Worst customer service . The person incharge of the post office is very rude and other staff members are very lazy and rude.They refused for money withdrawal saying my signature is not visible and after half an hour same withdrawal was done at Bopal post office without any issues

Customer service so bad. They are no help at all just directing you to all other places and you still get nothing. Worst is I have lost nearly 10,000 rupees due to this.

The post offices closes at 3.00 pm sharp and the person responsible is too rude to accept after so many requests..All post office should close at uniform time
