Some products may be a bit cheap but really poor quality. My 6 years old complained the new shoes caused her sharp pain at the back of both feet after 5 minutes walk in the park. When we took it back and explained in details, the store manager simply disagreed - "can't see any problem; can't take it back and can't do anything about it!" Not even apologetic!!! This store could have us as repeating customers if showed any good will gesture or reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, this store manager ruined it totally without people skills and we will never come to this store (or shoe zone) again.

A pair of shoes lasted 2 weeks (10 days of actual wear) and according to a "manager" called Stefan, this is normal wear and tear. Refused an explanation, a refund or an exchange when there is so obviously something wrong with the way the shoes were manufactured. Branch manager Stefan is also rude, ignorant and patronising. He didn't know how they had got that way, but it's not their fault. Pay more and shop where the staff have even a scrap of customer service skills and you get more than a fortnights wear. Wish i had stuck to Deichmann, but you live and learn.

We always shop at this SHOEZONE store it has excellent customer service, you always have help at hand you don’t have to chase an assistant for help these very sweet people are always there to help you, mentioning a few names of them they are: LIBBY, ERICA, STEPHEN, and KATIE bless them all they are a credit to this SHOEZONE STORE. I would highly recommend this store not only for bargain and quality shoes etc but for the good friendly staff who serve you thank you.

Had to take back a pair of shoes costing £30 after only one month with splits down the sides of each shoe… I was told that it was normal “wear and tear”..!! The manager said that I should not be wearing a single pair of shoes and I should have more than one pair and be alternating between shoes for walking. So if you’re buying shoes here, they may only last a month or so, and you have to buy more than one pair or they will not exchange defective shoes.

Very low quality children shoes, flat and plasticky with no arch support and no heel support. Insoles lining and outer soles gets detatched after a few days. Waste of time and money...Kids trainers had holes in the sole after two weeks , I brough it back and the managers said it s wear and tear. I contacted their customer service and they told me they go with whatever shop manager says. I will never waste my time in this shop again.

Attended this store today and was greeted by an exceptional member of staff called Libby she was so helpfull and so kind. The way she spoke and treated every customer was amazing a true asset for your company. Ended up spending my money at this store instead of going clarks. Will definatley recommend my friends to shop from this store just becasue of Libby she truly deserves recognition within the company. Thanks Libby

I bought my little grandson some sketcher trainers in january and after 6 weeks two holes appeared in the sole of one of them . Took them back and got no offer of an exchange or refund ( in fact the manager Stefan was quite rude and ignorant ! On returning them to head office i was told again there was no fault ! I would NOT reccomend any purchase of shoes/trainers from this store ! !

Very average shoe shop. Went here for safety shoes. Didn't buy any due to the limited selection. Good prices on some shoes but you get what you pay for in relation to quality. Can be difficult to get to via public transport depending on where you're coming from.

Very bright and airy shop.....plenty of shoes to choose from for everyone and every age and taste.....at the right price...and.....the staff are very polite and friendly. Sale on at moment on selected stock ... worth a visit.!

Never been before, heard a few bad things, but I needed some cheap steel toe shoes. Nice guy asked if I needed help, told him what I needed. Within 5 minutes I had my shoes and was out. That guy needs a raise.

Wanted a ladies lace up court shoe, all they could offer was something my dad wears. Come on shoe zone some of us ladies still want to dress as ladies, very disappointed and a waste of expensive fuel.
