Ulta Beauty - You should be ashamed. A few days ago I booked an appointment to have my hair cut on 4/1/2022 at 1500 hours at Ulta Beauty at 2186 N. Rainbow Blvd Las Vegas, NV. During my drive to Ulta at approximately 1430 hours I received a call from their unprofessional staff stating that the woman that was assigned to cut my hair was running behind and my appointment was being pushed back to 1530 hours. I informed them I was almost at Ulta and asked if someone else might be available to cut my hair instead. The woman then stated in a rude tone, "it's 2:30... and no there are only two of us here. You'll have to wait an hour then." I then informed her I would wait and she then hung up. When I finally enter Ulta at 1530 hours at the salon area I was not greeted by a single person. I then sit down and wait. A woman then approaches me and asks if I have an appointment which I inform her that it was rescheduled for 1530 hours. She then states she is cutting my hair and to follow her. I follow her to the chair and sit down. She then spends the next five minutes running around looking for a spray bottle and hair cutting equipment. I inform her what type of hair cut I want and she then begins for two minutes then disappears into the back for another five minutes. The woman then reappears and begins cutting my hair once again. After spending 15 minutes with me she tells me I'm good to go and then goes to get me the bill. I then walk to the front of the store and request a manager. The woman then informs me she is the manager. I begin by explaining to the manager that I have anxiety and that this whole situation has been very unpleasant for me. I then explain the rude behavior I received from the staff, the rude phone conversation, and that I was charged for services I had not received. I informed the manager that I had been to Ulta to get my hair cut before and I know that all hair cuts are supposed to come with a shampoo, conditioner, scalp massage, and blow dry which I recieved none of these things and that my appointment had been rushed. The manager then leaves to speak with the employee. The manager returns five minutes later with a new bill for me, she stated that she spoke with the employee and that she admitted she had not washed my hair and had rushed the service while charging me full price because she was behind and had another appointment. The manager then tells me the best she can do is give me 50 percent off my bill. My anxiety is now at an all time high and I agree to the discount, pay, and leave. After crying in my car for an hour I begin to drive home. I then pull over and call the store back requesting to speak with the manager again. At this point she offers me a full refund, but informs me I can only get the refund (even though I paid with my card) if I come back to the store. I then drive 15 minutes back to the store and when I ask for the refund I'm informed that I would need to wait in the long line in order to have it done. I then ask to speak with the manager again because this is now completely unacceptable and I feel like I'm being treated like less than a human at this point. The employees then proceed to refused to issue me the refund unless I get in the line. I then go into the line and wait. I am now absolutely furious, distraught, and having a major anxiety attack. By the time I get to the register and request the refund I feel like I'm going to pass out. After I get the refund, I immediately leave the store and go back to my car to have the mental breakdown that I could not afford to have inside the store. I will never return to Ulta Beauty. To the employees that treated me like I was nothing but a pebble in the bottom of your shoe, shame on all of you.

I usually don't write reviews but after my experience yesterday I feel like I should warn other shoppers. So yesterday I go to by shampoo and conditioner cause I ran out. I searched through the hair department and not once did anyone come check on me to see if I needed help. Which is not a big deal but whatever. I finally find what I need and realize that the conditioner is all messy with product and that there isn't another one. So I ask one of the workers if she could see if they had more in the back. She went to check and came back and said no. And considering I wasn't close to any other ulta I asked her if a manger could do something because while I really wanted the product I didn't want to pay full price for it especially condidering some of the consitioner was spilling out of it. So she left and about 5 mins had passed and this new lady comes out hands me the conditioner and says "I found one in the back." Walks away doesn't even introduce herself, ask me if I'm okay or anything. So I inspect the new bottle and I could tell it was the exact same one. She just must have cleaned off the top. Because when I opened the top it was extremely dirty and crusted also the top felt oily and smelled strongly of conditioner. At this point I was upset that I had been lied to and made a fool of like how tf was I not going to notice it was the same. And at that point it was no longer about the conditioner but rather the principle that this woman actually thought I was that stupid to buy that B.S PERIODT. I work everyday so I can splurge on myself meaning money is never an option when I go out to buy things. And it wasn't like I went in the store trying to dupe them because despite my experience, I still ended up spending my money on shampoo. Anyway. So I asked to speak to the manager who was supposedly the girl who brought the 'new one' out. I was told her name was Chrissie but she just went to lunch (all that lying must have had her famished) and 5 minutes later a different manager came over named Taryn and I explained what happened. She barely acted concerned but she then told me she would have a talk with both of them. And asked me if I wanted her to check in the back to see if they had more. And even though I already knew she wouldnt find anything I told her sure... Of course she came back and said no they didn't have anymore and that Chrissie "threw it in the trash'. But the fact that she couldnt just bring the old bottle out to clear up my concerns (because it didnt exist) proved to me everything I needed to know. Taryn ultimately didnt fix anything. And I get it she has to protect her workers. But to Chrissie, don't try to fool and lie to customers who are spending their hard earned cash. Next time just be transparent... Wiping clean a bottle top doesnt equate to finding a new product in the back somewhere. And if you were going to lie about it you should be smarter and clean the inside of the cap as well. But I've told my story and for this ULTA will not be receiving anynore of my money. I refuse to support a company who pays liars to run their business. To the other paying customers, always check your product(s) before buying or accepting something from the workers. Lying is clearly a part of their sales pitch.

