When I first walked in I was very impressed with how nice and new everything was. First floor is the lobby area to purchase your tickets. Theaters are located on the other floors. They had a really nice bar area too. They boasted about leather recliners and food/drink service. We were in theater 8 (the Spot) so not sure if it was true for other theaters. But the leather recliners were very worn. We arrived 30 minutes early like suggested but no server ever came. We later learn we need to use the app or website to order. There is no call button (Hollywood Palms in Naperville IL has this) so the only way to have someone come is to order online or find someone. Cost for a large soda was $7.95 and with no way to call for service I assume no free refills. Theater 8 had 3 rows of recliners and then behind that were small high top tables and chairs. This was our first visit and the front lobby staff was very friendly and helpful when purchasing our tickets. Restrooms and place in general were very clean. Picture and sound quality was excellent. Only 3 stars because of the recliners quality and food delivery service.

We don’t live in Miami but we know the areas pretty well because we lived in Miami before. Our first choice was another cinema closer to our hotel in Coral Gables, but there was not enough tickets for us, but we’re glad Silverspot was available. We bought tickets online - the process was easy. We went with Uber, best decision, so we skipped looking and paying for parking. The cinema itself is great! We had the last showing and that weekend, there is a huge music festival going on, so that was probably why it was quiet. Concession is available before going in, but they also do online ordering (the QR Code is available on a sticker on your pull out tray), there are also multiple hosts & hostess walking around before the movie asking if you want to get anything. Screen, sound system, reclining seats and restroom are great quality. We will go back again. We watched John Wick Chapter 4, 10 pm on a Saturday, tickets was about $16-18 per person.

My recent visit to Silver Spot Cinema, while not my first, unfortunately left me considering whether it might be my last. I arrived 15 minutes before the movie, allowing ample time to order food and drinks. While the food was served in a reasonable timeframe, the service for our drinks, which were only two wines, was unexpectedly delayed, taking over 30 minutes. This led me to personally inquire about our order on the 3rd floor. Initially, I encountered a less than welcoming response from the server. However, after explaining my situation, the server’s demeanor improved, and she apologized, citing that she was the only person working at that time. While I empathize with the staffing challenges, the overall experience was marred by the delay and initial interaction, impacting my enjoyment of the cinema.

This was my first visit to the movie theater in Miami & it was so beautiful. It's about 5 levels of theaters, sitting areas, popcorn, beverage & food areas - it feels like a luxury building. It blew me away how beautiful & clean this theater was. The chairs for the IMAX are amazing & I loved the food service to my seat. The bathrooms are so clean & well kept which is a big deal at movie theaters! Also the team that works there is amazing, from the ticket buying experience to getting to my seat I met some wonderful people that work here. Shout out to Angel, Pedro & Leonardo for making my first time at Silverspot so perfect! I absolutely recommend this movie theater to anyone who loves going to the movies in style & leisure!

Came for a late night showing of Mission Impossible. Good movie. Lots of action and edge. Will have to wait for Part 2! The movie theatre wad good. Love that I can get my tickets on the app, and order my popcorn (and other foods and drinks) to be brought to my seat. The place is very nice and the bar areas are great. 2 comments: I think seats will need refurbishing soon. And, they offer close caption but the last three times I've been there we never got the little machine. At least last night the guy knew what I was talking about. He said we had to wait for the manager and he made a note of our seats but, manager never came. Please fix that and make close caption available at the entrance. Thank you .

The cinema building is beautiful. There are many floors about 5. There is a bar and popcorn stand on the 3rd floor. Prices are reasonable, if you are a rewards member you accrue points. You can buy the tickets only for a $3 convenience fee or get them at the machine with no fee. The seats are a bit worn out but they’re comfortable. You can place your food order online and let them know where you will be situated and they’ll bring it to you. Staff is nice and courteous and bathrooms are nice and clean.

I always go to this cinema!! It's a great place, always clean, neat and nice customer service. They have this "terrific tuesday promotion" which is a 50% discound in any movie ticket, which is cool because u would safe money and would enjoy good theater rooms and super comfortable reclining seats. Highly recommended.

One of the best movie theatre I have ever been to. Theatre 13 was the largest with huge screen and seats arranged in a way no one can block your view. Super comfy chairs, and food delivery to your seat. Great movie experience with excellent sound system.

Wonderful upscale place for cinema lovers. The most comfortable seats in town! Yes, it's a little pricier than your average AMC but only by a few bucks. Well worth the treat.

Service is fast and the theater was nice and clean. They did run out of the pasta by the time I went but they still have good options.
