Yesterday, my husband and I were vilely deceived, we paid for two tickets, and went upstairs to the descent, where we were asked to wait for a few minutes (at that moment, the employees were talking among themselves, not ashamed of our presence, about why they still sell tickets, that's why we came, that they we were already tired that there were only 2 of us and they were no longer working at all) After which they informed us that they would not let the two of us down and that they had sent us to the cash register in order to return the funds to us, at that moment the cash register was closed at our request. We were informed that the funds to us will not return because we had to be in time for this check-in, for which we were given 3 minutes and no one informed us. At the ticket office, at the time of buying tickets, there was a servant cashier who said pay and left somewhere, then a girl came and without any explanation gave 2 tickets, but she kept the check for payment. Instead, our requests to refund the money or renew the ticket so that we could use it on another day were rudely refused, saying that they don't care that we didn't make it and they are not responsible for it. We tried to explain that their employees are unclear who knows them, the guy who was there first and accepted the payment or the girl who later came and gave us the tickets, issued them at the wrong time (it said 12.40, but in fact they were issued to us at 12.57). In response to all this, we simply received shouts that they were open already. There was a police station nearby and I said that I would contact them, to which the administrator replied with a sneer that it was already closed. She got terribly angry and this aggression manifested itself in shouts that people on the street began to pay attention. She began to threaten that she would call the security on us, that we agreed and said that we would wait, maybe they would listen to us adequately and help solve the problem. They closed the door in our face and after waiting a few more minutes we realized that we had been deceived. We looked on the website where to turn to with this situation and everything looks like a well-thought-out fraud scheme .And it was also clear with the naked eye that the employees were not in a sober state from alcohol or drugs, we did not investigate. was going to return. This is our first trip to Las Vegas and these scammers did everything possible to make us leave this place with regret and disappointment. It hurts

This was one of the funnest zip lines out there. I’ve been on over 20 and this ranks up in the top 5. You’re 550 ft above the ground. This may seem like a lot but you are harnessed in securely. You lay on a flat sized bed and raised to waist height. You are attached to the wire securely. They make sure you’re fully secure. There are four people working on 4 flat bed people. They go by and check each other’s work before the beds are lowered down and you are then suspended in the air. Keep in mind there is a gate in front that blocks you from seeing outside and height. Once you are suspended, all four of you have the gate lowered and you are released out over the crowd. That’s when it’s fun. You can fly with your arms out like Superman or hold onto the outfit. You are flying over the street and people at 35 mph. When you come to the end, you stop abruptly. It’s a hard stop so be prepared. It’s nothing to worry about. You will slowly go in again and a second stop will occur before you’re fully pulled in. You take off all the gear and go down stairs where you can see all the photos they took while you were flying along with the single or group photos. It’s $40 to get a QR code to go home and download if you wish or download them right there. The photos aren’t the best because there is a lot of light making them to turn out pink. See photo that’s all pink colored. There’s a lot of them. But the photo they take before you get your gear on while you’re waiting in line, they’re in there. I’m glad I got them. There were about 8 out of about 35 photos that I loved. Do go and do this zip line. It’s fun, safe, and if you’re afraid of heights like I am, don’t worry. You have nothing to worry about. The harness you’re in makes you feel really secure and safe. Go for it!!

This was a Charlie Foxtrot for a Wednesday night. We decided to just do the lower one where you sit, it’s like 40 feet off the ground or something. We were scheduled for 11:00 pm and we were waiting on the stairs and they told us to go wait at the base of the stairs. I understand safety/weight on stairs could be an issue but this should’ve been told to us when we bought our tickets at street level, by the persons we bought our tickets from. So at 11:00 pm on the dot, my friend and I climb back up the stairs and wait in the same line, when we get to the front, they look at our tickets and tell us we need to go to the other side, they were quite rude but they don’t just let us cut through. We have to go BACK down the stairs and over to the other side. When we get over to the other side, they tell us (just the 2 of us) that we’re in the wrong spot. So at this point, I’m like, ‘no, we’re not doing the stairs again!’ And they were cool about it and made an exception and let us stay on the second side. They were way nicer than the girls on the original side. Safety was very important to them, my harness ended up being crooked and they took it off and put it back on properly. We flew through the air and felt safe the entire time! When we landed, the guys came out and secured us to the platform and we walked to the safety zone inside the apparatus. Apparently stupid, drunk people think it’s a good idea to walk out to the ledge and don’t listen to instructions. Anyways, it was fun, I’d like to go back and do the laying down flying one that was higher up. I do recommend this just for the experience, it’s not like ziplining through a jungle, it’s like ziplining through a neon shopping mall where everyone below is cheering you on!