I am giving this location 3 stars because I was actually asked if i needed assistance instead of the employees standing in a hurdle talking amongst each other. This is the only location that i visit since its so close to home. Everytime i walk in the door I am greeted, but I am usually never asked if i need assistant which is fine. I never go in for anything specific its usually just a treat for me day. Today was a special day i was actually approached and I was looking for something specific. Now even tho the MAC associate did assit me, She had mo interest in listening she was blowing me off. She just kept saying "unh huh" and "mmm hmm." I was ready to buy the MAC concealer but after she tried it on me She walked away I didn't even know the color and after she walked away i didn't care to ask. The entire store had a weird vibe today, hell everyday but today seemed worse. So the reason i wrote the review and did not give them 5 stars is because i usually get the sam cashier Alexia and she is hates her job poor thing. She always has an attitude. She is not welcoming at all. No smiling, always chewing on something, no eye contact, she just looks irritated all the time. My very first trip to ULTA she didn't mention anything about the rewards program and i spent $232.00! I was offered my next visit and I only spent $43, that cashier was very friendly. One of my items was a juvias place matte liquid lipstick and when i got home it looked amazing so i had to go back and grab another. So when i went to cash out I hear another empolyee ask Alexia if she was ok and she says pretty loud " no i want to quit!" The other girl looked a little uncomfortable and said she was sorry to hear that and walked away. Alexia kept that same i hate my job attitude when she rang me up and i had to ask her to add it to my points, for a bag, and my receipt. So my experience at this location is usually pretty chill until i get to register and Alexia is my cashier.

I had a horrible experience today. I told the hair stylist, Abby, that I wanted bleach blonde. I kept showing her the picture of the hair color I wanted. I told her that I didn't want old silver dark grey hair like a stylist gave me before. She assured me it wouldn't be like that. When she was done, it was exactly like that. It was old gray dull ugly hair. My hair makes me look like I'm 90 years old. Abby kept having someone else wash my hair who had no clients, while Abby had all of the business. Abby was bossing her around. It was a negative environment; very uncomfortable. The stylists were cursing and would never stop talking. Abby was preoccupied with other customers which left my hair such an ugly color. I think she kept forgetting about me. My hair looks like a wet dog. That's the worse I have seen it look. I'm about 10 shades darker than a bleach blonde. Then I got charged for the color and the haircut that I didn't even get. I asked for my money back. The store manager was as rude as they come. Her name was Raven and she was so disgusted with me for asking. That was one unprofessional woman. She rolled her eyes and kept nickel and diming me. She embarrassed me. I was crying and she kept leaving me at the counter unattended to go ask the stylists questions. I even had to go back down there to ask for my money back because when I was there before, she could have cared less when I told her what happened. She acted like I was a nuisance. Raven is the least unprofessional woman that I have ever met. And Abby completely disregarded my wishes and tried to talk me into other shades which I told her I didn't want. I showed her what I wanted. My hair color is 5 times darker than what I had when I came into their salon today. I'm horrified and will never return.

I won't be coming back here. All I wanted was to get my hair trimmed. Particularly my bangs were the most important however, the stylist Hanna cut only part of my bangs. She didn't communicate with me or ask where my bangs start. So I felt like there was a lack of communication as to how I wanted my hair. The next morning I got ready for my new job and to my disappointment realized the layer of bangs she didn't trim were longer. I had scheduled the appointment because I was going to take a picture for my new job. Needless to say my picture didn't turn out like the way I wanted. I went back a second time to get them trimmed and was told I wouldn't be charged but due to lack of communication from the hairstylist again, the cashier tried to charge me. It was embarrassing when they had to ask for a manager. On top of it she still didn't cut my bangs the way I wanted and she didn't even bother to ask she just began cutting and asked "better?" After the fact. At that point I just wanted to leave. What's worse is that I realized she didn't quote me the right price for the olaplex either. She said it would be 20 but she actually charged 40. I feel so ripped off. I wish I could at least have part of my money back. I didn't want to make a scene but I'm really upset about the experience.

I recently went in for the last day of the 21 days of beauty sale and the store was closed due to a very short and temporary power outage. All of the other stores in the strip mall remained open. I went back about 45 minutes later when power had been restored and the store had still not reopened. I went down the next day assuming they would honor the last day of the sale and the manager said she would not as there were multiple other stores in the the area I could have gone to. Well when you rely on public transportation in an area where it’s not that great it’s not just as simple as hoping across town to another store. Then to top it off the manager tried lying to me and telling me they were out of the product I had come in for, when I clearly saw through the glass door the table display was loaded with them. I’m very disappointed that Ulta would not honor the sale and help their customers out and that the manager then needed to try and lie to cover her tracks. It’s a very simple accommodation that should have been made for all of your customers that day. This is one more reason I will continue to shop at Sephora instead of Ulta, it’s worth the couple extra cents they charge for the superior customer service.

