I hate reviewing places but I felt like I needed to address this. I’ve been going to this Ross since I can remember, and I’ve never had a negative experience. however today a black female employee who was wearing glasses and a white T shirt was really rude to both me and the customer in front of me. She looked very annoyed, had an attitude, and prioritized speaking to her co-worker rather that serving the lady at her register. The customer wanted to purchase an item that didn’t seem to have a tag on it, and she made snarky remarks and made the customer feel bad about picking that out. Then I was next in line when she was done with the customer. As I was going to walk to her she told me to stay in my place, and she told the customer behind to me that she’d be helping them. I asked her very politely why she wasn’t serving me since I was next in line, and she told me to wait until the other register was open. It was unbelievable behavior, her eye rolls and unfriendliness were the cherry on top. Once the lady on the other register was done with her customer, she served me and was very sweet. I think you guys need to evaluate your younger/newer staff…coming from a young teenager myself.

I absolutely love Ross. I have found wonderful clothes here and their prices are awesome. I would compare them to Burlington and TJ Max. My son does not like to wear jeans. He loves joggers and wanted them for his freshman year in school. We were able to find multiple designs for him at a great price point. He is so happy. The staff is helpful. I would warn that if you see something you like, get it then. You may not find it again later. And returns are easy. Because designers are different, I grab my son some joggers in his size when I see new designs. When I take them home they may fit differently due to that designer. So I return them with no issues. And I end up spending more on that visit too. Lol. I do feel that different store locations have different offerings; but all great products.

I usually enjoy my trips to Ross but this evenings trip was surreal. I stood at the checkout as the clerk and security guard yucked it up as though I wasn't there. The clerk rang up my items never looking at me but laughing with security. I asked if I was going to get a greeting or was she going to take my money without a hello. The Clerk "Ronesha" said it's you choice to shop here. You don't have to. The guard disappeared and the manager never said a word until I asked her what her role was in the store. I will be calling the corporate office Monday. Either they need more training or another occupation. This world is going to hell in a handbasket.

My experience at this store wasn't that great. Due to the fact that some of the night cashier are kinda snappy and moody. There's only one woman that come to mind when I say this don't have her name but usually when I go in there she always a lil snappy and rude and she just throws your stuff in the bag doesn't really care how it's in there. She really needs some training in customer service and attitude adjustment classes cause she is very rude. Other than that you can usually find your size in this store if you a big guy like me it's rare to find anything above 3x in there

This is a terrible place to work for. The manager is very rude she talk to you with so much disrespect. She never really told me the rules of the store so I was very confused about the rules there. I told her my availability and she still felt like she wanted to schedule me when she wanted to. There was also a supervisor. She was very rude and snappy all the time when I tried to ask her questions about certain things because I was still training she would answer in such a bad attitude. worst supervisor I’ve ever worked with.

Love Ross. I think everything is a good quality except perhaps some of the children's clothes especially little girls dresses like four to six sacks they are terrible material. I really have fun looking at the turnover. There's lots to look at. I live near the Blue Springs store and go every senior citizen day. But, I do notice the one by Trader Joe's and some of the other better areas have a lot nicer stuff.

I love Ross but hadn’t been to this location before. The store was very clean and well organized. They had a different variety of items. Was interesting that they didn’t have ethnic hair care products like the other locations that I had been to. I notice things like that. Otherwise, everything was good at this visit. Definitely will stop by this location again.

Came in and bought close to 8-9 shirts, and the cashier Bonita waited til we were next up and asked us to remove all the hangars for her, then proceeded to allow 2 other people to go ahead of us in line. Sorry but why am I doing her job for her just to allow others in front of me. Can I at least get a discount the next time lol

We stopped in and checked this new store out yesterday and really enjoyed all of the fun finds. Everything was neatly organized and the staff seemed very pleasant. I had never shopped in a Ross dress shop before, and was especially pleased with the pricing on namebrand items. This is a great addition to the Ward Parkway Mall.

The clerk was the sweetest person I ever had at Ross, the only thing I didn't like is that I had two young women probably in their twenties come up to me and asked me some church information then they handed me one of their papers, I should have said something to them, but they were harmless …

Interesting selection of varied styles of clothing for both children and adults. Good prices, and both casual and dressy clothes available. Shoes, housewares, lamps, bedding, pillows, and pet supplies were also available when I visited last! You never know what bargain you might find at Ross!

I used to love shopping and browsing at Ross but for the past year they seem to be running short on carrying stock. I tend to rely on TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Burlington when there are things I need. I still walk through Ross when I have the time, but I'm usually disappointed.

The store was well organized and had a good variety of the items I was looking for. The bathrooms and fitting room were closed so they had temporary fitting rooms up front. I was there about two hours and only saw two employees. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Given the wide variety of merchandise they offer for the price point, you can't really beat it. However, if you're searching for men's shoes, you'd best get there early and check back with them frequently. The section is small and the selection is even smaller.

It always seems bare but it's truly not. If you're willing to actually search for what you need...then you will more than likely find it. I love what I always find. I am able to get a lot of my jeans and regular t shirts here. I have found

Well plus size girls if you get there when the delivery is fresh you can get some beautiful name brand dresses and jeans on sale at Ross 24/7 but get there when they stock up cuz Us big girls know that store go.

I like Ross. Thier prices are slightly lower than TJMaxx. You just need to check them all out some carry a better selection in plus sizes. Thier check out lanes are not to accomidating in some of the stores.

Although it was a pleasant experience, I still have a bitter taste in my mouth from my visit to Ross 7 months ago. This was my first trip back so we'll see how thing go when I return a couple items.

They have a nice selection and good prices but there is not nearly enough help. At 1:30 in the afternoon the line for the cashier was 6 deep and nobody seemed to think that was an issue

This place is a joke. The organization is non-existent. Stuff was just all over the place. Very difficult to shop when you have to climb over mountains of inventory piled on the floors.

Every time that I visit this location, it seems poorly stocked compared to the other locations in the city. I usually find cool earrings at Ross stores, but never at this one.

Lots of variety at affordable, if not bargain prices. However, all I wanted were super warm, comfortable men's slippers; all they had for men were mukluks or old man slippers.

It's a very good store to shop because of the low prices but they do need more workers because the lines are outrageous long. With only 2 people working at a time.
