Robert did an incredible job updating the home internet system throughout the house. When we purchased the house in 2020 it had a “cutting edge” system from 2004. Robert meticulously examined each component and wire, saved what he could and integrated the existing audio systems flawlessly into a state of the art commercial grade WiFi system that serves my wife and my work needs, the streaming needs of cord cutters and the entertainment and educational needs of three boys. He cleaned up the data and wire hub and was meticulous in his work so that someone else could work on his systems and know what to do. Very professional and reasonably priced. We enjoyed working with Robert immensely.

Robert was very impressive. We wanted him to improve our wifi access and get a universal remote for our home theater. He re-configured our wifi system, removed a bunch of unnecessary wires and equipment, and made our modem much easier to access. Wifi has been great ever since. He tried to save us money by re-configuring the remote from Spectrum, but (thanks Spectrum!) that fix didn't last, so we ended up getting the universal remote he recommended, which has worked great and greatly simplified the viewing experience. He was very thorough in educating us about the system and the remote. Highly recommend Sound Advice!

He was incensed at the idea that he has competition. I double-booked a consult by mistake, disclosed that fact and proposed constructive resolutions. By the way, his "competition" was polite, constructive and completely understood. Expect that he will bad-mouth his "competition" and sarcastically dismiss the notion that a customer would ever get estimates. If you work with him, don't disclose that you comparison shopped (but do your diligence!). Life's too short and if you're like me and need a home theater professional for the most basic setups, there are other choices.

Robert took a pile of old, outdated amps, players, and related stereo equipment and within an hour replaced it with new, updated components that not only took up very little space but allowed us to use the new equipment in new ways. His charges were reasonable, and his knowledge up to date. Whenever I have a question about the new setup, he responds immediately. I recommend Robert highly and would definitely use his services again.

Fantastic experience! Robert is a good communicator and does top notch work at a reasonable price. He set up our home theater without a hitch and made sure that we knew how to use all of the features. Two weeks later, we called him back to set up music for the patio and back yard. He simply does superb work!