***I would like to have the Corporates office’s/Managers’s attention***** If it has not been bought to your attention. You have a very big problem at your store with **Racial Profiling** . Yes I said an issue. I don’t know what it’s going to take for you guys to really buckle down and take these reviews seriously. Paying customers of African American decent should not have to keep leaving reviews about being followed in the store and being treated different. Is it going to take for you to lose money? Be listed as another store that has a prejudice nature about them? Understand their are people of all color that shop at your Establishment that contribute to your sales. They share your products on social media, word of mouth and use your products and hence are the reason why you guys even get sells. You’re company is very disrespectful to act as if you do not see the comments about what is taking place at you place of business. Have some Integrity and morals about how you run your business and treat people. This will be the first and last time I post for this to be addressed before you start losing money.

Worst experience ever!!! I made a reservation on line as requested by the website. Appointment was confirmed it not once but 2 times. I arrive 15 minutes early and then have to wait over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No one tells me anything after I check in. The girl actually says the stylist will be ready by my appointment time. After over 20 minutes of wait I ask someone what the hold up is. I was then directed by to the Manager Kim. I tell the manager that I was on a time crunch and was told there was nothing that could be done because apparently the computer system double booked a stylist. Now shouldn’t that have been checked when I first checked in for the appointment? They literally ruined my whole day because I had a special night planned and was not able to get my hair done. Waste of my time and the Salon manager Kim was completely unhelpful. I have been coming to Ulta salon for years and this will be my last time. I will tell everyone I know to not use them at all. If I could give 00000000 stars I would!

***Please see edit *** On my most recent visit I had gotten a horrible hair cut at different salon. I called on Christmas eve to see if there was anyone who could try to fix my hair. This wonderful stylist Jessica not only stayed late to fix my hair but made me look amazing with what she had to work with. I highly recommend her. She will be my stylist from now on.*** 02-28-2019 Jessica wasn't available to cut my hair so I booked with someone who was. I have our first family pictures tomorrow and went in for a trim. The longest part of my hair was at least 2 inches below my jawline. I explained to the girl I was in the process or growing my hair out from a previous bad haircut and just wanted to trim the back and to even out the length of the sides. Now its so short I feel like I have Brendan Fraser's haircut from The Mummy. Way to make a girl feel good about her hair. Not only did I get a bad haircut but for some reason that cost more than when Jessica does it. I wasn't aware each stylist charge amounts.***

I've shopped at this Ulta several times since it opened in this shopping center and it's always a mess regardless of time of day, week, or month you go here. They purposely put products that are in-stock on the website and available for pickup not out on the floor for purchase and you have to request to get them if you go in-store to purchase it. I had one employee make several attempts to deter me from purchasing a cheaper product from The Ordinary without even offering any other brands with the same skincare ingredient I was looking for. They had the product available in the back and I was able to purchase it but the customer service in getting that is incredibly difficult. Doing pick up orders here can be a pain as well if they don't have anyone available up front to get the order either. They've gotten a bit better since it was made available but sometimes it's still a work in progress. Highly suggest another Ulta if you do have questions about certain products and need help finding items.

I had my 1st haircut appt with Koyrn. Very nice lady..but..she did NOT cut my hair according to the picture I showed her! VERY disappointed and upset, I was charged for an "Elite" haircut. It was a straight across boy! Told her, just straight across! She cut it short in the back like an A line, which I hate!!! The front part, both sides, were cut longer than the back and she kept making them a point, below my chin. Thats..and A line. NOT what the picture showed, at all. I went home, cut off those long ends in the front, make it what the picture showed. Even my daughter, who is into hair and makeup, said..I shouldnt have to fix it, and yea..the cut is not right. Well, Im not going back to her to..fix it, if she didnt do it right the 1st time. Why bring in a picture, if they totally do what THEY want. I called the store, 3 times, left a message for her to call me. She never did... Not surprised. That..is not.... customer service. 70.00, down the drain

i’m leaving 3 stars because the main staff that works here is usually great and very helpful. however, the brand ambassadors that they bring in are very annoying and unprofessional. i was looking for a blush with my mom when someone approached us and asked what we were looking for. i said i was looking for a blush, and specified that i wanted a powder blush. she says she has the PERFECT thing for me, and brings me to a giant display of cream blushes. then she has me sit in a chair, and she grabs a tester from the display and applied it directly to my face, which is VERY unsanitary and as (presumably) a makeup artist she should know better. she also never told us she was an ambassador for the brand, but an ulta employee told me they were there to promote the brand nudestix. the whole thing seemed very sneaky and they wouldn’t leave us alone. i have now broken out on my face where she applied the product, which is very frustrating.

Found what I was looking for, it’s only you can’t really find General stuff but more beauty stuff. Definitely for women. Would be helpful if there were more people to help anymore assistance at the store because there are so many places that since it’s so packed and has so many people it would be better to have a little bit more people just to help. It took me a while to find my item so I suggest just having more people there. Also more people on the line that way you don’t have to wait so long. Now I came on a Saturday so I suggest having more counter for faster help. Love how they have a lot of woman in the counter and all of them have kind of like a nice hairstyle. That makes it look very good and definitely good for women. Now I understand I’m not a woman, but the feel of it is so perfect. That’s why this is such a good brand in such a good store that it’s going to keep on growing. Respect to all brands that are big!

