Tried phoning in twice just wanting to book an appointment to open an account, but the service was unexpectedly poor. The first person sounded extremely bored and gave monosyllabic responses before putting me on hold indefinitely, and the second eventually hung up on me after being unable to answer simple questions. Very disappointed.

Just wanted to shout out Colleen at the main counter. I had a vehicle sale I was doing and required a lot of their time to get it all done and she was quick and knew what she was doing. Had all the answers to my questions and even printed paper work for us. Very helpful, thanks Colleen!
