Just started with them. Online reservation for a 5x10 unit. We show up and the unit is NOT close to 5x10, it is more like 4x8. The person in the office tells me the contract reads "approximately" but he agreed it was not a 5x10. I told him this wasn't right and I needed a 5x10. No 5x10s...so I'm stuck with 4x8 and he is contacting his manager. The way he tried to tell me "approximately" was really poor and this needs to be fixed by them. I'll seek price adjustment but BEWARE you may not get what you reserve. Otherwise the facility is conveniently located and seems well run. But this is self storage, not rocket science.

We were looking for a storage to store some extra stuff and Sorrento Valley Self Storage had the best rates for the size we were looking for. Diana helped get us set up and was wonderful and accommodating! The process was quick and easy and the prices were great. They even have trucks and supplies to rent. Great location as well!

I am a student renting a unit for the summer and the staff here made the whole process so easy! Diana was super helpful in showing me and reserving the unit and Zoey was so helpful with any questions! They also have a free moving truck to reserve with moving into a unit which is so helpful!

We called around a lot to get pricing for our daughter for storage for summer break and their prices were the best around! The front door be staff was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. So close to UCSD. This will be our go-to storage center! :)

The office staff are wonderful particularly Diana, Zoey and Kelly. They all work really hard to make sure the units are kept clean and open and available when needed. They are very reasonable when you have questions about billing and the office hours are convenient.