This is the second store ive been to that was out of my color concealer that i needed. I couldn't find anyone on the sales floor when i was looking for my product, all the sales associate where up at the register including the manager talking. None of it was worker related and was holding up the line. This is truly inconvenient and unacceptable. i understand that ulta doesnt give samples, but they should be understanding that ive been going store to store and its its something that i need today! the store manager said " I can't give you a sample." Not that you can't, you won't! Its called customer service, learn some. On top of the manager not willing to help me with my delema, she wasn't friendly or polite learn to smile and be more welcoming. I couldn't find anyone on the sales floor when i was looking for my product, all the sales associate where up at the register including the manager talking

I came to this store today with my mom and when I went to the Lancôme area to ask about the face serum there was a gift set there and the store associate (she had purple eyeshadow if I remember correctly ) that was in charge of the Lancôme area was with a client so I kindly asked her I could take a look at the gift set and she rudely grabbed it away from where it was and said “ I’m not done showing this to my customer “ and I said okay and walked away so I went to the Mac Cosmetics area and I asked one of the girls if she could help me look for a gift set and I told her how the other girl was rude and she then showed me the gift said that I originally wanted to look at and I asked if I was able to buy it and she said yes and she said was extremely sweet same with the girl that rang me up . They need to train some employees better because clearly that girl lacked respect.

This is by far my favorite Ulta location. It doesn't feel cramped, the lighting is great, and there is a far greater selection of products and brands. I also really appreciate that the perfumes aren't so close to the entrance that I have to hold my breath and cover my nose to get to the makeup. Other locations have a problem with awkward lighting at the makeup displays, bright on top of the makeup, but really dark right above the display to make trying to sample tricky unless you get down on your knees. With my back and balance issues, that's just out of the question. Here, though, the lighting is great for all angles. There aren't any creepy dark counters or shelves. The brands are easy to see, and the lighting doesn't abruptly stop. They also have the widest selection of the Ulta brand that I have seen in town, too, which is really nice.

  • Talia Mireles

Apparently the employees don't know what time they open. I got to the store at 9:40 after I called and the recording said they opened at 8am. An employee came out to run I'm assuming curbside pickup and I asked what time the store opens cause the door was locked and when I called it said 8. She said they open at 10 am. I figured decided I would wait even if it meant I might be a few minutes late to work (I was stopping here on the way) because I have to get a present for a friend and I'm already here. So I wait 20 minutes to come to the door and have it still locked. Someone comes to the door and tells me they don't open until 11. Now I'm going to be late but for no reason. Employees should figure out the hours of operation so they don't have people wasting their time...

My mom and I use the same Ulta rewards because she goes a fraction of the time I do but still goes. For years I’ve never had an issue using our rewards that is under my phone number but her name. Today trying to use the $30 of rewards we have accumulated I was told she now needs to be present. Reminder I’ve redeemed rewards without her there at other locations and even this one more than once, and I even had our Ulta card on me. I asked the manger if I could get her on the phone and even have her send me a photo of her ID which is what she said was required. I got a no, this is very poor customer service to long time customers. Sad to say my family of 5 girls will now be full time Sephora goers, and are done shopping with Ulta.

I usually do my own color at home. We just put in new sinks so I decided to have it colored in a salon. I was in the chair for three hours only to end up with a result I could have gotten with using box dye at home. The stylist was nice but very unconfident, tentative and slow. I sat in the chair for 30 minutes while she asked another stylist what to do. I wasn’t asking for much I wanted a red tint to my hair. My hair has almost no red in it. Again, I have gotten a better result from box dye. My instincts were telling me to get up and leave before she even got started. I should have listened to them. I can’t in good conscience recommend this salon. Did they ruin my hair? No. But was it worth $77 dollars? Absolutely not.

I came to pick up a few items in stock at this location. No greeting which truly sets the tone. I didn’t wear contacts so I needed a bit more assistance and the interactions were condescending. I asked about a tester for an item which I was told they couldn’t make more because they send them for Fenty. That’s only accurate for luxury (Dior, Chanel) so I asked the Clinic rep to check w management but she argued there weren’t enough in stock to even make a tester. When she did make the tester she approached me to sticker the item and just her tone reminded me that I don’t ever get treated like that in Ulta. I’d rather drive to other locations and pick up my items

1st time I go to this store (I know right :/) not the most friendly, not the most excited people that love their job, from the "muas" to the cashiers, no excitement at All, muas talking about "life" and NO customer service, I had to approach this worker who seemed like did not wanted to help, sarcastic to say the least, And she was asking for help to translate in spanish with her mic, when I was cleared in my request in english and did not ask her to get someone to speak other language, I just asked for 2 products for eyebrows that's it! If you are new to make up, don't know what brands carries what, do your research before hand, because you might not get help.

  • K P

I abhor leaving bad reviews but the lack of customer service in the perfume area leaves me no choice. This is the second time I’ve gone to this location for perfume. Most brands did NOT have a Tester, nor was there anyone to open the closed cases. Am I supposed to wait in the line upfront to ask someone to open the case? How are we supposed to purchase perfume when we can’t smell or access it? I wanted 3 boxes of Gucci perfume for stocking stuffers and had to instead leave the store because no one was nearby. I repeat this is the second time this happened at this location. Do better Ulta. I’m ready to cut up my Ulta credit card and shop at Sephora instead.