I want to give this 5 stars but I can’t! The ride itself was amazing! Our group of 4 purchased tickets in advance for the 11:40pm Superman ride with pictures on 10/26/23. $75/person. Which we arrived 20min early for. We waited in line for over an hour. About 45min of waiting and the line not moving at all everyone in line started questioning what was going on. One “manager” came down and was very rude! She said the ride wasn’t working and if we wanted a refund we had to continue to wait until we hit the 1hr mark then go back down to get a refund. All of a sudden there was security officers there. Not one guest was so upset it justified calling security. All of the sudden the ride started working and the line started moving. We were not back on the ground until almost 2am. When we got to the bottom where the pictures were being purchased I pulled up our tickets and showed we already purchased with our package. They said just scan the card they gave us up top and our pics should load in our album within 24hrs. No one ever gave us a card/ticket. He scanned one and went through the pictures. I showed him our group and he added them the album. I have checked daily for our pictures daily just to get the notice “your album is empty” My husband called and left a message Sunday 10/28/23 with no response and I also called and left a message the following Monday or Tuesday and still haven’t heard anything back. At this rate I just want my money back we paid for pictures. We were visiting the area so it’s not something we can just go back and so on a whim.

My daughter and grand daughter were visiting from upstate NY. All were excited to try the SlotZilla Zip Line and paid $108. for 2 tickets. When climbing up the stairs, my grand daughter became very scared. We could not convince her to take the ride. After approximately 15 minutes, we decided that I would go with my daughter and enjoy the experience together. BUT WAIT, when we climbed the stairs, the gentleman at the top explained that we had missed our time window, that we would have to return to the ticket booth and pay an additional $20. to complete our ride. Let me be clear, there was no one in line other than us. I asked why we couldn't just go now. His reply, "Sorry, it's company policy" I wasn't happy when I returned to the ticket booth and expressed my disappointment. Again, the ticket booth room was completely empty, no one in line to buy tickets. I received the same answer from the supervisor, company policy, and no reason for not just letting us take our paid for ride. GREED is what came to my mind. Disappointingly, I agreed to pay the $20. BUT WAIT, now the manager refused to take my money and would not return my paid for ticket. She refused to return my money or ticket and would not let me pay the additional fee. This is my 1st step in response to this business and my last time ever trying to ride ZIPRIPOFF LINE!

I had never been on Fremont, and decided to try the zipline. Their signage is unclear in a lot of places and almost every attendee i asked a question to was rude or annoyed by me asking. I finally get where im supposed to go and get my picture taken and wait behind a group of 4 being handled. At some point i realized that the attendee and the group wernt discussing anything related to the actual experience. I stood behind them for 15 minutes while they chatted. I asked if i could go to the other line and they laughed and said no because i had purchase the cheaper package. Eventually the group moves on to the next phase. That staff person then assists me with my photos and made a comment about how i looked like i didnt want to be there so he wont bother talking to me about my pictures. Really? Does he know it has something to do with making me listen to their conversation about absolutely nothing for 15 minutes when i could have been done with everything 3 times over? If that had been the only issue, i could have moved on but it was just the latest in a line of bad experiences with them. I think the nicest person there was the guy that told me i was standing in the wrong line after staff directed me to that line.

Entering the world of Slotzilla in Fremont Street, right in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, was an extraordinary and thrilling experience! Despite my initial apprehension due to my fear of heights, the moment I was securely strapped in, I felt a comforting sense of safety. The options presented were incredible: a seated ride, comparable to a towering 6-story building, or a daring flying escapade akin to Superman, ascending to a dizzying 12-story height. Without hesitation, we decided on the latter, and it turned out to be a decision we'll cherish forever. As we soared like superheroes, the adrenaline rush was incomparable, leaving us breathless and exhilarated. The sensation of flying freely through the air, gazing down at the bustling city below, was truly awe-inspiring. Slotzilla's smooth ride and expertly crafted safety measures made the whole experience unforgettable, as we conquered both our fears and the skies together. For any thrill-seekers or adventure enthusiasts, Slotzilla is an absolute must-visit, as it offers an incredible blend of excitement, safety, and sheer exhilaration, making it a memory we'll cherish for a lifetime!

