered to my sister as a late birthday present. Oops! Came in late Tuesday, didn't have a clue what to choose, left it to the team's expertise. My sis today got the flowers she was well pleased! A special mention to the assistant on the counter who was in training. Well done to her, her customer service skills were great and she took my details correctly and politely. Thanks once again guys. Would happily recommend to family and friends, plus now know where to go to get the wife some nice flowers!

We used Wildwood for our Wedding Flowers - they made my cry as soon as they arrived! They were so stunning, bright, healthy and fragrant. The bridesmaid bouquets lasted almost 3 weeks in water too! Rachel Buckingham is an absolute angel, and produces the most amazing displays. Highly recommend! My mother in law uses them all the time, I have just also had my birthday, and the flowers are gorgeous, and will last for ages!

Flowers look very different to the picture. They came in a bag and not a vase as advertised. The most important detail was the time of delivery. I confirmed this online, on the phone and then in person the day before valentines day. I was assured they would arrive after a certain time when the recipient would be there. They may have arrived too early. Still gets 4 stars since the wife loved the flowers.

What an amazing team of people. Not only are the flowers beautiful and obviously have such care and attention put into the arrangements but they also go out of their way to ensure residents in their homes are safe. My elderly grandparent had accidentally left her front door open and Leonie took the time out of her day to let me know and raise a concern for her welfare. Thank you so much again

I've ordered birthday and Mother's Day flowers from Wildwood for a few years. I live overseas, and it's a bit of a risk ordering flowers from afar. Wildwood have always impressed. Their flowers are beautifully fresh, their arrangements are creative and gorgeous, and their delivery and notification is seamless. When I order from them, I trust them to do a wonderful job, and they never disappoint.

Wildwood florists are amazing. Called at 9 o’clock this morning delivered 1:55. As the roses were not in stock they had to acquire them and they are beautiful. Always a pleasure to do business with them, so helpful and accommodating and they go over and beyond. It’s not the first time I’ve done business with them and they always excel themselves. Can’t speak highly enough.

I would personally recommend wildwood florist, the staff were very helpful and polite. I asked them for a guitar shaped wreath for my fathers funeral and we couldn’t have been any happier with the outcome, it was perfect and everyone commented on how nice it was. It was made on time and delivered on time without any fuss. I would definitely use Wildwood florist again.

Had a last minute panic with the Mothers Day flowers, where daughter in Australia has emailed them with delivery instructions - but they hadn't received it! Rachel was brilliant when I explained the problem and was happy to organise the bouquet and trust me to sort out payment later. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. And Yes, I have since paid ;-)

Recently ordered flowers for my Mum's funeral, we always knew she only wanted white and for them to cover the coffin. We described what we were looking for and took inspiration from an arrangement in the shop. The end result was fabulous, as were the 2 displays we ordered for the service. I ordered flowers for my father-in-law funeral they were absolutely beautiful, the funeral was mid April there was a frost over night and when we went the next day the flowers I sent were still beautiful and fresh were as the other arrangements were all wilted and the white flowers had all yellowed.

Wildwood florists handled the sensitive subject of funeral wreaths sensitively and patiently. They were extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Follow up phone calls and emails ensured that I was confident that the arrangement would be just right. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Was let down by a major competitor company. However the following day I decided to use a local company for same day delivery. Fantastic quality flowers arrived to one very happy lady who said these were amazing flowers. Lesson learnt in future. Can’t recommend highly enough

Whatever the reason, Wildwood have always been spot on 100% of the time when dealing with my requests(even on Monday mornings!). The flowers and presentation are better than any other provider in Sutton Coldfield. Would strongly recommend using them for any occasion!