Had a really great experience at this location last Thursday. Was going in to buy some serums, but had some questions as I’m newly upgrading to the serum phase of my skincare journey. Gina (I believe was her name) not only helped me find some really great products but took the time to educate me on some of the concerns I had and how our skin/skin cells work. I’ve been using the eye cream and serums she recommended and my skin is LOVING it. She was also so pleasant to converse with. Great service all around! I also spoke with Aisha and really appreciated both hers and Gina’s kindness and level of customer service. I hope to run into them at Ulta again!

Never going back for salon services. Had my hair colored, which I saved up for and I got home and my family couldn’t even tell that there was a difference. I wanted to go much lighter but that didn’t happen. The most frustrating part was that my hair is curly, so before she would trim it, she wanted to dry and straighten it after the wash. Made perfect sense until she starts blow drying my hair with a vent brush. They didn’t have the tools for curly hair, she said they only had a few brushes. So my hair didn’t get straight enough to cut and I left looking so much worse than when I went in. Going to my daughters stylist next time.

This store was a nightmare. Let me explain was these make up abusers did to me. My 2 year old got into my foundation. Used the whole thing. I just got off work too. So showered real quick and headed to this ulta. The whole time I was there the employees followed me. Made me so uncomfortable I wanted to cry. They even announced on the intercom for loss prevention. I had over $180 of product in my basket. At the end of being watched and followed I go to check out. I was almost in tears. Being treated like I was a homeless bum. Even though I'm a diamond member. Never going back here again. Ever!!!!! Spend the while night in tears.

I went to Ulta looking for a cosmetic I had been seeing on the internet. I was looking for someone to assist me when a very sweet sales representative approached me. Lana offered her assistance to me. I was informed Ulta does not carry the brand I was looking for but offered an alternative. Lana suggested PUR foundation and a color stick for blush of the same brand and applied the makeup for me to see. I have to admit, her choices were perfect. I want to thank Lana. She made my day. I actually had not worn makeup since Covid, and now I am wearing it again and feeling a little younger.

Just came from this ulta and me and my family were definitely racially profiled. The moment we came in the security guard was keeping his eye on us the whole entire time. The employees were constantly walking around us seeing what we were doing. Got up to the register and everything seemed fine until my sister said something about food and the girls whole demeanor changed. We bought 592.00 dollars worth of products and still were treated like we were second class citizens. Never shopping there again and I truly hope this branch learns how to treat ALL customers with respect.

As much as I like skin-cares and trying new mascaras, this location is a disappointment, few years ago , I used to go there at least once or twice a week and leave with bunch of bags full of new products, but lately, the quality of their product has changed and not in a good way, there is no one to help, good luck finding Anyone taking care of your needs. Zero customer service, long lines having people wait for so long simply because they don’t have enough cashiers lately. I switched to the one in Dts now and it is not as bad as this location.

  • Dannielle Cobb

I went into this ulta location to exchange a foundation that didn’t match me. The front end employee got another employee to help match me. The ulta employee that helped me was Denise (not sure how she spells her name) she does Clinique makeup well she was so awesome & took her time matching me & helping me with the products I needed to start wearing makeup again!! Her personality is so sweet, kind, funny. She made me feel relaxed & made it to where you don’t feel like you’re a bother.

  • MaKall Fabrizio

I just adore this Ulta. Every time I come in the people on the floor are so attentive and willing. They help me find what I am looking for and even stay to chat with me for a minute. I also had my hair cut today by Takeyra and I am so happy she was able to fit me in. She has restored a bit of my confidence today. The girls at the register when I left were also so sweet and complimented me on my hair. Love love this Ulta and can’t wait to come back and get my hair done again!!

Nice location great assortment of beauty products, awesome deals and good customer service the only downside is that I wished their in store supply meets the customer demand other than that I would definitely recommend checking them out for your beauty needs. Oh yeah they also offer in store beauty services and let's not forget that you can also buy online for shipping and or pick up in person at your local store it's very convenient. I definitely recommend checking them out.

  • JoJo Spencer

Customer service was crappy. I asked a sales person if she worked there...she said yes. I asked her if they carried Soldejaneiro products...she said she didnt know..that she was a NYX representative and was visiting the store. She walked away repeating the name of the brand..I THOUGHT she was going to check with someone else...but she just left me standing there Why say you work there? Why not try and find someone to help or offer to help with something else?

  • Kathleen H

So I drove to North Las Vegas to see if the employees were any different that the employees in the center of town. And no they are the same. Not interested in greeting the customer. Not interested in helping the customer. I went to the back of the store looking at the Redken products. The hairstylist walks past me looks at me and does not say a word. I must not look like I have enough money to shop in the store. I just have to shop on line for my products.

  • Richard Ramirez

Took my girlfriend here. Ended up going to do a curbside pickup, and when we called the lady that answered seemed very rude. We seen a customer walking away that seemed very frustrated. The lady that came out slammed my trunk very hard, and seemed like she was having a bad day. Not sure why she’s at a job that requires customer interaction. Never coming back to this location again. Both of the women working seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

  • Edna Garcia-Urbina

Terrible customer service and low stocked products. Been here a couple of times and the girls are unfriendly and rude. I try to ask for help they act annoyed, I don’t have a complicated questions i know what i want i just needed help knowing where things are, they clearly don’t like to help because both times i received attitude by different employees, I really hope that’s not part of their training and they do better in the future.

