Bought a few Dahlia plants in pots. They were looking good and in colorful flowers when bought. I was told to keep deadheading which I did promptly. But newly coming flowers are neither as big as those of the flowers that were on the plant when bought nor the same bright colours. Purples are looking light pink and oranges are looking completely faded. This is not my first experience with dahlias, so I know how to care for them; I am an avid gardener. Looks like these were force fed and probably given chemicals for stunning displays while in the shop, which wore off and the plants have gone back to original inferior quality. I knew I shouldnt have bought fully flowering plants. I wanted to try it once. I did buy dahlias from garden centres before which gave consistently stunning displays throughout summer. While buying I asked the lady if I could lift the tubers up and save them after summer, for planting next summer. But it didn't look like she has any clue about that. At least she said she will find out by the time I go next time. My review is for the plants, I feel deceived to have bought plants which were not naturally grown and displaying artificial stunning colours. I am just pleased that the plants are still alive ; hence 1 star. I will go back to my theory of not buying plants from other than nurseries.

Initially went here as a child and I only had £5 left to buy some sort of flower and I remember quite rudely being told I wouldn't be able to buy a thing for that. Since then I refused to ever go back however an emergency funeral came up and I had nowhere else to get my flowers from locally so I came here. So many years later, I went in on the day of the funeral to see if I could quickly get some readymade flowers and I was laughed at at how short notice I left it - for a funeral aswell!! Never ever will I be going back here again nor will I be recommending others. I have recently gone to Blooms across the road and got much better service and they too had heard many stories from customers who have got rude service from this place. How disappointed, as customer service is paramount.

Very happy - Thank you! I ordered a 'Florists choice bouquet' online for delivery to a friend who is recovering from an operation. The selection on the website was great, it was easy to navigate and decide what I would like to order with a selection of prices and bouquets to suit all budgets. The bouquet I ordered was delivered to the recipient the very next day and she was thrilled! I was sent a photo of what I'd ordered and I was very impressed with the overall appearance of the bouquet in the Autumn colours which I'd requested. I don't live in Birmingham myself but should I need to order flowers for anyone else again in the local area, I will not hesitate to use Sarah's Rose Garden Florist. I also highly recommend them to anyone else.

I will never use any other florist.big have been using Sarah for over 10 years now she has done the flowers for my grandmothers and grandfathers funerals and all mothers days and birthdays and special occasions. No ask is too big..and she will work with you,too get you exactly what you desire. Not only are the flowers too a high standard but her customer skills and care is beautiful too and that goes for her entire team. Even when gran and grandad were with us and living in bewdley they still only used Sarah as when you find perfection it doesn't matter how far you move you stick with that business. I will never use anyone else and neither will my family and friends. X

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! If I could rate them zero, I would. Not since the ancient Egyptians invented the 24hr day calendar has 'morning' meant 1pm. I specifically requested a morning delivery for £90 Mother's Day flowers, and when I called Sarah up at noon to chase up, she advised me that their morning goes up to 1pm, and that it'd probably be 2pm before they bothered showing up. When I complained that would clash with our lunch plans, she said she'd refund me, told me to get my own flowers from Waitrose, and called me 'a ***ker'. You have been warned...

Sadly I have lost 3 family members in the last 6 months so needed funeral flowers for each one. Each arrangement was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I asked for, especially the pillow and heart. In fact, the florist went out of her way to add her own extra touches. The first arrangement was requested with just 2 days notice but it arrived on time as requested. The third one I ordered on line and it was even better than the one shown on the website. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this florist to everyone.

I am originally from Halesowen, but have been living in Australia for nearly 2 years now. Amazing. I LOVE this florist. Such a beautiful shop and my family use it every time! I recently had surgery and I was lucky enough to receive not 1bouquet but 3 in one week from Sarah’s from different friends. How beautiful were they. They lasted ages and the smell was lovely. Had 2 different people deliver them and they were very polite and friendly. We also used Sarah for my sons wedding . Again absolutely stunning. Wow what a florist! I often purchase flowers for my girlfriend and having moved to Birmingham a year ago have tried a few places but haven't been fully satisfied with the price/quality ratio or any of the shops I have tried. This all changed today when I visited Sarah's shop. I chose out some wonderful pink roses and Lillies for a hand tie and my partner couldn't be happier! Absolutely lovely Florist ! I rang this morning to ask about flowers for funeral..as I am attending church service at midday. Lovely lady on the phone advised me about colours, sizes of traditional wreaths etc etc..I asked for delivery and they deliver it just on time, even earlier. Had a beautiful display of flowers for my wedding anniversary with a personalised ribbon and even a large candle as the centre piece. Sarah's Rose garden done my flowers for my wedding on Saturday 27th July 2019. I had a tear drop bouquet it was beautiful. My bridesmaids flowers was lovely. My button holes was really nice to. Been using Sarah’s rose garden for years and she never fails to disappoint, my partner now uses them to purchase flowers for me, for my birthday on Monday i had the most beautiful red roses and they are still going strong almost a week later (he purchased them on Saturday) she never fails to please!! Also an amazing choice of candles too in that little shop of hers!

I’ve been buying flowers from Sarah for years. Her flowers never disappoint, they are very reasonably priced compared to other florists and they last long. There are other nice things in the shop such as candles, cards and such. Highly recommended!

My Mom recieved a beautiful bouquet from this florist as a gift from Blue Watch at Ladywood Fire Station. Was given to her on Christmas eve and the arrangement lasted over 3 weeks. I would definitely reccomend and will seek out this florist myself.
