I had an issue with a washing machine on the weekend where it wasn't working properly and didn't wash my clothes. When I rang they were quick and efficient at sorting out a refund and ensuring that the washing machine would be seen to and that out of order signs were on it. Was impressed at the communication especially on a weekend

Used this morning for first time. No issues. Basic laundry. Did not find it dirty. Instructions clearly on view above coin slots. My advice is to read instructions first otherwise money is lost. 3 dryers were not working but were clearly marked with out of order stickers. Mr experience rated at 5 stars. No frills launderette

Clothes come out the machine soaking wet, 3/5 machines were working for large loads making long waits inevitable. Extra money was needed to just dry the clothes, would have been better off getting the bus to the next launderette over. Many other customers had the same issues with clothes coming out the machine soaked

Not safe, ...Put my clothes in the washing machine, and went to get coins as the card machine wasn't working. Came back to find that the particular washing machine in which I put my clothes in, was ope and my clothes all messed up.Still not sure if any of my clothes were stolen. Very bad experience

Last time used £7 washer someone put detergent in machine prior to mine so machine was full of soap 3 rinses later!!! Today £7 wash and machine did not spin at the end. The machine in question no. 17 was broken last week, no one in attendance and no reply phone call, even put note under door.

Easy to use. Choice of small machines and large machines. A bit old and worn but always clean. When machines are out of order they are clearly labelled and repaired quickly. This is overall a well kept laundrette and has been a life saver for my family while my machine is out of action.

I was charged twice in here last Tuesday as your card machine was playing up. Called immediately to get refund got an automated line. Someone called back asking for more details, which I gave. That was a week ago and still no refund. Can someone respond to my voicemail?

I had a wonderful experience at this laundrette today. Was able to wash all my clothes in one go. The people using the laundrette were friendly and able to help me as a 1st time user. The Signage was simple to follow and card machine easy to use.

Was not happy with no 16 Washing machine that we used. The clothes were still smelling after washing. Then we dried our clothes in dryer for £1 the clothes didn’t dry and we did it for £1 again, it still didn’t dry. Waste of time and money!!!

Takes payments and then the machines don’t work - half the machines not running. No one answers the phone. Multiple people lost money in the time I was in there. It cost me £43 to wash and fry some clothes - at Washhaus on Gloucester Road

I’ve read reviews and I almost went to another laundry but I decided to give a try. I can tell most of negative reviews probably not 100% true especially about steeling money. It’s written that you have to insert all coins in 1 minute

UPDATE: The owners got in touch and arranged a refund. Rating adjusted. Just maybe put only 50p in at first, confirm the dryers are heating and then put the rest of the money in, jusssst in case.

Rubbish service. They take your money when they know they don't have good services. The drying machines don't dry your clothes even when you pay as high as £5 to get your clothes properly dried.

Whilst I read reviews, I tend to keep a relatively open mind. I decided to take a chance (first-time visit), as this laundrette is nearby and is open until a late hour, which is convenient.

New to the place I over paid by tapping my credit card too many times. Rang and explained and my money was refunded without any fuss. Thank you. Very impressed with the wash too.

Clean, well maintained, reasonably priced, self washing and drying. Accepts card and coins. Lots of free parking spaces are available.

It needs a bit more TLC to make this a more comfortable space. Machine work really well
