I would like to thank this store very much. I ordered something in Warrington store as I couldn't find how to get there and the staff at gillmos went out of there way to help they phoned Warrington and got me directions I found store and got my item can't thank them enough

Cannot get in touch at all. I ordered using click and collect and only have 2 days to collect it. Which is not clear when you buy it. I have tried and tried to call them at so many different times and no one answers at all. Just rings out.

This is a good shop that basically has everything the youngsters would like. The exclusive products are certainly interesting. The play area on the upper floor is a highlight, especially for young children.

Tried phoning to make an enquiry about a faulty purchase - the phone just rang and rang - tried several times, dreadful service. I was trying to save myself a journey to the store.

Excellent toy store with a very similar, if not identical, layout to other Smyths Toys Superstores. There really is an excellent choice of high quality toys here.

I use to work here doing nights gutted i lost it to be honest but its a really great store and really high quality staff will recommend anyone to shop here.