  • Justyce L

I purchased a product here and went to use the restroom as I had a 40 minute drive home. There was a sign on each restroom door that said "restrooms closed until further notice". I walked in anyway as the door was unlocked, only to find each of 2 toilets overflowed with waste and stopped up. This is not acceptable in case of emergency for pregnant or disabled clients, or paying customers in general. This Ulta needs to do better!

  • Catherine Padilla

Honestly the staff here, except the girls at Lancôme area, are never nice. Especially the cashiers. I work too, I get it, it sucks being up front. But they are never happy. I try really hard to be a good customer and not giving them any problems but they seem so miserable. I wish they could just be a bit nice, and not take everything offensively. Some girls will be really nice and help me out but other just don’t even try.

  • Christian McC

I did not receive services, but my wife received a beautiful layered cut/trim from an experienced and skilled red-headed stylist(sorry I don't recall her name) here. My wife absolutely loved it, and I must admit, it is the best trim she has had in a while. We have no complaints. Sorry that the photo isn't the best, as I was trying to get a discrete shot of the Salon section, while leaving out all personnel and customers.

  • chefn4u2

Seems like every time I go I'm disappointed. The store looks dirty, products I used to get aren't being stocked any more and it's hard to find a person to help. What happened??? Not worth the trip any more and I used to live going to Ulta. Too many times recently I've bought products took them home only to find they've been used!!! Ugh I heard they do that now after getting used products several times - I believe it!

  • Shellioness Love

I'm it giving a 3 star vote simply because of the unorganized experience j had while looking for some starter makeup for my daughter. .u asked for the area is the cheaper products after I was given a $35 concealer for my daughter. I laughed because she didn't even need concealer. 6ust because everyone feels they have to wear it doesn't mean you need it. Less is better. You'll thank me when you start aging trust me.

  • Marlene e

There was an associate; she had long black hair with a tattoo sleeve, I asked her for assistant but she seemed irritated by my question. She was busy fixing her dress but didn’t even bother helping a costumer. Although I did get help from someone else and I appreciate her response and opinion on the product that I was exactly looking for. She is an African American descent she was tall & has short curly hair.

  • Nelly Martinez

I absolutely LOVE coming to this place to get my hair done. Upon coming in the store, I immediately am greeted and the vibe of the store is so amazingly exquisite. The only reason why I go here is because of the hair salon. The hair stylists, in particular Tiffany and Liz, are so nice and extremely helpful. I am completely SOLD on this place and I am only coming to the salon to get my hair done.

  • Orlando C Castillo

We pass by to store yesterday 12/4/2019. Really surprised me the poor attention in the personal it looks the don't know how to make sale really disappoint my wife and me . We dint fint not body to help us , I hask to the security for help and when they helps they dont have any idea about the product on Lancome department . Terrible experience almost feel like discriminating me and my wife ..

  • Zeidi Gonzalez

Since I moved to Las Vegas I never would have thought of going to Ulta. One day I said to my self different places and different ppl. I went and oh man the lady that works on the Mac makeup she was so helpful and nice and made me feel human. She didn't make me feel ugly and I felt good about telling her my experience with makeup.. over all she helped me and was really nice ☺️

  • Aaron Cozart

This place is a nightmare for most married men lol but it was actually pleasant at this location with a variety of men's products to choose from. the prices were decent and there were plenty of employees to help with finding the items needed as well as be friendly and patient while diligently keeping a eye out for shoplifters without being overboard or accuingly to customers.

  • HoldTightAndPretendItsAPlan

The people here are always so helpful. I've come in on three different occasions (needed new face wash, then makeup and then this time for more makeup) and each time the workers there were super helpful. They are great with matching color, recommending which brands are better for this or that and just helpful overall. Highly recommend this particular Ulta.

  • Carter B

This location is notorious for racially profiling people of color. Security obsessively follows from aisle to aisle and management repetitively asks if assistance is needed simply to make customers feel they are under constant surveillance. Paying customers should not be treated as criminals. How disrespectful. I will never patronize this location again.

  • Roylyn Long

Worst color,hc,cannot even be repaired,Kate the hairdresser agreed that the color nor cut resembled the provided pictures or the example of color. There is no repair or recut that is even possible. No to mention complete bald areas. I went for my appt at 130 did not leave until after 7p,and I was the only client she had. I am horrified. Don't go to ulta

  • Patricia Faanes

I scheduled a hair cut appointment 2 months ago with Abby at Ulta Salon. I arrived on time for my appointment today and was tod she had another appointment and could I come back later. This is totally unexceptable! I will not be back! The other appointment was for color(I overheard) so it seems like it was all about money! Very poor customer service!

  • A M

Hair Salon I had a hair color issue that needed attention. Kim the manager and Heather the stylist went over and beyond to help me and correct my color problem. Supportive, calming and professional Heather also is a hair professional that listens to what you are wanting your hair to look like Big thanks of appreciation to both Kim and Heather.

  • Shenika Graves

I will never go back to this location. The customer service is horrible. It took over 10 minutes for a representative to get my perfume and over 10 minutes for a manager to verify the amount of points that I earned. Ridiculous what’s the point of spending money to get points and when you want to redeem them you have to get a manager approval.

