Absolutely no customer service, I walked in and 2 employees were standing there sharing photos on their phone, no hello, no can I help you….nothing! as someone who’s been in customer service for years this will destroy a business. With the intent of purchasing 2 pairs of shoes, I walked out with nothing.

Can be a bit rude but so far good. I've been going there for l I keep 5 or 6 years already. Since then they have remodeled it. The workers there are never there to long. Almost like every time I go there is new workers or a new worker. In I go there like every month or every other month.

They wouldn't/couldn't measure my daughters shoe size. The reason given? "...size varies from brand to brand...so we don't do that anymore" You know what else varies? EACH INDIVIDUAL PERSONS FOOT SIZE. You're a shoe store...get a clue!

Dude in the phone was rude, asked a question and he responded with "I dint know , i dont know, all releases are raffled. When I said thank you he let out a brief sigh and hung up before I could ask if the hours have changed

It was good..I remember back in the day they used to dam near harass you as if you were buying a car..they have finally calmed down..or maybe it was because I went first thing in the am..either way it went good.

Good place to find the shoe you want and the best thing about it is the service is excellent everytime i go there. I will forsure be back there for the rest of my shoes.

No people help you,they are to busy talking to other people about basketball..lol You are there to be kool but also to make money..thats what keep you going...

So, I ordered shoes for my son, and they don't even update me on the status of my order. I have to literally send about 3 messages asking about my order.

Line for a raffle. Opened almost 20 minutes. Late. But good service once inside. Ended up spending almost $200 for 2 pairs of shoes.
