Dryers at this laundrette are terrible. There's been 3 out of order for about a year. And some of the rest let out cold air after you've paid your money already. Then they say you can call up to get your money back but they don't answer the phone and you shouldn't have to call up anyway - they have known about this problem for months but still let customers go ahead and use the machines that let out cold air, charging you money for nothing because it doesn't dry your clothes.

Coin machine have a timer on, if you don't put the coins fast enough it will cancel the transaction and wont return the money. I wasted £7.50 in total. When i tried to call for help from their telephone provide. It was dead. I tried calling on the number provided from my phone but no one picked up the calls.

Equipment tired and a bit shabby with multiple driers broken. Worse still, the pay machine took money then only gave half of the advertised time in the drier. In-shop pay phone to contact laundrette HQ only connects you to an answer machine. Very disappointing.

Has been a lifesaver as my landlord didn’t tell me there was no washing machine to the flat I’m renting from him so have been six months coming to this laundrette to do my wash. Says online closes at 8 but needs to stay open a bit later at least till 9.

I I was waiting over a week to do this review. I was promise by the owner that I get my money back in 4-5 working days after I been charge double for one service but unfortunately I never get my money back! Avoid this rip-off place!!!

No home washing facilities popped to the local launderette… clean and easy to use…. 4 loads in 20 minutes was ace. Had a payment issue was resolved swiftly and very courteous. Will use facility again.

Contactless pay is often faulty, paid already about £40 and didn't get Loundry ones and a few times drying, (25.07.2021) and that was my last time in this place, can't recommend to any one,.!!!!!!

Nice and clean area, machine look well maintained. Easy to follow payment process, either cash or contactless.Could do with more signs of how to use the machines. Will use this launderette again.

Ok as all ,but the dryer that I use I have to pay 3 times as the temperature was low everytime.even thought I selected higher temperature..so is the dryer no.12(the lower one) . …

Clear and tidy small place but enough. Washing machines clear and working good. Price: £4 for small washing (small than an home washing machine) £7 big. 50p for 4 min dryer. A bit expensive.

Really happy with my experience at this launderette. Nice and clean and I could pay by card too! Washing was really quick and dryers a decent size. Perfect for all my bedding! Thanks

Nice clean place but avoid it in afternoon on Wed and Thurs as the local restaurant and massage parlour use it and take up all the machines for at least two hours between 2pm and 4pm

A bit expensive for what it is, the wash is not long enough to wash thoroughly too, selected heavy soiled for big washing machine, 29 minutes for £9 seemed like overkill.

As should be Different sizes of washing machines dryers same size prices ok wireless and mobile payments accepting clean Could do with longer or 24hrs opening hours

Very reasonable priced, but rubbish ie crisps,sweet wrappers ,and empty bottles and cans left over the floor from previous evening , and over spilt rubbish bin,

Currently there are only 5 out of 10 driers that are working or have door issues. Pretty poor considering how long they have been out of action.

Machine ate money when rang it was answer phone no phone call back after ringing 5 times to lots of 7.00 for one wash will not use these again

Good place. Spin very good, dry. Then in the driers need less time. And the driers Good. But need little clean the area. Then be 5stars:)

Took my money and did not work. Tried ringing of phone in laundrette goes straight to voice mail. Never again! Cost of living crisis

Getting worse and worse as dryers don’t work or work if you pay twice and whenever call about an issue, conveniently nobody answers

Once again most of the dryers are broken and out of use or a number of customers finding the dryers are only blowing out cold air.

Clean launderette plenty of washing machines and dryers and there is always plenty of friendly help if you need any

Pretty good; £4 for a wash, 50p/4min for drying. Not sure about hours but it seems to be unstaffed so could be 24/7