  • Karen Gonzalez

Poor Experience Was not greeted upon entering store, upon checking out was not greeted nor asked about my shopping experience. Cashier threw my bag on the register was not told goodbye or have a nice day. Extremely rude and poor customer service. Extremely disappointed. Would expect better service from a retailer with those kind of prices.

  • Gaby Williams

There were over 15 people in line and only 2 people at the register but I saw at least 3 other employees working in the store. Seems like it would have made more sense for them to hop on register for a few minutes and help with the line. I waited in line for over 25 minutes. I like ulta but I won’t be coming back to this location

  • Rose

I have been to a bunch of ultas. Most of the staff weren’t friendly or helpful. There is one nice male employee. Angelina, a manager, checked me out and never made eye contact with me. The makeup for demo is dirty and messy looking. They were also out of a lot of the items I came in for. Go to any of the others in town.

  • REDD VELVET LOLA

I'm only giving them three stars because of their guard constantly following people around of certain ethnic backgrounds. I'm a security officer myself so I get it but I know boundaries and personal space.customer service comes before anything. so yeah I just order online now. As far as the beauty/cosmetics ☆☆☆☆☆.

  • Martha Robles

Great stuff all is great in this store except for one of the cashiers she's not nice at all , Mallory it's her name she's always seem upset didn't want to scan my coupons she has a really bad attitude, I never review anything but hey if you are so mad about working there quit it! Don't treat costumers like that

  • Raynete Ramey

The salespeople are terrible. Don't expect anyone to smile and they will get slightly hostile if you question too much and the associate who checked me out looked angry, was moving as slow as possible and rolled her eyes when I said I didn't want to sign up for the card. This was my first and last time there.

  • Charmaine Peterson

Emily did an outstanding job on my hair (color and cut). It hasn’t been done in 10 months (pandemic). I’m an older gal with resistant grey. I walked in with white straw...came out with bouncy, lustrous warm brown hair. I was a challenge. She is one of those stylists...I will follow. ❤️ Thanks Emily!

  • Y R

Went to get a full size foundation as a "free gift" for being a diamond member; was told by the cashier I was incorrect on what my coupon redeems. Around 20 or more minutes later and a lot of awkward standing/ repeating the coupons usage my coupon is finally typed in/activated to redeem the gift.

  • Jay C

Absolutely love the store! Huge selection of brands and products. Very well lit and so well laid out and organized. It's the first time I have gone into an Ulta for the first time and have been able to find everything on my own! Will definitely be coming to this location more often.

  • ELLEN Young

If you want to browse to see what's out in the beauty world this is not the place for you. They don't leave you alone to do that. I finally had to get curt with one of them and tell her I'm looking around. I'm a shopper who likes to look down every isle. This location is the worst.

  • Nancy Legaspi

It's a bad service and if you ask for options you'll show you the most expensive products and get angry if you tell them that you don't want something cheaper. The products are old and they never work for me if I buy them from Ulta, but if I buy them elsewhere, they work perfectly

  • Gaby Villafana

Great selection of everything cosmetics but need more help at check-out. Waited too long to check out and several employees walking around just talking about what to get for lunch! I know what you can get....on the damn register!! Still....great place to buy your beauty needs.

  • Natalie Parada

I was here a few days ago for an eyebrow appointment with Holly. I’ve never done my eyebrows professionally since my hairs are really thin and she left them looking FABULOUS. I’ve also gotten my hair done here before and this ulta is definitely my favorite in Vegas.

  • Tannie Wichern

Super sad with the help due to covid. I know its not their fault but it was terrible. They should find some way to help customers get color matched etc. How will you buy expensive products without trying it out?? Why don't they make samples to give out in advance?

  • Leslie Martínez Román

Oh my God, I just discovered the Bed Bath and Beyond store of beauty! I can’t believe how welcoming and friendly the staff was. There’s a huge diversity of brands and beauty products. Definitely, will continue making #UltaBeauty part of my essentials spot’s list.

  • Silvia W.

Staff is always helpful and polite but the bathroom situation needs help. Filthy floors. One stall had half the door missing so you could see right in. No paper towels. Sanitary pad dispenser hanging half off wall. Manager needs to take care of those things.

  • Joslyn Ford

The cashiers were not even caring about the long wait or long lines. They kept asking the customer that they were waiting on if she wanted to get more merchandise to add points to her card I guess. Not sure what points are about I will never go there again

  • TC E

Went to ask about face stuff, Kaylee was awesome. Very knowledgeable and very sincere. Helped me figure out what I needed for my daughter. Answered all my questions and hooked me up with what we need. Products are working great. Thank you Kaylee …

  • Shabby Rose Creations by Kem

It's expensive, the staff is real helpful. They know their products, and that's huge. Its crowded at times. Its a nice brite store, laid out real well. A ton of products, samples. The prices are just crazy expensive. In a great shopping center as well.

  • Monica Lewis

I went in on Nov 25, during Black Friday Weekend. Asked Roland the employee about the difference between two make up brands and Roland very rudely said “Google It” Wow! Great customer service that they don’t even help you. Why are they there then?

