Worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location! I have never felt inclined to write a negative review, however, Maria and Priscilla who claimed to be managers at the store we’re completely unwilling to service a customer outside their doors when requesting to purchase a gift card. They demanded that I put a mask on for 30 seconds to come inside to purchase the card. I refused to wear a mask, as I have personal/medical reasoning behind wearing a mask. It does not have to be disclosed why one cannot wear a mask, discrimination for not wearing a mask does not validate the scene and refusal for service. There were 5 workers all standing there, not helping other customers and not one was willing to help. I have purchased at the door recently due to the respect that they ask to have mask usage in their store and tangible gift cards are not part of an online order and must be purchased in the store. A corporate complaint was also followed up with the incident. Discrimination is not tolerated and I surely hope Sephora holds higher standards than what their employees choose to act on.

Customer service is worse than Walmart. Went in, heard someone greet me (barely heard them and couldn't see who) walked around for 30+ minutes. Was not busy, maybe 3 other customers there. Lots of people working and no one offered to help. Everytime I saw an employee they would run off and act like they were doing something else or just walk around. It's like they avoided participating in customer service like they plague. Cashier is the same one I've seen a few times, acts like she hates her job and doesn't ask if I want to use my points (I forget to ask about it so it's nice when people do their job and remind me I have points to use) Overall, this store needs better training and people willing to be professional and nice. Do better.

Every time I walk in here I feel like I am not getting as much help that I am used to getting at the other locations. I had a couple questions about foundation and concealer and they Recommended a color that just by looking at it I could tell It was at least six shades too dark. They didn’t even offer to swatch or anything. It just felt so weird. I’ve been in about three times including opening day and each time I am a little disappointed with the recommendations I receive and the help I get. They seem irritated if I have a question. And I’m not normally obnoxious. Most the time I kind of know what I want when I go in there. But I am grateful that this location is so much closer to home than all the others!

I shop at Sephora frequently, but I will not go back to this location. Manager and other employees were complaining about their job to each other. The manager rushed me into making my online purchase because they didn’t have my product. This was at the same time they were checking me out at the register with other items I had. I was overwhelmed. When I asked her about my discount she was really annoyed. I ended up leaving the store and canceling my order. I went online and ordered my foundation at Dior. Very disappointed in Sephora.

Never judge a book by its cover! 5 minutes into the store the same girl came up me 3 times asking if I needed help, following me around the store as if I was going to steal something then the manager comes up to me. All within 5 minutes. Felt so uncomfortable I got mad and left. Horrible experience! Make your customers feel welcomed. The tall blonde lady took the cake! Never again lost a customer. They’re more helpful and welcoming at the Sephora at Kohl’s.

Nicest staff. Also wanted to add that they as a team seem very cohesive. In a retail environment during the holidays it is very hectic. I am a general manager of a retail store and I was watching all of them and they created a awesome environment. Not to mention I'm one of those cologne collectors so I purchase a lot from Sephora. Rouge ftw. Good stuff at this location and I will be back again. Cheers

First time at this location and Cynthia H. was absolutely amazing! She did what no other Sephora employee was able to do for years, she matched me with the CORRECT foundation shade. We spent 2 hours trying out different brands, shades, etc and she matched me with KVD good apple in shade medium 033. Ask for Cynthia H. and I promise you she will go above and beyond for you!

NICE it's a super Nice store, Banya is a great person who takes care of you with a lot of patience, and the young manager is an excellent person and very attentive, when I went they treated me wonderfully! Vanya She explained everything to me in detail, and she helped me find the best products that are good for my skin and especially what I was looking for.

This store seems smaller than others. I asked if they sold MAC brand and the sales girl told me that MAC is its own thing. I said that’s fine but that Sephora sells it online. She said they do not. Sephora.com tells me otherwise. I know these people work for commission but come on you gotta be more knowledgeable than that. To Dillards (in Summerlin) I go!

IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MIND GO HERE. IF YOU HAVE NO SELF CONTROL DON'T GO HERE. IT LITERALLY MAKES YOU WANT TO BUY EVERYTHING IN THE STORE FROM EVERY ISLE. I'M A LIP GLOSSER LOVER, SO I BOUGHT 4 AND SOME BODY BUTTER WITH THE SPRAY. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT PEOPLE.

STAY AWAY IF BLACK! I can’t even enjoy browsing and shopping alone , they radio everyone and follow me talking the entire time . Someone is with me the entire time ! So uncomfortable and overwhelming. It’s so exhausting . I will stick to ordering online unfortunately

I am so glad there is a Sephora here. I don't live in this area but it is near my job. They had the 3 items I needed and I was in and out quick. I hope this location stays because it's convenient and you don't have to go to Downtown Summerlin or the Strip mall.

Very nice and clean store. Jennica was a very good sales rep. She explained very good the difference in perfumes. Really good personality and very patient. She also explained very good about hair products I needed to know about and what was best for my hair.

Very friendly staff, nice layout, love having a location a lot closer to me. Had a much better selection than I expected for a brand new store. Employees were very engaging, friendly, more than willing to assist with color matching and helping find items.

Love that they can match your foundation with comparable brands and they can look it up when you forget (as long as you are a member)! You can get a sample and try it out!!
