Terrible customer service. Wife bought a pair of sneakers as a surprise and asked if she could return just in case. They said yes. At checkout they asked if she wanted the box w the shoes. Wife said no not knowing the "no box" means no return and they didn't mention that part to her either. Shoes were a bit tight so thinking she's able to exchange she took them back along driving 40 mins from Palo Alto with our two little kids. The manager refused to even listen to her story. Didn't care that she was misled and didn't care there were two crying little kids. Seems like the "no box" offer at checkout AFTER you Pay is used to make sales final. I called and chatted with the manager (Hewlit?) and he was extremely rude saying we are being emotional. Guess what, when your hear your kids crying and wife upset you get emotional. This manager needs to either trained or fired immediately. Who knows what kind of liability he will create for the business down the road. Given the other reviews, I would fire him in a heartbeat for poor customer service and bad treatment of customers.

Keep up the amazing customer service. I saw the same shoes in other stores near you, but just didn’t feel like buying, no one was even interested in selling them it felt like. As soon as I walked in your store, I was greeted with enthusiasm, assigned to a person who happily helped me find what I needed, and I walked out in 5 minutes and purchased additional items I didn’t even really need. Other stores should learn from your team. I think some of the negative reviews could be from your petty competitors. (I've seen this a common trend in so many stores these days. Employees are busy on their phones and talking to their coworkers rather than serve customers. There's no sense of ownership. Is it because of the high employee turnover rate? Or does the management not train their employees right? I'm not sure.. In Asian countries, the service is so much better in restaurants, malls, stores..)

I was in the store you know looking for shoes and when I asked for assistance some employee by the name of James started saying some weird things. I remember he said something like “pazole, mesican rice” and all the other stuff he was telling me was an a different language(I think frog). When I asked him if he had any steals for me, he smiled and took me to the back. He tried to give me that bop but I managed to run out before it was too late. Would not recommend going back as the other employees did not care for his actions.

So I went to shoe palace with my girl to get some new Jordan’s but this worker named Jaime I think his name was called but for some reason he kept telling her she’s a bop and then for some reason he kept tell me to squabble up, on my momma and fasho he was pretty weird and he also tried to give me head but I ran away with my girl we were so scared and yesterday he dms my girl a pp pic and said my thing is small fasho. But tbh Jaime helped me out a lot.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'll never shop at Shoe Palace again. The manager was very rude, and wouldnt tell me his name after selling me a defective shoe (the jumpman on the inside of the shoe was missing) two days prior. To top it off they wouldn't refund me the money. I advise everyone reading this stay away from that store unless you like defective products and horrible customer service.

Watch out for the two-for-one sale. It's a scam to get you to buy extremely overpriced and unpopular shorts in order to get a free cheap white t-shirt. if you take advantage of this 241, just get yourself to t-shirts. so many customers have been turned off by this scam, the cashier actually react immediately when you say, what the heck $60? She replies with, would you rather just get two t-shirts?

I went to the store looking for jordan ones, although this place is really dirty and not clean. You guys have animals in the place roaming around like they are employees. Particularly their was this one frog that kept croaking and jumping to everyone. He said “croak* you got dat zaza?”. Very scary stuff... please get a exterminator to get that giant frog outta there...

Went to get some shoes with my little brother, some frog looking employee was trying to squabble up with me for some reason. Very bad service, I tried to leave but he did not let me. My little brother (15) was also touched by this man, it was very disturbing. He also found my brothers instagram and sent him very explicit photos of his froggy parts. Do not come here

Hello shoe palace A couple days ago I was looking for a pair shoes for my little sister and one of your employee’s by the name of James I believe 4’9 170lbs he threatened me and my little sister ! He kept telling my little sister to squabble up! Such a scary experience will not be coming back.

Very self absorbed salesman, they are not very attentive towards the customer. I called asking about shoe release dates and a shoe salesman quickly gave me a answer in a rude tone and hung up. Forsure I will not buy those shoes from Westfield valley fair.

Called to get a shoe size just left oakride they said they can't put anything on hold due to holiday so for me to call on my own understandable I calledb3 times no answer an they blocked my number or took phone off the hook smh im goin to foot locker

Had a Soso experience at first with one of the workers and looking for shoes but Damien came through and really made the experience worth it so if you’re looking for a good salesman go to him. Thank you for making my experience worth it.

the store has a very good selection of shoes at competitive prices to what is found online and at other stores. the staff are friendly and they let you try on the shoes before you buy them.

I went Aug 14, 2017 to get a pair of replacement shoes as my air forces weared out and needed new one A dude helped me find my size and a girl helped me at the check out. Real fast service