  • Tamara Arnold

My daughter and I went there and loved our experience! Denise was so very amazing! She was knowledgeable about her job and so kind, friendly, and caring! No lie, I felt like family...like I knew her for years! I highly recommend this place!

  • Caitlin Newberry

This store allowed someone to use my information on my account cc without verifying their identity. This should be illegal. There was a purchase made of $1,500 on my Ulta credit card at this store on June 2nd. PAY MORE ATTENTION PEOPLE!!!!!

  • Stephanie Moskowitz

Love this place! All the ladies are super helpful and will take their time with you. The perks of no commission. Their return policy is the best. If you don't like something you have 30 days to return it for a full refund with your receipt.

  • Kobe Jules

I think this is a great location and I've never had an issue shopping here. The employees don't claim to be beauty professionals they know a bit about their products and that's about it. Researxh on your own before coming here. Also they

  • Nancy Sirkin

While I didn't really need it, staff checked in with me and offered assistance. I got what I needed, checked out, and was on my way. It's been a while since I've gone into the store. Forgot how much I like the smell when I first walk in.

  • Maria Yanez

Jessica the store manager wasn't wearing her face mask properly, she wasn't covering her nose on Saturday 8/22/20. Around 5:25 I was about to pay when I saw en employee by the main door talking with a cashier and she wasn't covering her

  • Anayeli De Santiago

Just left this store and no matter how close it is to my house I will not be coming back to this ulta or ulta in general. I will stick with Sephora. Walked into the store before the gym. Knew what I needed so I was in & out for the most

  • Chelsea Ortiz

Got my eyebrows waxed and the girl talked me into getting them tinted.. I am literally crying right now because my eyebrows are now swollen and look like they are infected... my left brow is literally falling off.. I am so devastated...

  • Michele Tapp

Ulta beauty is the best place to go for make up and other beauty stuff. The staff at this location is the best at helping and all have great customer service skills making it easy to talk to them about any thi g you need help finding.

  • ItsRownen *

I felt really comfortable there. They have many options for cruelty free and some for vegan as well. One lady was walking around with foil in her hair from waiting for the coloring to finish. There were samples for almost everything.

  • Meredith Dwyer

This Ulta location was huge and airy. Plenty of space for all products, which are well organized. Their inventory is a bit overwhelming if you don't know what you are looking for and products are competitively priced.

  • Hehas Risen2000

The staff are friendly and the shop has lot of different items. However, the prices is 10 x the normal prices at other stores. I recommend before buying anything from here to check out other stores for the same item.

  • Rebecca Glover

Plenty of options for make up and skincare, but could use help with more staff. I did wander around for a while because I had questions and was approached after the one girl I saw on the floor had a moment for me.

  • Laura

This is my go to location when I need to go to Ulta. For the most part when I come here what I need is in stock. The store seems to always be busy but it is clean. Also, the staff is super friendly and welcoming.

  • Meghan

5 starts for Cassidy. She was such a great help! She was friendly, patient and really listened to what I was looking for and in returned gave me options and explained a lot to me. So so kind. Thanks Cassidy!

  • Kylie K.

Had a great experience for my first time at Ulta Beauty. The employees were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I️ got a free IT Cosmetics makeover and absolutely love the products. Left he store happy.

  • Kenesha Broderick

Staff was pleasant, polite, and extremely helpful. They was very patient with me while I asked questions. Also when I called over the phone they held my items for me to come and pick up! Love them

  • Anastacia Escovar

Excellent service provided by staff. Quick checkout although lines were long. Found what I needed. Clean store. I live that i always find a coupon to use. Made a return, got store credit !

  • Em C

Staff is always friendly and store is well organized but they are always running low on products or just out of stock so I end up having to go to another store or ordering online.

  • Chellie F

Staff was very helpful and able to help me find the product i was looking for. Line moved quickly at checkout. Overall inviting atmosphere for someone very unfamiliar with makeup.

  • Page Ford

I remembered today why I don't like Ulta. The attitude of the employess stinks. They are rude, dismissive and condescending. You're selling mascara; you're not brain surgeons.

  • Dov Barry2

Took 40 minutes to pay for my order. The lineup must have been at least 40 people long they need to hire more people go online save time save getting covid. Packed with people

  • Janice Wilson

First time associates were busy and everyone told me they would be right with me but never came to assist me so I left I might give it another try but at a different location

  • Stacey Reppenhagen

Everytime I go into Ulta I'm stuck there for over a CPL hours. Not a bad thing but definitely hurts the wallet. I can't complain though as I love everything I buy from herr

  • A M

Salon experience with Abby today was a perfect 10. Abby is amazing with color. She asked me what my goal for my hair color is. She did not guess or assume. Thank you Abby.

  • Mayra C.

Sales clerks could work on being genuinely friendly, maybe it was just the gal who helped my friend and I? Always feel like they're set to prove how I don't belong there.

  • Moani Maldonado

Store was cool, and clean, but the workers started at my friend and I as if we were shoplifting. Super annoying. Not even smiling, just staring. Not my Ulta of choice.

  • Pon C

Huge inventory of beauty products, aesthetician on site can apply lashes and makeup, help match you with foundation, and advise you which products suit your beauty needs

  • Autry Slay

They have men products, this was extremely surprising, I'll be back! The store nice clean easy to shop and the employees including security where all helpful