I'm shocked they have good reviews. The person before me was screaming. My ticket was for 11:45pm. Once we get upstairs there was a pretty big line. The temperature was very hot upstairs with zero AC or even a fan blowing. Everyone knows how hot Vegas gets in July. Then your in a higher altitude. Standing with a bunch of people. It was miserable. They said it would be about an hour standing waiting. What is the point of a schedule time. I went to the desk to ask if I can cancel and get a refund. She was so rude in her response. She told me, I have barely been waiting! Seriously. They offer no refund at ALL for any reason. People looked like they were gonna pass out. A lot of people were upset in the line. Which makes me believe a lot of these good reviews are fake. Hopefully they get sued. Excessively heat warning was issued this weekend too. I just called my credit card and disputed the charge. What bad service.

Came down for our 28th anniversary with the SlotZilla zipline as a main goal to try. Showed up 5 minutes after our scheduled ride and was told that we had to pay an additional fee and was rescheduled for the next night or a post midnight ride (it was currently 7:25pm) after paying the additional fees and getting new tickets, they gave the next group in line an 8 pm ride time. Annoyed, we came back the next night and were told that our digital tickets weren't valid that we needed the transferred tickets even with the card which had paid for the tickets. And that we had to purchase tickets at full price and reschedule again. My error, but after paying for 2 premium rides, video and the extra fees, you would think that they would work with us, but no. Instead we were offered to pay full price again and then reschedule for a later time. No thanks, you already got $200 for nothing...

Let’s get the flying piece out of the way first - it’s enjoyable and I liked it. I went with a group of 4 and my wife also very much enjoyed the actual experience. Beyond that and I’d say 3 or 4 of the harness workers who definitely appeared to like their job - it’s a disaster of a customer experience, with absolutely terrible people working the front desk both a larger man and his accomplice in lack of etiquette and professional mannerisms. I would not recommend supporting this experience without better people behind the scenes making it a positive experience from the moment you pay to the time you get off the harness.

This was an awesome experience, although pretty pricey! I think we paid $74 per person for the zoom line, which was higher than the zip line. Everyone gets to take pictures by the green screen so that’s cool to share with friends on social media. I did enjoy the views but it was Christmas Eve so there was a huge waiting time. I think it took us about an hour of waiting. The staff were great and the zoom line itself was very fun. Lots of people were waving from below Fremont street. Make sure to pose and give a big smile towards the end, that’s when they photograph you right before you end your ride.

The experience by itself is pretty good. But the people who work there are not very friendly. For a moment you feel like you don't pay anything you just came for free. You are not allowed to have anything in your pocket or wear anything. They will give you a bag to put all your belongings to be transferred with you. It will last for a minute and a half depending on your speed. By the end there will be a surprise slow down be ready for it. They will take lots of photos for you before and during the way to the other end try to smile .

Loved the zip line! This was a request by our 10 year old and he LOVED it! 11 stories up, 5 blocks of zip line - it was a blast. We zipped on a Wednesday afternoon around 4:30 - there was no wait to buy tickets, and less than 5 minute wait to zip line once we were geared up and up the elevator. I did knock off a star because of the photo quality. Come on guys - upgrade the cameras. My cheap home security cameras have better quality photos than these!! For the money it costs to do this attraction, I did expect better quality pictures.

I did the "Superman" zipline & it was great. It doesn't last very long, but I'm glad I did it. I wish the price was $10 - 20 less for how quick it goes. Also, please be aware that not everyone gets their pictures taken while on it!!!!! I was so bummed & mad that they got my friend's, but not mine!!! They had excuses, but you'd think they could take everyone's for the price. Also, the staff weren't the happiest or very friendly while putting on our gear. I'd go again, but those are the reasons why I rated it 4 stars.

This is pricey for a minute long zip line ride but it’s fun. There aren’t many places you can zip line through a tunnel of lights with drunk folks underneath you cheering you on. If it’s your first time in the area, I’d definitely recommend checking it out. Try purchasing your tickets in advance for a cheaper rate. Also, the regular zip line tends to have a shorter wait (10 minutes) versus the Superman where you zipline laying flat and take a longer route (40 minutes-1 hour). Keep that in mind when deciding.

The experience is worth 5 stars but the staff are a shambles, disorganised & nobody communicates with each other so you get told different things & it's not clear where you're supposed to go or wait once you're there - dropping a star for this. Did the superman (lying horizontally) & it's higher up & goes for longer than the seated version so definitely do this one. It was so much fun, great views, flying under the electronic giant screens & over all the people watching entertainment on stages. Exhilarating, had a huge smile on my face all the way!

  • Natalie Delcorps

Definitely book tickets in advance if you want the superman version! It is higher up and you will have no wait time. We spent about $50 a person so it's a bit pricey but we thoroughly enjoyed it! All the workers were very nice. It's not scary... I think the fastest you go is about 35mph. The ride is more like a slide than a drastic jump! They gave pictures at the end too!

Our family ended up doing both rides, the lay down one and the sit up one and it's very frustrating to say the least when you buy a slot online for a certain time and they can't even keep a schedule. Why bother doing it that way then? Our time was 8pm and we didn't even ride down till 9:15pm. It's cold so it made the experience worse. For the price you pay you'd think they'd be more on schedule time. Spent over 300$ and I can say it's a little disappointing. Lessons learned in Vegas!

  • Sierra Canady

My cousin and I both paid $69 each for the zip line experience and the go pro so we can record . After our flight they said we would get the videos in 2-3 hours that was on July 2nd, here it is on July 8th and we’ve reached out to them multiple times and they have yet to get back to either of us . I really looked forward to seeing our videos

I absolutely loved this! I wanted to go but none of my friends could make it so I went alone. I am so glad that I did. At first I thought I was going to have to walk all the way to the top. I was very happy to find that the elevator was for the hero style riders. Next time I will get the video camera and record it. Make reservations ahead of time to get a better deal.

Really enjoyed zipping over Freemont street, the views from up top are amazing. Lines move pretty fast & safety came first. They double checked everybody, which eases your mind & adds comfort if you're scared of heights! Definitely would do it again in the future, with friends & family. From the end of the zipline, it's about a 7-10 min walk back to the parking garage.

great experience to try, especially in the evenings. I took my kids and they loved it but it was way overpriced. It was $54 per person for the sit-down zipline that goes about half the distance as the zoom zipline, which is $74. The good part is that they give you the digital QRV code to download your pictures to your phone for free.

Get in line about 1 hour before your actual start time because they will be that far behind by the time you launch. Then - have an amazing time. You zip past the crowd super fast and it is a LOT of fun. (If you wear glasses, be sure to get a strap BEFORE you get in line. They are available for $4 in the shop where tickets are also sold - but order your tickets online.)

The ride itself is fine, exciting even (could be longer or faster but fun enough). However apart from one lovely guy who was zipping us on to the line (seemed like the superviser), the staff were cold, rude and not at all approachable. We wete kept in a holding area for about 20 minutes and when we asked what was happening, we were ignored.

Slotzilla is a fun way to experience Fremont Street! If you want a little excitement, I highly recommend taking the trip. Make sure you’re sober, not hungover, and fresh— because there are directions to be listened to and nerves to deal with. The price is fair for an attraction like this, there wasn’t a wait, and the photos are a fun memory.

My daughter and I really liked it however, it was a little pricy for what you received. I have to say some of the workers were not very happy to be working there.  When I asked one particular worker at the end how their day was, they gave us a look that could kill, and with the most annoyed voice that we even asked them that question,  their comment was, I just can't wait to get out of here.

I finally conquered “SlotZilla” and had a blast doing so. The eleven stories Zipline will challenge even the most experienced Ziplinesrs. It’s one of the highest, longest and fastest I’ve been on. It offers riders an Ariel view of downtown Fremont and is definitely worth the money. It’s normally $69.00 but currently there’s a special of buy one get one free. Great deal.

  • Ariel

So much fun! Definitely a must do, I didn’t really care for Fremont street. It’s a little too New Orleans trashy vibe, not as classy as the strip- but this made it well worth it. The wait was about 30 minutes past our reservation time, but well worth it. Highly recommend. The staff were all friendly and they took pretty good pictures of the experience.

  • Bazm511

Great for the price but I done the biggest ride from the top. 5 blocks high 4 blocks long but it only lasts about 40 or 50 seconds but it is such an adrenaline rush. If you want to see a video you can see it on my tiktok Bazm511 but for the $60 its worth it. Such an experience. This is a must do activity along with Grand Canyon if your over there.

Would not recommend at all, appointment times are a joke, showed up 15 minutes early and were asked to come back 20 minutes later only to wait in line for over an hour suited up only to wait for another 30 minutes. Ran out of time and were told all sales are final. Out $200 and 90 minutes of standing around.

Waited for 2 hours for a 1 minute zip line. Not sure what the issue was. What's the point of scheduling if you're going to wait for 2 hours? Cool ride but the zip line at the linq was handled more efficiently.

Amazing experience. I went with the superman pose. It wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. Would definitely do it again

This is a tourist must try, it was fun. Also it is winter and no one is wearing a jacket it's like covered with this fake sky that's warm, I love it..

Pricey but well worth the experience. We did the higher zip line. It was like 65 bucks. I would look for a coupon definitely.
